Početkom prošlog tjedna na ključnim zadarskim prometnicama postavljene su prve tri od ukupno 13 kamera za nadzor brzine koje bi trebale kontrolirati nesavjesne vozače pri stiskanju papučice gasa.

Iako se nadzorne kamere još uvijek nalaze u testnoj fazi, njihova uporaba bi trebala započeti kroz par dana.

Odluku o postavljanju nadzornih kamera Grad Zadar je donio u suradnji sa zadarskom policijom i to zato što se uspornici (ležeći policajci) nisu pokazali kao najbolje rješenje za ograničavanje brzine. Posebno se to istaknulo na Trpimirovoj obali gdje su u nekoliko navrata s kolnika, i to netom nakon što bi bili postavljeni, doslovno iščupani ležeći policajci koji se nalaze pokraj Gimnazije Franje Petrića.

– Upravni odjel za komunalne djelatnosti je iskoristio posljednje dane kalendarske 2020. godine za ispunjenje postavljenih ciljeva među kojima su i kamere za nadzor brzine. Nadzorne kamere instalirane su za početak na tri lokacije: Ulici dr. Ante Starčevica, Putu Vrela i na Trpimirovoj obali, kazao nam je pročelnik Robertino Dujela, dodajući kako su radove ugradnje i testiranja sustava izveli djelatnici tvrtke "Nero-line" iz Rijeke.

Iako su prve kamere koje financira Grad Zadar trebale biti postavljene početkom jeseni, pandemija koronavirusa dijelom je usporila, ali ne i u potpunosti zaustavila, izvršenje postavljanja nadzora.

– Podizanje razine sigurnosti svih sudionika u prometu je bilo jedno od obećanja građanima koje ćemo uskoro u potpunosti i ispuniti – ističe pročelnik Dujela, dodajući kako se u novoj 2021. projekt nastavlja realizirati.

– Ove i iduće godine nam ostaje postaviti još deset nadzornih kamera koje su obuhvaćene elaboratom, a koji smo, u koordinaciji i prema sugestijama MUP-a, nadopunjavali – kazao je pročelnik Dujela, dodajući kako se nadzorne kamere podstavljaju u cilju prevencije i sprječavanja, a ne isključivo kažnjavanja dijela nesavjesnih vozača.

Uz već postavljene kamere na Putu Vrela, u Ulici dr. Ante Starčevića te na Trpimirovoj obali kroz 2021. te 2022. kamere za nadzor brzine vozila postavit će se i na ovim gradskim ulicama: Splitska ulica kod križanja s Ulicom Slavka Perovića, Benkovačka cesta, Ulica braće Miroslava i Janka Perice, Ulica Benka Benkovića, Ulica dr. Franje Tuđmana, Ulica Hrvatskog Sabora, Ulica Antuna Gustava Matoša, Put Bokanjca te Ulica Bregdetti uz dvije dodatne lokacije prometnicu kroz Crno i Ulicu Borka Šarlije Kese.

– Evidentno je da će kamerama biti pokriveni dijelovi grada gdje se događaju najveća prekoračenja brzine, čime bi se otkrivanje uzastopnih prekršitelja trebalo znatno povećati – istaknuo je pročelnik Dujela.

Projekt postavljanja nadzornih kamera krenuo je na jednoj od redovitih koordinacija službi Grada i policije sredinom turističke sezone 2019. godine. Inicijativu načelnika PU zadarske Antona Dražine prihvatio je gradonačelnik grada Zadra Branko Dukić koji je pred UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša postavio realizaciju projekta.

Početkom prošlog tjedna na ključnim zadarskim prometnicama postavljene su prve tri od ukupno 13 kamera za nadzor brzine koje bi trebale kontrolirati nesavjesne vozače pri stiskanju papučice gasa.

Iako se nadzorne kamere još uvijek nalaze u testnoj fazi, njihova uporaba bi trebala započeti kroz par dana.

Odluku o postavljanju nadzornih kamera Grad Zadar je donio u suradnji sa zadarskom policijom i to zato što se uspornici (ležeći policajci) nisu pokazali kao najbolje rješenje za ograničavanje brzine. Posebno se to istaknulo na Trpimirovoj obali gdje su u nekoliko navrata s kolnika, i to netom nakon što bi bili postavljeni, doslovno iščupani ležeći policajci koji se nalaze pokraj Gimnazije Franje Petrića.

– Upravni odjel za komunalne djelatnosti je iskoristio posljednje dane kalendarske 2020. godine za ispunjenje postavljenih ciljeva među kojima su i kamere za nadzor brzine. Nadzorne kamere instalirane su za početak na tri lokacije: Ulici dr. Ante Starčevica, Putu Vrela i na Trpimirovoj obali, kazao nam je pročelnik Robertino Dujela, dodajući kako su radove ugradnje i testiranja sustava izveli djelatnici tvrtke "Nero-line" iz Rijeke.

Iako su prve kamere koje financira Grad Zadar trebale biti postavljene početkom jeseni, pandemija koronavirusa dijelom je usporila, ali ne i u potpunosti zaustavila, izvršenje postavljanja nadzora.

– Podizanje razine sigurnosti svih sudionika u prometu je bilo jedno od obećanja građanima koje ćemo uskoro u potpunosti i ispuniti – ističe pročelnik Dujela, dodajući kako se u novoj 2021. projekt nastavlja realizirati.

– Ove i iduće godine nam ostaje postaviti još deset nadzornih kamera koje su obuhvaćene elaboratom, a koji smo, u koordinaciji i prema sugestijama MUP-a, nadopunjavali – kazao je pročelnik Dujela, dodajući kako se nadzorne kamere podstavljaju u cilju prevencije i sprječavanja, a ne isključivo kažnjavanja dijela nesavjesnih vozača.

Uz već postavljene kamere na Putu Vrela, u Ulici dr. Ante Starčevića te na Trpimirovoj obali kroz 2021. te 2022. kamere za nadzor brzine vozila postavit će se i na ovim gradskim ulicama: Splitska ulica kod križanja s Ulicom Slavka Perovića, Benkovačka cesta, Ulica braće Miroslava i Janka Perice, Ulica Benka Benkovića, Ulica dr. Franje Tuđmana, Ulica Hrvatskog Sabora, Ulica Antuna Gustava Matoša, Put Bokanjca te Ulica Bregdetti uz dvije dodatne lokacije prometnicu kroz Crno i Ulicu Borka Šarlije Kese.

– Evidentno je da će kamerama biti pokriveni dijelovi grada gdje se događaju najveća prekoračenja brzine, čime bi se otkrivanje uzastopnih prekršitelja trebalo znatno povećati – istaknuo je pročelnik Dujela.

Projekt postavljanja nadzornih kamera krenuo je na jednoj od redovitih koordinacija službi Grada i policije sredinom turističke sezone 2019. godine. Inicijativu načelnika PU zadarske Antona Dražine prihvatio je gradonačelnik grada Zadra Branko Dukić koji je pred UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša postavio realizaciju projekta.
