Policija je ponovno kazneno prijavila 55-godišnjeg Tomislava Govorčina s otoka Iža jer je 30. studenog oko 20.20 sati na zadarskom području laserskim zrakama namjerno ometao let zrakoplova kojim je upravljao 35-godišnji pilot. Takvom je općeopasnom radnjom ozbiljno ugrozio sigurnost leta zrakoplova i izazvao opasnost za ljude i imovinu.

- Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv 55-godišnjeg hrvatskog državljanina nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru je podnesena kaznena prijava zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo "Dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom" te je jučer predan u pritvorsku jedinicu Policijske uprave zadarske- rekli su u PU zadarskoj kija je nad muškarcem u petak završila kriminalističko istraživanje zbog kaznenog djela iz domene kaznenih djela protiv opće sigurnosti za što je predviđena kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Prošle je godine Govorčin učinio isto, priznavši tada kako je to bila njegova ‘samoobrana‘ jer otočani konstatno pate zbog trešnje i strašne grmljavine aviona koji nadlijetaju mjesto.  

- U mjestu su uglavnom stariji ljudi. Svakodnevno je tako - rekao je nakon što je tada u dva navrata u lipnju, te jednom u rujnu, na zadarskom području, laserom ometao let zrakoplova.

Nakon što je otkriven, policija mu je upala u kuću i izvršila pretres, no to je bio, objašnjava, jedini način da zaustavi svakodnevno nisko nadlijetanja aviona iznad otoka Iža zbog čega se mještani boje za svoju sigurnost. Godinu ranije javno se požalio zbog ‘stalnog maltretiranja Hrvatske vojske‘ koja svakodnevno na toj lokaciji održava trenažne letove.

- Sve se to događa 500 metara iznad naših glava, svakodnevno. Ljudi su u panici, strahu da će im se nešto dogoditi. Evo ja imam malu unučicu koja zbog toga ne može spavati. Po cijeli dan i noć lete i bruje iznad mjesta. Ja sam najmlađi pa to mogu i reći i pobuniti se. Što bi trebali? Strašno je to, samo trebamo čekati da nam avion padne na glavu, kao što je prošle godine pao čovjeku u vrt kuće u Biljanima Donjim. Nije nam jasno zbog čega se ti letovi održavaju iznad naseljenih dijelova otoka i tako ugrožavaju našu sigurnost - pojasnio je tada.

O ovom problemu pisano se obratio i pučkoj pravobraniteljici, ali i samom MORH-u. Pitao ih je zbog čega dopuštaju trenažne letove iznad naseljenog mjesta, no na to osobno nije dobio odgovor. Iz MORH-u su tada javno poručili kako na toj lokaciji nije utvrđeno odstupanje od zadanih elemenata leta kao ni narušavanje sigurnosti letenja probijanjem sigurnosnih visina ili buke. Kako su pojasnili, vojni piloti su provodili redovne i planirane letačke zadaće uvježbavanja letačkih manevara u pilotažnim zonama aerodroma Zadar pri čemu su se pridržavali svih propisanih vojnih i sigurnosnih postupaka..

Policija je ponovno kazneno prijavila 55-godišnjeg Tomislava Govorčina s otoka Iža jer je 30. studenog oko 20.20 sati na zadarskom području laserskim zrakama namjerno ometao let zrakoplova kojim je upravljao 35-godišnji pilot. Takvom je općeopasnom radnjom ozbiljno ugrozio sigurnost leta zrakoplova i izazvao opasnost za ljude i imovinu.

- Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv 55-godišnjeg hrvatskog državljanina nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru je podnesena kaznena prijava zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo "Dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom" te je jučer predan u pritvorsku jedinicu Policijske uprave zadarske- rekli su u PU zadarskoj kija je nad muškarcem u petak završila kriminalističko istraživanje zbog kaznenog djela iz domene kaznenih djela protiv opće sigurnosti za što je predviđena kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Prošle je godine Govorčin učinio isto, priznavši tada kako je to bila njegova ‘samoobrana‘ jer otočani konstatno pate zbog trešnje i strašne grmljavine aviona koji nadlijetaju mjesto.  

- U mjestu su uglavnom stariji ljudi. Svakodnevno je tako - rekao je nakon što je tada u dva navrata u lipnju, te jednom u rujnu, na zadarskom području, laserom ometao let zrakoplova.

Nakon što je otkriven, policija mu je upala u kuću i izvršila pretres, no to je bio, objašnjava, jedini način da zaustavi svakodnevno nisko nadlijetanja aviona iznad otoka Iža zbog čega se mještani boje za svoju sigurnost. Godinu ranije javno se požalio zbog ‘stalnog maltretiranja Hrvatske vojske‘ koja svakodnevno na toj lokaciji održava trenažne letove.

- Sve se to događa 500 metara iznad naših glava, svakodnevno. Ljudi su u panici, strahu da će im se nešto dogoditi. Evo ja imam malu unučicu koja zbog toga ne može spavati. Po cijeli dan i noć lete i bruje iznad mjesta. Ja sam najmlađi pa to mogu i reći i pobuniti se. Što bi trebali? Strašno je to, samo trebamo čekati da nam avion padne na glavu, kao što je prošle godine pao čovjeku u vrt kuće u Biljanima Donjim. Nije nam jasno zbog čega se ti letovi održavaju iznad naseljenih dijelova otoka i tako ugrožavaju našu sigurnost - pojasnio je tada.

O ovom problemu pisano se obratio i pučkoj pravobraniteljici, ali i samom MORH-u. Pitao ih je zbog čega dopuštaju trenažne letove iznad naseljenog mjesta, no na to osobno nije dobio odgovor. Iz MORH-u su tada javno poručili kako na toj lokaciji nije utvrđeno odstupanje od zadanih elemenata leta kao ni narušavanje sigurnosti letenja probijanjem sigurnosnih visina ili buke. Kako su pojasnili, vojni piloti su provodili redovne i planirane letačke zadaće uvježbavanja letačkih manevara u pilotažnim zonama aerodroma Zadar pri čemu su se pridržavali svih propisanih vojnih i sigurnosnih postupaka..

Ižanin (55) laserskim zrakama ponovno ometao let zrakoplova na zadarskom području: učinio je to i lani kao pokušaj ‘samoobrane‘!

Policija je ponovno kazneno prijavila 55-godišnjeg Tomislava Govorčina s otoka Iža jer je 30. studenog oko 20.20 sati na zadarskom području laserskim zrakama namjerno ometao let zrakoplova kojim je upravljao 35-godišnji pilot. Takvom je općeopasnom radnjom ozbiljno ugrozio sigurnost leta zrakoplova i izazvao opasnost za ljude i imovinu.

- Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv 55-godišnjeg hrvatskog državljanina nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru je podnesena kaznena prijava zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo "Dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom" te je jučer predan u pritvorsku jedinicu Policijske uprave zadarske- rekli su u PU zadarskoj kija je nad muškarcem u petak završila kriminalističko istraživanje zbog kaznenog djela iz domene kaznenih djela protiv opće sigurnosti za što je predviđena kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Prošle je godine Govorčin učinio isto, priznavši tada kako je to bila njegova ‘samoobrana‘ jer otočani konstatno pate zbog trešnje i strašne grmljavine aviona koji nadlijetaju mjesto.  

- U mjestu su uglavnom stariji ljudi. Svakodnevno je tako - rekao je nakon što je tada u dva navrata u lipnju, te jednom u rujnu, na zadarskom području, laserom ometao let zrakoplova.
