Na službenim stranicama Grada Zadra objavljen je poziv svim kandidatima s Pročiščene konačne liste reda prvenstva za kupnju stanova iz POS-a na lokaciji Crvene kuće u Zadru koji su pristupili prvom krugu odabira stanova, ali zbog ograničenja kvadrature nisu mogli birati stan. Drugi krug odabira neprodanih stanova održat će se u utorak u zgradi gradske uprave Grada Zadra (Brne Krnarutića 13, 3. kat, ured broj 16).

Ukoliko se kandidati s Pročišćene konačne liste reda prvenstva ne odazovu pozivu na odabir stana, smatrat će se da su odustali od kupnje stana, a daljnji izbor stanova nastavit će se sukladno redosljedu na Pročišćenoj listi reda prvenstva.

U slučaju da je pojedini kandidat osobno spriječen odazvati se pozivu na odabir stana, umjesto takvog kandidata može pristupiti njegov opunomoćenik na temelju ovjerene punomoći, koji će u njegovo ime i za njegov račun moći odabrati stan.

Predvidiva prodajna cijena stana iznosi 1.193,44 E/m2, te će ista vrijediti za kvadraturu stana koju kandidati mogu birati sukladno članku 14. Odluke o uvjetima, mjerilima i postupku za određivanje reda prvenstva za kupnju stanova po programu društveno poticane stanogradnje na području Grada Zadra (“Glasnik Grada Zadra“, broj 9/22), dok u slučaju odabira većeg stana, razliku kvadrata plaćaju po tržišnoj cijeni.

Molimo kandidate da prilikom odabira stana predoče potvrdu o kreditnoj sposobnosti te, ako je došlo do povećanja broja članova obiteljskog domaćinstva, također predoče dokaz o tome.

Na službenim stranicama Grada Zadra objavljen je poziv svim kandidatima s Pročiščene konačne liste reda prvenstva za kupnju stanova iz POS-a na lokaciji Crvene kuće u Zadru koji su pristupili prvom krugu odabira stanova, ali zbog ograničenja kvadrature nisu mogli birati stan. Drugi krug odabira neprodanih stanova održat će se u utorak u zgradi gradske uprave Grada Zadra (Brne Krnarutića 13, 3. kat, ured broj 16).

Ukoliko se kandidati s Pročišćene konačne liste reda prvenstva ne odazovu pozivu na odabir stana, smatrat će se da su odustali od kupnje stana, a daljnji izbor stanova nastavit će se sukladno redosljedu na Pročišćenoj listi reda prvenstva.

U slučaju da je pojedini kandidat osobno spriječen odazvati se pozivu na odabir stana, umjesto takvog kandidata može pristupiti njegov opunomoćenik na temelju ovjerene punomoći, koji će u njegovo ime i za njegov račun moći odabrati stan.

Predvidiva prodajna cijena stana iznosi 1.193,44 E/m2, te će ista vrijediti za kvadraturu stana koju kandidati mogu birati sukladno članku 14. Odluke o uvjetima, mjerilima i postupku za određivanje reda prvenstva za kupnju stanova po programu društveno poticane stanogradnje na području Grada Zadra (“Glasnik Grada Zadra“, broj 9/22), dok u slučaju odabira većeg stana, razliku kvadrata plaćaju po tržišnoj cijeni.

Molimo kandidate da prilikom odabira stana predoče potvrdu o kreditnoj sposobnosti te, ako je došlo do povećanja broja članova obiteljskog domaćinstva, također predoče dokaz o tome.

Na službenim stranicama Grada Zadra objavljen je poziv svim kandidatima s Pročiščene konačne liste reda prvenstva za kupnju stanova iz POS-a na lokaciji Crvene kuće u Zadru koji su pristupili prvom krugu odabira stanova, ali zbog ograničenja kvadrature nisu mogli birati stan. Drugi krug odabira neprodanih stanova održat će se u utorak u zgradi gradske uprave Grada Zadra (Brne Krnarutića 13, 3. kat, ured broj 16).

Ukoliko se kandidati s Pročišćene konačne liste reda prvenstva ne odazovu pozivu na odabir stana, smatrat će se da su odustali od kupnje stana, a daljnji izbor stanova nastavit će se sukladno redosljedu na Pročišćenoj listi reda prvenstva.

U slučaju da je pojedini kandidat osobno spriječen odazvati se pozivu na odabir stana, umjesto takvog kandidata može pristupiti njegov opunomoćenik na temelju ovjerene punomoći, koji će u njegovo ime i za njegov račun moći odabrati stan.

Predvidiva prodajna cijena stana iznosi 1.193,44 E/m2, te će ista vrijediti za kvadraturu stana koju kandidati mogu birati sukladno članku 14. Odluke o uvjetima, mjerilima i postupku za određivanje reda prvenstva za kupnju stanova po programu društveno poticane stanogradnje na području Grada Zadra (“Glasnik Grada Zadra“, broj 9/22), dok u slučaju odabira većeg stana, razliku kvadrata plaćaju po tržišnoj cijeni.

Molimo kandidate da prilikom odabira stana predoče potvrdu o kreditnoj sposobnosti te, ako je došlo do povećanja broja članova obiteljskog domaćinstva, također predoče dokaz o tome.
