Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić je s ministrom regionalnog razvoja i EU fondova Šimom Erlićem u ponedjeljak bio u radnom posjetu Gradu Zadru i Zadarskoj županiji.

Bačić je gradonačelniku i županu uručio predmete državne imovine s kojima će ubuduće upravljati Grad odnosno Županija temeljem novog Zakona o upravljanju nekretninama i pokretninama u vlasništvu RH.

To znači da će regionalne i jedinice lokalne samouprave zapravo odrađivati posao resornog ministarstva kada je u pitanju državna imovina pod egidom "decentralizacija ovlasti, ali i decentralizacija sredstava".

Kad jedinice lokalne i regionalne samouprave budu do kraja riješile pitanje vlasništva nad pojedinom državne čestice, a to se imovina kasnije proda, bit će adekvatno nagrađene. U državni će proračun će ići 60 posto sredstava, dok će se u županije i gradove "sliti" po 20 posto prihoda od prodaje.

Grad Zadar je dobio 42 predmeta, dok je Zadarska županija pod svoju ovlast dobila 246 predmeta.

- Odluka se temelji na zakonu koji je stupio na snagu početkom ove godine kojim ministarstvo decentralizira upravljanje nekretninama na razini sjedišta županija i velikih gradova, istaknuo je ministar Bačić.

Prije potpisivanja ugovora ministar Bačić je održao sastanak s gradonačelnikom Dukićem i suradnicima, a glavna tema sastanka bilo je donošenje Urbanističkog plana uređenje za područje Ravnica, za koje je dugoiščekivana arhitektonska podloga, kazao je Bačić, konačno zgotovljena.

- Naš je dogovor da bi ministarstvo, sukladno procesu digitalizacije i transformacije svih prostornih planova u RH-a, preuzelo financiranje izrade plana nove generacije područja "Ravnica" koje je od iznimne važnosti za život u Zadru. Izgradili bi se objekti koji bi u prometnom i drugom smislu obogatili život stanovnika. Razgovarali smo i o darovanju nekretnina u vlasništvu RH-a na području "Barutane" gdje se planira izgradnja nogometnog kampa, rekao je, uz ostalo, potpredsjednik Vlade Bačić.

Zadarski župan Božidar Longin kazao je kako se djelatnici županije ne boje posla koji je pred njima i vjeruje da će taj posao dobro odraditi.

- Mi se već neko vrijeme pripremamo za ovaj posao pa smo u međuvremenu napravili preraspodjelu naših djelatnika u pročelništvu za nekretnine i javnu nabavu, a napravili smo i novu sistematizaciju gdje ćemo za ove poslove primit još osam djelatnika da bi bili što efikasniji i što kvalitetnije i brže našim građanima bili na usluzi. Ovih 246 predmeta je dio od ukupno 1500 predmeta koliko čeka ovu županiju, bez Grada Zadra, a ovim potpisom smo zaokružili ovu priču, kazao je župan Lonign.

Pomoć u provođenju ITU mehanizma

Ministar Šime Erlić je u Gradu Zadru potpisao sporazum Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU o financiranju Tehničke pomoći u provedbi ITU mehanizma za Urbano područje Zadar vrijedan 691 tisuća eura. Podsjetimo kako je ITU omotnica za Urbano područje Zadar teška 43 milijuna eura, a tehnička pomoć služit će za sufinanciranje rashoda za zaposlene, materijalne troškove, troškove edukacije i ostalih rashoda potrebnih za učinkovitu provedbu projekata koji se financiraju iz ITU mehanizma za vrijeme trajanja ove financijske perspektive.

Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić je s ministrom regionalnog razvoja i EU fondova Šimom Erlićem u ponedjeljak bio u radnom posjetu Gradu Zadru i Zadarskoj županiji.

Bačić je gradonačelniku i županu uručio predmete državne imovine s kojima će ubuduće upravljati Grad odnosno Županija temeljem novog Zakona o upravljanju nekretninama i pokretninama u vlasništvu RH.

To znači da će regionalne i jedinice lokalne samouprave zapravo odrađivati posao resornog ministarstva kada je u pitanju državna imovina pod egidom "decentralizacija ovlasti, ali i decentralizacija sredstava".

Kad jedinice lokalne i regionalne samouprave budu do kraja riješile pitanje vlasništva nad pojedinom državne čestice, a to se imovina kasnije proda, bit će adekvatno nagrađene. U državni će proračun će ići 60 posto sredstava, dok će se u županije i gradove "sliti" po 20 posto prihoda od prodaje.

Grad Zadar je dobio 42 predmeta, dok je Zadarska županija pod svoju ovlast dobila 246 predmeta.

- Odluka se temelji na zakonu koji je stupio na snagu početkom ove godine kojim ministarstvo decentralizira upravljanje nekretninama na razini sjedišta županija i velikih gradova, istaknuo je ministar Bačić.

Prije potpisivanja ugovora ministar Bačić je održao sastanak s gradonačelnikom Dukićem i suradnicima, a glavna tema sastanka bilo je donošenje Urbanističkog plana uređenje za područje Ravnica, za koje je dugoiščekivana arhitektonska podloga, kazao je Bačić, konačno zgotovljena.

- Naš je dogovor da bi ministarstvo, sukladno procesu digitalizacije i transformacije svih prostornih planova u RH-a, preuzelo financiranje izrade plana nove generacije područja "Ravnica" koje je od iznimne važnosti za život u Zadru. Izgradili bi se objekti koji bi u prometnom i drugom smislu obogatili život stanovnika. Razgovarali smo i o darovanju nekretnina u vlasništvu RH-a na području "Barutane" gdje se planira izgradnja nogometnog kampa, rekao je, uz ostalo, potpredsjednik Vlade Bačić.

Zadarski župan Božidar Longin kazao je kako se djelatnici županije ne boje posla koji je pred njima i vjeruje da će taj posao dobro odraditi.

- Mi se već neko vrijeme pripremamo za ovaj posao pa smo u međuvremenu napravili preraspodjelu naših djelatnika u pročelništvu za nekretnine i javnu nabavu, a napravili smo i novu sistematizaciju gdje ćemo za ove poslove primit još osam djelatnika da bi bili što efikasniji i što kvalitetnije i brže našim građanima bili na usluzi. Ovih 246 predmeta je dio od ukupno 1500 predmeta koliko čeka ovu županiju, bez Grada Zadra, a ovim potpisom smo zaokružili ovu priču, kazao je župan Lonign.

Pomoć u provođenju ITU mehanizma

Ministar Šime Erlić je u Gradu Zadru potpisao sporazum Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU o financiranju Tehničke pomoći u provedbi ITU mehanizma za Urbano područje Zadar vrijedan 691 tisuća eura. Podsjetimo kako je ITU omotnica za Urbano područje Zadar teška 43 milijuna eura, a tehnička pomoć služit će za sufinanciranje rashoda za zaposlene, materijalne troškove, troškove edukacije i ostalih rashoda potrebnih za učinkovitu provedbu projekata koji se financiraju iz ITU mehanizma za vrijeme trajanja ove financijske perspektive.
