Vijećnik Domovinskog pokreta Damir Biloglav upitao je kakav interes i korist ima obični građanin u pretjeranoj izgradnji koja se događa u Zadru.

- Svjedočimo eksploziji izgradnje. Ljudi si ne mogu priuštiti stanove koji se grade, jer su cijene kvadrata velike pa me ljudi pitaju koja je njihova korist od toga, kazao je Biloglav, a odgovor mu je dao pročelnik UO za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Darko Kasap. 

- Pretpostavljam da je interes svakog građanina u tome što proda svoj teren za izgradnju. Prijedlog Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana Grada Zadra je gotov i trebao bi uskoro ići na javni uvid i raspravu. U njemu se predlaže da se poveća okrupnjeno zelenilo na 30 posto, dva parkirna mjesta po stambenoj jedinici, ograničava se broj stambenih jedinica na parcelama, povećava se udaljenost od susjeda s tri na pet metara, bolji prometni koridori i pristupni putevi, povećanje javnog zelenila... Živimo u atraktivnom gradu, velik broj ljudi želi imati nekretninu u Zadru. Slažem se da je velikoj većini građana cijena stana nedostupna, ali korigiranjem količine izgradnje, cijene će samo skočiti, kazao je pročelnik Kasap, a vijećnik Biloglav kako vijećnici ne znaju "tko gradi ni kakav novac investiraju".

- Što naša država investira, što naša država poduzima po pitanju pranja novca. Od našeg grada, koji je drveni mediteranski grad, mi gradimo arhitektonsko čudovište koje podsjeća na kineske gradove, nema koristi za malog čovjeka, zaključio je Biloglav.

Vijećnik Domovinskog pokreta Damir Biloglav upitao je kakav interes i korist ima obični građanin u pretjeranoj izgradnji koja se događa u Zadru.

- Svjedočimo eksploziji izgradnje. Ljudi si ne mogu priuštiti stanove koji se grade, jer su cijene kvadrata velike pa me ljudi pitaju koja je njihova korist od toga, kazao je Biloglav, a odgovor mu je dao pročelnik UO za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Darko Kasap. 

- Pretpostavljam da je interes svakog građanina u tome što proda svoj teren za izgradnju. Prijedlog Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana Grada Zadra je gotov i trebao bi uskoro ići na javni uvid i raspravu. U njemu se predlaže da se poveća okrupnjeno zelenilo na 30 posto, dva parkirna mjesta po stambenoj jedinici, ograničava se broj stambenih jedinica na parcelama, povećava se udaljenost od susjeda s tri na pet metara, bolji prometni koridori i pristupni putevi, povećanje javnog zelenila... Živimo u atraktivnom gradu, velik broj ljudi želi imati nekretninu u Zadru. Slažem se da je velikoj većini građana cijena stana nedostupna, ali korigiranjem količine izgradnje, cijene će samo skočiti, kazao je pročelnik Kasap, a vijećnik Biloglav kako vijećnici ne znaju "tko gradi ni kakav novac investiraju".

- Što naša država investira, što naša država poduzima po pitanju pranja novca. Od našeg grada, koji je drveni mediteranski grad, mi gradimo arhitektonsko čudovište koje podsjeća na kineske gradove, nema koristi za malog čovjeka, zaključio je Biloglav.

Biloglav: "Od Zadra radimo arhitektonsko čudovište. Kakve koristi građani imaju od prekomjerne gradnje kad si ništa od toga ne mogu priuštiti?"

Vijećnik Domovinskog pokreta Damir Biloglav upitao je kakav interes i korist ima obični građanin u pretjeranoj izgradnji koja se događa u Zadru.

- Svjedočimo eksploziji izgradnje. Ljudi si ne mogu priuštiti stanove koji se grade, jer su cijene kvadrata velike pa me ljudi pitaju koja je njihova korist od toga, kazao je Biloglav, a odgovor mu je dao pročelnik UO za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Darko Kasap. 

- Pretpostavljam da je interes svakog građanina u tome što proda svoj teren za izgradnju. Prijedlog Izmjena i dopuna Prostornog plana Grada Zadra je gotov i trebao bi uskoro ići na javni uvid i raspravu. U njemu se predlaže da se poveća okrupnjeno zelenilo na 30 posto, dva parkirna mjesta po stambenoj jedinici, ograničava se broj stambenih jedinica na parcelama, povećava se udaljenost od susjeda s tri na pet metara, bolji prometni koridori i pristupni putevi, povećanje javnog zelenila... Živimo u atraktivnom gradu, velik broj ljudi želi imati nekretninu u Zadru. Slažem se da je velikoj većini građana cijena stana nedostupna, ali korigiranjem količine izgradnje, cijene će samo skočiti, kazao je pročelnik Kasap, a vijećnik Biloglav kako vijećnici ne znaju "tko gradi ni kakav novac investiraju".

- Što naša država investira, što naša država poduzima po pitanju pranja novca. Od našeg grada, koji je drveni mediteranski grad, mi gradimo arhitektonsko čudovište koje podsjeća na kineske gradove, nema koristi za malog čovjeka, zaključio je Biloglav.
