Od idućeg mjeseca država podiže trošarine na duhanske proizvode i duhanske prerađevine, što znači i povećanja cijena cigareta, duhana i grijanih duhanskih proizvoda. Ministarstvo financija objavilo je u petak prijedlog uredbe o trošarinama na duhanske proizvode, po kojem rastu trošarine na sve proizvode obuhvaćene tom uredbom osim e-tekućine za koju i dalje trošarina ostaje nula kuna.

Nije povećanje trošarina na cigarete iznenađenje, već ranije znalo se da jedan krug slijedi i ove godine, ali zanimljivo je da će se najveći rast tog državnog nameta dogoditi kod grijanih duhanskih proizvoda gdje trošarina raste s 800 na čak 1.400 kuna za jedan kilogram. To je povećanje trošarine za čak 75 posto, a takav nagli skok trošarine na neki duhanski proizvod u Hrvatskoj dosad nije zabilježen, piše Novi list.

Tajna se možda krije u tome što su postojeći igrači na tržištu, a među njima i britanski BAT koji je vlasnik Tvornice duhana Rovinj, tražili da se podigne baš trošarina na grijani duhan, što je tržišna niša u kojoj su na hrvatskom tržištu znatno jači njihovi konkurenti. Podsjećaju i kako je poznato da zadnjih godinu i pol dana BAT prijeti odlaskom iz Hrvatske i premještanjem proizvodnje u neku zemlju koja će biti znatno povoljnija za njihove investicije.

Novinarka Novog lista Jagoda Marić ukazuje kako su glasnogovornici uvođenja viših trošarina na grijani duhan isticali da država treba uvesti trošarinu po štapiću, a ne po kilogramu, kako je to primjerice u Italiji i Mađarskoj.

Usporedbe radi navodili su da je u konačnici trošarina na sto štapića grijanog duhana 30 eura, dok je na klasične cigarete 108 eura te su tražili da se te dvije vrste duhana dovedu u ravnopravniji položaj. S obzirom na to da prijedlog Ministarstva financija znači baš drastično povećanje trošarina na grijani duhan, Vlada je očito odlučila udovoljiti BAT-u ne bi li tako sačuvala proizvodnju u Kanfanaru. Konkretno, od 1. ožujka trošarina na cigarete raste s 370 kuna plus 34 posto od maloprodajne cijene za tisuću komada cigareta na 400 kuna plus 34 posto od maloprodajne cijene. Propisano je i da minimalna trošarina na cigarete iznosi 888, umjesto dosadašnje 824 kune. Trošarina na sitno rezani duhan za savijanje cigareta i ostali duhan za pušenje raste s 800 na 860 kuna za kilogram, dok se trošarina za cigare i cigarillose povećava s 800 na 860 kuna za tisuću komada.

Od idućeg mjeseca država podiže trošarine na duhanske proizvode i duhanske prerađevine, što znači i povećanja cijena cigareta, duhana i grijanih duhanskih proizvoda. Ministarstvo financija objavilo je u petak prijedlog uredbe o trošarinama na duhanske proizvode, po kojem rastu trošarine na sve proizvode obuhvaćene tom uredbom osim e-tekućine za koju i dalje trošarina ostaje nula kuna.

Nije povećanje trošarina na cigarete iznenađenje, već ranije znalo se da jedan krug slijedi i ove godine, ali zanimljivo je da će se najveći rast tog državnog nameta dogoditi kod grijanih duhanskih proizvoda gdje trošarina raste s 800 na čak 1.400 kuna za jedan kilogram. To je povećanje trošarine za čak 75 posto, a takav nagli skok trošarine na neki duhanski proizvod u Hrvatskoj dosad nije zabilježen, piše Novi list.

Tajna se možda krije u tome što su postojeći igrači na tržištu, a među njima i britanski BAT koji je vlasnik Tvornice duhana Rovinj, tražili da se podigne baš trošarina na grijani duhan, što je tržišna niša u kojoj su na hrvatskom tržištu znatno jači njihovi konkurenti. Podsjećaju i kako je poznato da zadnjih godinu i pol dana BAT prijeti odlaskom iz Hrvatske i premještanjem proizvodnje u neku zemlju koja će biti znatno povoljnija za njihove investicije.

Novinarka Novog lista Jagoda Marić ukazuje kako su glasnogovornici uvođenja viših trošarina na grijani duhan isticali da država treba uvesti trošarinu po štapiću, a ne po kilogramu, kako je to primjerice u Italiji i Mađarskoj.

Usporedbe radi navodili su da je u konačnici trošarina na sto štapića grijanog duhana 30 eura, dok je na klasične cigarete 108 eura te su tražili da se te dvije vrste duhana dovedu u ravnopravniji položaj. S obzirom na to da prijedlog Ministarstva financija znači baš drastično povećanje trošarina na grijani duhan, Vlada je očito odlučila udovoljiti BAT-u ne bi li tako sačuvala proizvodnju u Kanfanaru. Rasplet oko istarske tvornice pokazat će je li ovo povećanje trošarina, a time i cijena grijanog duhana dovoljna, piše Novi list

Konkretno, od 1. ožujka trošarina na cigarete raste s 370 kuna plus 34 posto od maloprodajne cijene za tisuću komada cigareta na 400 kuna plus 34 posto od maloprodajne cijene. Propisano je i da minimalna trošarina na cigarete iznosi 888, umjesto dosadašnje 824 kune. Trošarina na sitno rezani duhan za savijanje cigareta i ostali duhan za pušenje raste s 800 na 860 kuna za kilogram, dok se trošarina za cigare i cigarillose povećava s 800 na 860 kuna za tisuću komada.

Od 1. ožujka opet poskupljuju cigarete, ali i grijani duhan, za jedan proizvod trošarina raste čak 75 posto. Vlada spašava tvornicu u Kanfanaru

Od idućeg mjeseca država podiže trošarine na duhanske proizvode i duhanske prerađevine, što znači i povećanja cijena cigareta, duhana i grijanih duhanskih proizvoda. Ministarstvo financija objavilo je u petak prijedlog uredbe o trošarinama na duhanske proizvode, po kojem rastu trošarine na sve proizvode obuhvaćene tom uredbom osim e-tekućine za koju i dalje trošarina ostaje nula kuna.

Nije povećanje trošarina na cigarete iznenađenje, već ranije znalo se da jedan krug slijedi i ove godine, ali zanimljivo je da će se najveći rast tog državnog nameta dogoditi kod grijanih duhanskih proizvoda gdje trošarina raste s 800 na čak 1.400 kuna za jedan kilogram. To je povećanje trošarine za čak 75 posto, a takav nagli skok trošarine na neki duhanski proizvod u Hrvatskoj dosad nije zabilježen, piše Novi list.

Tajna se možda krije u tome što su postojeći igrači na tržištu, a među njima i britanski BAT koji je vlasnik Tvornice duhana Rovinj, tražili da se podigne baš trošarina na grijani duhan, što je tržišna niša u kojoj su na hrvatskom tržištu znatno jači njihovi konkurenti. Podsjećaju i kako je poznato da zadnjih godinu i pol dana BAT prijeti odlaskom iz Hrvatske i premještanjem proizvodnje u neku zemlju koja će biti znatno povoljnija za njihove investicije.

Novinarka Novog lista Jagoda Marić ukazuje kako su glasnogovornici uvođenja viših trošarina na grijani duhan isticali da država treba uvesti trošarinu po štapiću, a ne po kilogramu, kako je to primjerice u Italiji i Mađarskoj.

Usporedbe radi navodili su da je u konačnici trošarina na sto štapića grijanog duhana 30 eura, dok je na klasične cigarete 108 eura te su tražili da se te dvije vrste duhana dovedu u ravnopravniji položaj. S obzirom na to da prijedlog Ministarstva financija znači baš drastično povećanje trošarina na grijani duhan, Vlada je očito odlučila udovoljiti BAT-u ne bi li tako sačuvala proizvodnju u Kanfanaru. Rasplet oko istarske tvornice pokazat će je li ovo povećanje trošarina, a time i cijena grijanog duhana dovoljna, piše Novi list

Konkretno, od 1. ožujka trošarina na cigarete raste s 370 kuna plus 34 posto od maloprodajne cijene za tisuću komada cigareta na 400 kuna plus 34 posto od maloprodajne cijene. Propisano je i da minimalna trošarina na cigarete iznosi 888, umjesto dosadašnje 824 kune. Trošarina na sitno rezani duhan za savijanje cigareta i ostali duhan za pušenje raste s 800 na 860 kuna za kilogram, dok se trošarina za cigare i cigarillose povećava s 800 na 860 kuna za tisuću komada.
