Porezna uprava već tradicionalno posljednjeg dana listopada objavljuje takozvanu „listu srama” s popisom najvećih dužnika na kojemu se ove godine u cijeloj Hrvatskoj pojavilo 35.912 pravnih osoba, samostalnih djelatnika i građana koji državi duguju ukupno 8,5 milijardi kuna. Na nacionalnoj razini, popis je manji za 1.707 obveznika, dok je iznos ukupnog duga smanjen za 472 milijuna kuna. Što se Zadarske županije tiče, listom je obuhvaćeno 50 tvrtki, 187 fizičkih osoba koje obavljaju djelatnost, te 1.294 građana, što je manji broj nego prošle godine kada su „poreznici” objavili imena 66 tvrtki s dugom većim od 300.000 kuna, 199 fizičkih osoba čiji je dug veći od 100, te 1407 građana iz Zadarske županije s dugom većim od 15.000 kuna. Probijanje tih limita omogućuje državi da listu objavi jer po zakonskoj odrednici u tom slučaju nije povrijeđena obveza čuvanja porezne tajne.

Rekorder na „listi srama” građana dužnika i nakon ovogodišnjeg ažuriranja podataka je Nikica Čolak s iznosom od 18,2 milijuna kuna, po čemu je i apsolutni rekorder u sve tri kategorije”! Čolak se na listi dužnika nalazi već godinama, s time što mu je ovaj put dug manji nego 2019. godine kada je državi bio dužan čak 20,3 milijuna kuna. Po podacima Ministarstva financija živi u Zadru, a samo za PDV dužan je 14.924.481 kunu.

Među tvrtkama, „šampion” je „Solid marketing i distribucija” iz Zadra s dugom od četiri milijuna kuna, dok je među fizičkim osobama koje obavljaju djelatnost na prvom mjestu nekadašnji vlasnik „Adrije” Miodrag Lacić s evidentiranim dugom od 4,4 milijuna. Već po tradiciji, na popisu dužnika ima i imena poznatih zadarskih odvjetnika, bivših gradonačelnika po Zadarskoj županiji, te lokalnih poduzetnika.

Porezna uprava već tradicionalno posljednjeg dana listopada objavljuje takozvanu „listu srama” s popisom najvećih dužnika na kojemu se ove godine u cijeloj Hrvatskoj pojavilo 35.912 pravnih osoba, samostalnih djelatnika i građana koji državi duguju ukupno 8,5 milijardi kuna. Na nacionalnoj razini, popis je manji za 1.707 obveznika, dok je iznos ukupnog duga smanjen za 472 milijuna kuna. Što se Zadarske županije tiče, listom je obuhvaćeno 50 tvrtki, 187 fizičkih osoba koje obavljaju djelatnost, te 1.294 građana, što je manji broj nego prošle godine kada su „poreznici” objavili imena 66 tvrtki s dugom većim od 300.000 kuna, 199 fizičkih osoba čiji je dug veći od 100, te 1407 građana iz Zadarske županije s dugom većim od 15.000 kuna. Probijanje tih limita omogućuje državi da listu objavi jer po zakonskoj odrednici u tom slučaju nije povrijeđena obveza čuvanja porezne tajne.

Rekorder na „listi srama” građana dužnika i nakon ovogodišnjeg ažuriranja podataka je Nikica Čolak s iznosom od 18,2 milijuna kuna, po čemu je i apsolutni rekorder u sve tri kategorije”! Čolak se na listi dužnika nalazi već godinama, s time što mu je ovaj put dug manji nego 2019. godine kada je državi bio dužan čak 20,3 milijuna kuna. Po podacima Ministarstva financija živi u Zadru, a samo za PDV dužan je 14.924.481 kunu.

Među tvrtkama, „šampion” je „Solid marketing i distribucija” iz Zadra s dugom od četiri milijuna kuna, dok je među fizičkim osobama koje obavljaju djelatnost na prvom mjestu nekadašnji vlasnik „Adrije” Miodrag Lacić s evidentiranim dugom od 4,4 milijuna. Već po tradiciji, na popisu dužnika ima i imena poznatih zadarskih odvjetnika, bivših gradonačelnika po Zadarskoj županiji, te lokalnih poduzetnika.

Porezna uprava već tradicionalno posljednjeg dana listopada objavljuje takozvanu „listu srama” s popisom najvećih dužnika na kojemu se ove godine u cijeloj Hrvatskoj pojavilo 35.912 pravnih osoba, samostalnih djelatnika i građana koji državi duguju ukupno 8,5 milijardi kuna. Na nacionalnoj razini, popis je manji za 1.707 obveznika, dok je iznos ukupnog duga smanjen za 472 milijuna kuna. Što se Zadarske županije tiče, listom je obuhvaćeno 50 tvrtki, 187 fizičkih osoba koje obavljaju djelatnost, te 1.294 građana, što je manji broj nego prošle godine kada su „poreznici” objavili imena 66 tvrtki s dugom većim od 300.000 kuna, 199 fizičkih osoba čiji je dug veći od 100, te 1407 građana iz Zadarske županije s dugom većim od 15.000 kuna. Probijanje tih limita omogućuje državi da listu objavi jer po zakonskoj odrednici u tom slučaju nije povrijeđena obveza čuvanja porezne tajne.

Rekorder na „listi srama” građana dužnika i nakon ovogodišnjeg ažuriranja podataka je Nikica Čolak s iznosom od 18,2 milijuna kuna, po čemu je i apsolutni rekorder u sve tri kategorije”! Čolak se na listi dužnika nalazi već godinama, s time što mu je ovaj put dug manji nego 2019. godine kada je državi bio dužan čak 20,3 milijuna kuna. Po podacima Ministarstva financija živi u Zadru, a samo za PDV dužan je 14.924.481 kunu.

Među tvrtkama, „šampion” je „Solid marketing i distribucija” iz Zadra s dugom od četiri milijuna kuna, dok je među fizičkim osobama koje obavljaju djelatnost na prvom mjestu nekadašnji vlasnik „Adrije” Miodrag Lacić s evidentiranim dugom od 4,4 milijuna. Već po tradiciji, na popisu dužnika ima i imena poznatih zadarskih odvjetnika, bivših gradonačelnika po Zadarskoj županiji, te lokalnih poduzetnika.
