Za budućeg glavnog državnog tužitelja Vlada premijera Andreja Plenkovića predložila je Saboru Ivana Turudića, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zagrebu. Očekivan je to prijedlog Vlade, jednako kao što je očekivana oštra reakcija  predsjednika države Zorana Milanovića koji se žestoko protivi imenovanju Turudića. 

Jučer je Ured predsjednika Republike Hrvatske objavio priopćenje u kojem kaže „budući je  Vlada RH predložila Saboru da za glavnog državnog odvjetnika izabere suca Visokog kaznenog suda Ivana Turudića, obistinila su se strahovanja da se izborom novog glavnog državnog odvjetnika zapravo i DORH namjerava staviti pod potpunu političku kontrolu aktualne vlasti“. Milanović smatra da suprotno ustavnom određenju uloge DORH-a kao samostalnog i neovisnog pravosudnog tijela, imenovanje Ivana Turudića za glavnog državnog odvjetnika znači političko porobljavanje DORH-a s ciljem instrumentalizacije te institucije u korist aktualne vlasti, a na štetu zakonitosti, pravde i pravednosti.

Što se tiče imovine, prema imovinskoj kartici, u odnosu na stanje 2021., sudac Turudić ima jednu nekretninu više, odnosno ukupno njih osam, a i dalje je njegova najvrjednija nekretnina stan od 120 kvadrata u Zagrebu, vrijedan oko 220.000 eura.

Jedan je od osam vlasnika kuće s okućnicom u Virovitici, ukupne površine 5730 kvadrata. Tu je kuću, odnosno jedan dio, dobio na temelju ugovora o doživotnom uzdržavanju koji je sklopio s djedom. Osim toga, ima i dvije oranice, garažu i tri vinograda u Milinovcu.

Njegova plaća iznosi od 4200 do 4350 eura bruto, a uz to prima i 2000 eura naknade za članstvo u Visokom sudu časti HLK. Plaća trenutačne glavne državne odvjetnice Zlate Hrvoj-Šipek iznosi od 6750 do 6900 eura bruto.

Prema imovinskoj kartici Turudić je i dalje vlasnik Volkswagena Pola iz 2019. godine, a pretprošle je godine na leasing Porschea kupio automobil vrijedan 67.000 eura. Mjesečna rata za to mu je 600 eura te ga otplaćuje četiri godine. Njegova supruga ima stan od 63,09 kvadrata u Zagrebu u vrijednosti 132.000 eura te i drugu nekretninu od 11,5 metara četvornih u Zagrebu. Ima i popriličnu štednju - jednu od 64.000 eura te drugu od 20.000 dolara.

Za budućeg glavnog državnog tužitelja Vlada premijera Andreja Plenkovića predložila je Saboru Ivana Turudića, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Zagrebu. Očekivan je to prijedlog Vlade, jednako kao što je očekivana oštra reakcija  predsjednika države Zorana Milanovića koji se žestoko protivi imenovanju Turudića. 

Jučer je Ured predsjednika Republike Hrvatske objavio priopćenje u kojem kaže „budući je  Vlada RH predložila Saboru da za glavnog državnog odvjetnika izabere suca Visokog kaznenog suda Ivana Turudića, obistinila su se strahovanja da se izborom novog glavnog državnog odvjetnika zapravo i DORH namjerava staviti pod potpunu političku kontrolu aktualne vlasti“. Milanović smatra da suprotno ustavnom određenju uloge DORH-a kao samostalnog i neovisnog pravosudnog tijela, imenovanje Ivana Turudića za glavnog državnog odvjetnika znači političko porobljavanje DORH-a s ciljem instrumentalizacije te institucije u korist aktualne vlasti, a na štetu zakonitosti, pravde i pravednosti.

Što se tiče imovine, prema imovinskoj kartici, u odnosu na stanje 2021., sudac Turudić ima jednu nekretninu više, odnosno ukupno njih osam, a i dalje je njegova najvrjednija nekretnina stan od 120 kvadrata u Zagrebu, vrijedan oko 220.000 eura.

Jedan je od osam vlasnika kuće s okućnicom u Virovitici, ukupne površine 5730 kvadrata. Tu je kuću, odnosno jedan dio, dobio na temelju ugovora o doživotnom uzdržavanju koji je sklopio s djedom. Osim toga, ima i dvije oranice, garažu i tri vinograda u Milinovcu.

Njegova plaća iznosi od 4200 do 4350 eura bruto, a uz to prima i 2000 eura naknade za članstvo u Visokom sudu časti HLK. Plaća trenutačne glavne državne odvjetnice Zlate Hrvoj-Šipek iznosi od 6750 do 6900 eura bruto.

Prema imovinskoj kartici Turudić je i dalje vlasnik Volkswagena Pola iz 2019. godine, a pretprošle je godine na leasing Porschea kupio automobil vrijedan 67.000 eura. Mjesečna rata za to mu je 600 eura te ga otplaćuje četiri godine. Njegova supruga ima stan od 63,09 kvadrata u Zagrebu u vrijednosti 132.000 eura te i drugu nekretninu od 11,5 metara četvornih u Zagrebu. Ima i popriličnu štednju - jednu od 64.000 eura te drugu od 20.000 dolara.
