Nakon što je Europska komisija po drugi put tužila RH zbog brda troske kod Biljana Donjih, Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine objavilo je natječaj za prikupljanje ponuda za otkup talioničke troske. 

Ministarstvo prodaje 74.836 kubika troske po cijeni od 198.648,90 eura (1.496.720,00 kuna). Ponude se prikupljaju do 26. svibanj 2023. do 10 sati, a sat nakon održat će se javno otvaranje ponuda. 

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem smatra se ponuditelj koji je ponudio najvišu cijenu za ukupnu količinu talioničke troske koja mora biti veća od ukupne početne cijene i izražena u eurima. 

Podsjetimo kako je Europska komisija prijavila Hrvatsku jer hrvatske vlasti, ni četiri godine nakon prve presude, nisu to odlagalište zatvorile i sanirale. Oko 140.000 tona proizvodnog ostatka prerade feromangana i silikomangana odloženo je od 2010. godine izravno na ilegalno odlagalište, koje se nalazi manje od 50 metara od kuća. Europski sud je potvrdio da se troska odložena u Biljanama Donjim mora smatrati otpadom, a ne nusproizvodom. Sud je nadalje utvrdio da se troska, s obzirom na to da je riječ o otpadu, mora zbrinuti bez ugrožavanja zdravlja ljudi i bez štete za okoliš. Štoviše, Hrvatska je morala poduzeti potrebne mjere kako bi osigurala da posjednik otpada odloženog u Biljanama Donjim sam obrađuje otpad ili da ga prepusti trgovcu, ustanovi ili tvrtki koja obavlja poslove obrade otpada ili javnom ili privatnom sakupljaču otpada.

Zbog nepoduzimanja mjera Europska komisija odlučila je Hrvatsku vratiti pred Europski sud. Hrvatskoj je zato dobila drugu tužbu pred Europskim sudom, a ne riješi li se uskoro pitanje troske u Biljanima, Europska komisija bi Hrvatskoj mogla naplaćivati penale i to za vrijeme koje je proteklo od prve presude do ispunjenja zadanih mjera.

Nakon što je Europska komisija po drugi put tužila RH zbog brda troske kod Biljana Donjih, Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine objavilo je natječaj za prikupljanje ponuda za otkup talioničke troske. 

Ministarstvo prodaje 74.836 kubika troske po cijeni od 198.648,90 eura (1.496.720,00 kuna). Ponude se prikupljaju do 26. svibanj 2023. do 10 sati, a sat nakon održat će se javno otvaranje ponuda. 

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem smatra se ponuditelj koji je ponudio najvišu cijenu za ukupnu količinu talioničke troske koja mora biti veća od ukupne početne cijene i izražena u eurima. 

Podsjetimo kako je Europska komisija prijavila Hrvatsku jer hrvatske vlasti, ni četiri godine nakon prve presude, nisu to odlagalište zatvorile i sanirale. Oko 140.000 tona proizvodnog ostatka prerade feromangana i silikomangana odloženo je od 2010. godine izravno na ilegalno odlagalište, koje se nalazi manje od 50 metara od kuća. Europski sud je potvrdio da se troska odložena u Biljanama Donjim mora smatrati otpadom, a ne nusproizvodom. Sud je nadalje utvrdio da se troska, s obzirom na to da je riječ o otpadu, mora zbrinuti bez ugrožavanja zdravlja ljudi i bez štete za okoliš. Štoviše, Hrvatska je morala poduzeti potrebne mjere kako bi osigurala da posjednik otpada odloženog u Biljanama Donjim sam obrađuje otpad ili da ga prepusti trgovcu, ustanovi ili tvrtki koja obavlja poslove obrade otpada ili javnom ili privatnom sakupljaču otpada.

Zbog nepoduzimanja mjera Europska komisija odlučila je Hrvatsku vratiti pred Europski sud. Hrvatskoj je zato dobila drugu tužbu pred Europskim sudom, a ne riješi li se uskoro pitanje troske u Biljanima, Europska komisija bi Hrvatskoj mogla naplaćivati penale i to za vrijeme koje je proteklo od prve presude do ispunjenja zadanih mjera.

Ministarstvo objavilo natječaj u kojem traže tko će za dvjesto tisuća eura otkupiti trosku kod Biljana Donjih

Nakon što je Europska komisija po drugi put tužila RH zbog brda troske kod Biljana Donjih, Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine objavilo je natječaj za prikupljanje ponuda za otkup talioničke troske. 

Ministarstvo prodaje 74.836 kubika troske po cijeni od 198.648,90 eura (1.496.720,00 kuna). Ponude se prikupljaju do 26. svibanj 2023. do 10 sati, a sat nakon održat će se javno otvaranje ponuda. 

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem smatra se ponuditelj koji je ponudio najvišu cijenu za ukupnu količinu talioničke troske koja mora biti veća od ukupne početne cijene i izražena u eurima. 

Podsjetimo kako je Europska komisija prijavila Hrvatsku jer hrvatske vlasti, ni četiri godine nakon prve presude, nisu to odlagalište zatvorile i sanirale. Oko 140.000 tona proizvodnog ostatka prerade feromangana i silikomangana odloženo je od 2010. godine izravno na ilegalno odlagalište, koje se nalazi manje od 50 metara od kuća. Europski sud je potvrdio da se troska odložena u Biljanama Donjim mora smatrati otpadom, a ne nusproizvodom. Sud je nadalje utvrdio da se troska, s obzirom na to da je riječ o otpadu, mora zbrinuti bez ugrožavanja zdravlja ljudi i bez štete za okoliš. Štoviše, Hrvatska je morala poduzeti potrebne mjere kako bi osigurala da posjednik otpada odloženog u Biljanama Donjim sam obrađuje otpad ili da ga prepusti trgovcu, ustanovi ili tvrtki koja obavlja poslove obrade otpada ili javnom ili privatnom sakupljaču otpada.

Zbog nepoduzimanja mjera Europska komisija odlučila je Hrvatsku vratiti pred Europski sud. Hrvatskoj je zato dobila drugu tužbu pred Europskim sudom, a ne riješi li se uskoro pitanje troske u Biljanima, Europska komisija bi Hrvatskoj mogla naplaćivati penale i to za vrijeme koje je proteklo od prve presude do ispunjenja zadanih mjera.
