Nad zagrebačkim liječnikom M. R. (63), policija je ovih dana provela kriminalističko istraživanje i potom podnijela tzv. posebno izvješće nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela bludnih radnji na štetu jedne pacijentice.

Prema informacijama Jutarnjeg lista, 41-godišnja pacijentica iz okolice Zagreba obratila se policiji krajem prošloga tjedan prijavivši da ju je ugledni i često jako hvaljeni liječnik pokušao silovati. Navela je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, da je kobnog dana bila na privatnom tretmanu pregleda vena koji je odrađen u obiteljskoj kući i da je pritom došlo s doktorove strane do, najblaže rečeno, neprimjerenih poteza i dodira, a koji su krenuli od nogu na koje je bio inicijalni fokus.

Iz Policijske uprave zagrebačke su na upit Jutarnjeg lista odgovorili kako je policija jedno od tijela nadležnih za provođenje izvida koji su tajni, te da su po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja redovnim putem obavijestili tužiteljstvo o postupanju u navedenom slučaju.

- Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke su dovršili kriminalističko istraživanje nad 63-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela bludnih radnji na području Samobora te je protiv istog podneseno posebno izvješće nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu redovnim putem - odgovorili su nam iz zagrebačke policije.

Ako u ovom slučaju na kraju dođe do podizanja optužnice a potom i suđenja na nadležnom Općinskom sudu, liječniku zbog kaznenog djela bludnih radnji prijeti do tri godine zatvora.

Nad zagrebačkim liječnikom M. R. (63), policija je ovih dana provela kriminalističko istraživanje i potom podnijela tzv. posebno izvješće nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela bludnih radnji na štetu jedne pacijentice.

Prema informacijama Jutarnjeg lista, 41-godišnja pacijentica iz okolice Zagreba obratila se policiji krajem prošloga tjedan prijavivši da ju je ugledni i često jako hvaljeni liječnik pokušao silovati. Navela je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, da je kobnog dana bila na privatnom tretmanu pregleda vena koji je odrađen u obiteljskoj kući i da je pritom došlo s doktorove strane do, najblaže rečeno, neprimjerenih poteza i dodira, a koji su krenuli od nogu na koje je bio inicijalni fokus.

Iz Policijske uprave zagrebačke su na upit Jutarnjeg lista odgovorili kako je policija jedno od tijela nadležnih za provođenje izvida koji su tajni, te da su po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja redovnim putem obavijestili tužiteljstvo o postupanju u navedenom slučaju.

- Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke su dovršili kriminalističko istraživanje nad 63-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela bludnih radnji na području Samobora te je protiv istog podneseno posebno izvješće nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu redovnim putem - odgovorili su nam iz zagrebačke policije.

Ako u ovom slučaju na kraju dođe do podizanja optužnice a potom i suđenja na nadležnom Općinskom sudu, liječniku zbog kaznenog djela bludnih radnji prijeti do tri godine zatvora.

Ugledni liječnik pokušao silovati pacijenticu koja mu je došla na pregled vena? Policija dovršila krim-istragu

Nad zagrebačkim liječnikom M. R. (63), policija je ovih dana provela kriminalističko istraživanje i potom podnijela tzv. posebno izvješće nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela bludnih radnji na štetu jedne pacijentice.

Prema informacijama Jutarnjeg lista, 41-godišnja pacijentica iz okolice Zagreba obratila se policiji krajem prošloga tjedan prijavivši da ju je ugledni i često jako hvaljeni liječnik pokušao silovati. Navela je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, da je kobnog dana bila na privatnom tretmanu pregleda vena koji je odrađen u obiteljskoj kući i da je pritom došlo s doktorove strane do, najblaže rečeno, neprimjerenih poteza i dodira, a koji su krenuli od nogu na koje je bio inicijalni fokus.

Iz Policijske uprave zagrebačke su na upit Jutarnjeg lista odgovorili kako je policija jedno od tijela nadležnih za provođenje izvida koji su tajni, te da su po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja redovnim putem obavijestili tužiteljstvo o postupanju u navedenom slučaju.

- Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke su dovršili kriminalističko istraživanje nad 63-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela bludnih radnji na području Samobora te je protiv istog podneseno posebno izvješće nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu redovnim putem - odgovorili su nam iz zagrebačke policije.

Ako u ovom slučaju na kraju dođe do podizanja optužnice a potom i suđenja na nadležnom Općinskom sudu, liječniku zbog kaznenog djela bludnih radnji prijeti do tri godine zatvora.
