Zadranku koja je došla na splitsku Ultru 6.200 kuna koštat će droga koju je donijela na festival elektroničke glazbe. Ne radi se o nabavnoj cijeni za ilegalnu robu već o novčanoj kazni i troškovima koje mora platiti nakon uhićenja.

Tijekom festivala u srpnju 2018. godine je 29-godišnjakinja zatečena u parku u Spinutu s dvije žute tablete ecstasyja s utisnutim logom lika faraona i paketić s 0,45 grama amfetamina speed. Uhitili si je inspektori Prve policijske postaje Split te je protiv nje podnijet optužni prijedlog.

Pozvana na prekršajni sud u Splitu kako bi iznijela obranu, ali nije preuzela poziv poslan na prijavljenu adrese. Putem zadarske policije zatražena je i dobivena njena nova adresa te je zamoljen zadarski prekršajni sud da je ispitaju.

Ni njima se nije odazvala na pozive pa kako je bilo očito da izbjegava dolazak, poziv je izvješen na oglasnu ploču predviđeno vrijeme nakon čega je održano suđenje. Za posjedovanje droge kazna je od 5 do 20 tisuća kuna, ali kako mlada Zadranka nije prije kažnjavana za isto nedjelo i kako je prošlo dosta vremen od događaja sud je išao ispod minimuma.

Stoga joj je odredio kaznu od  3.500 kuna, ali isto tako mora platiti i troškove vještačenja droge od 2.5000 kuna plus 200 kuna  troškova postupka. Sve u svemu dva “faraona” i manje od pola grama speeda, osim iznosa kojim ih je platila dileru, doći će je još 6.200 kuna.

Zanimljivo je da je u sebe imala i malo marihuane, oko 0,7 grama, ali to nije poslano na vještačenje u Zagreb. Kako je samo preliminarnim testovima u policiji utvrđeno da se radi o drogi, što ne može biti dokaz na sudu, oslobođena je krivnje za posjedovanje “travice”.

Zadranku koja je došla na splitsku Ultru 6.200 kuna koštat će droga koju je donijela na festival elektroničke glazbe. Ne radi se o nabavnoj cijeni za ilegalnu robu već o novčanoj kazni i troškovima koje mora platiti nakon uhićenja.

Tijekom festivala u srpnju 2018. godine je 29-godišnjakinja zatečena u parku u Spinutu s dvije žute tablete ecstasyja s utisnutim logom lika faraona i paketić s 0,45 grama amfetamina speed. Uhitili si je inspektori Prve policijske postaje Split te je protiv nje podnijet optužni prijedlog.

Pozvana na prekršajni sud u Splitu kako bi iznijela obranu, ali nije preuzela poziv poslan na prijavljenu adrese. Putem zadarske policije zatražena je i dobivena njena nova adresa te je zamoljen zadarski prekršajni sud da je ispitaju.

Ni njima se nije odazvala na pozive pa kako je bilo očito da izbjegava dolazak, poziv je izvješen na oglasnu ploču predviđeno vrijeme nakon čega je održano suđenje. Za posjedovanje droge kazna je od 5 do 20 tisuća kuna, ali kako mlada Zadranka nije prije kažnjavana za isto nedjelo i kako je prošlo dosta vremen od događaja sud je išao ispod minimuma.

Stoga joj je odredio kaznu od  3.500 kuna, ali isto tako mora platiti i troškove vještačenja droge od 2.5000 kuna plus 200 kuna  troškova postupka. Sve u svemu dva “faraona” i manje od pola grama speeda, osim iznosa kojim ih je platila dileru, doći će je još 6.200 kuna.

Zanimljivo je da je u sebe imala i malo marihuane, oko 0,7 grama, ali to nije poslano na vještačenje u Zagreb. Kako je samo preliminarnim testovima u policiji utvrđeno da se radi o drogi, što ne može biti dokaz na sudu, oslobođena je krivnje za posjedovanje “travice”.

Tijekom festivala u srpnju 2018. godine je 29-godišnjakinja zatečena u parku u Spinutu s dvije žute tablete ecstasyja s utisnutim logom lika faraona i paketić s 0,45 grama amfetamina speed. Uhitili si je inspektori Prve policijske postaje Split te je protiv nje podnijet optužni prijedlog.

Pozvana na prekršajni sud u Splitu kako bi iznijela obranu, ali nije preuzela poziv poslan na prijavljenu adrese. Putem zadarske policije zatražena je i dobivena njena nova adresa te je zamoljen zadarski prekršajni sud da je ispitaju.

Ni njima se nije odazvala na pozive pa kako je bilo očito da izbjegava dolazak, poziv je izvješen na oglasnu ploču predviđeno vrijeme nakon čega je održano suđenje. Za posjedovanje droge kazna je od 5 do 20 tisuća kuna, ali kako mlada Zadranka nije prije kažnjavana za isto nedjelo i kako je prošlo dosta vremen od događaja sud je išao ispod minimuma.

Stoga joj je odredio kaznu od  3.500 kuna, ali isto tako mora platiti i troškove vještačenja droge od 2.5000 kuna plus 200 kuna  troškova postupka. Sve u svemu dva “faraona” i manje od pola grama speeda, osim iznosa kojim ih je platila dileru, doći će je još 6.200 kuna.

Zanimljivo je da je u sebe imala i malo marihuane, oko 0,7 grama, ali to nije poslano na vještačenje u Zagreb. Kako je samo preliminarnim testovima u policiji utvrđeno da se radi o drogi, što ne može biti dokaz na sudu, oslobođena je krivnje za posjedovanje “travice”.
