Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 43-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela protupravnog oduzimanja slobode i Iznude na štetu stranog državljanina.

Sumnja se da je 28. kolovoza u Zadru, oko 09,30 sati na Liburnskoj obali po unaprijed smišljenom planu da se nepripadno okoristi, ponudio prijevoz taxi vozilom državljaninu Sjedinjenih američkih država, koji je pristao na vožnju od gradskog mosta do gradskog predjela Voštarnice, za dogovoreni iznos od 15 eura.

Nakon toga, osumnjičeni automobilom odvozi 25-godišnjeg stranog državljanina okolnim ulicama do parkirališta na ulici Ante Starčevića u Zadru umjesto na dogovoreno odredište u ulicu Postrojbi specijalne policije, gdje od njega za vožnju potražuje znatno veći novčani iznos.

Kako oštećeni nije pristao na novčani iznos znatno veći od dogovorenog već je htio platiti dogovorenu cijenu, osumnjičeni mu je odbio predati stvari iz vozila, a potom ga je uz uporabu sile ugurao u svoje taksi vozilo, prijeteći mu i tražeći od njega iznos od 150 eura za vožnju, na što je oštećeni od straha na kraju pristao.

Budući nije imao novce kod sebe osumnjičeni ga je odvezao do obližnjeg bankomata da podigne novac, a tek kada mu je predao novac pustio ga je i vratio mu njegove osobne stvari iz taxi vozila.

Oštećeni je događaj prijavio policiji, koja je odmah po saznanjima započela s provođenjem kriminalističkog istraživanja, u sklopu kojeg je osumnjičeni jučer uhićen te uz uporabu sredstava prisile priveden u službene prostorije policije.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, zbog sumnje u kaznena djela Protupravno oduzimanje slobode i Iznuda osumnjičeni 43-godišnjak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava je dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Na kraju, o svim saznanjima u vezi obavljanja djelatnosti usluge prijevoza, policija će obavijestiti nadležne službe.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 43-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela protupravnog oduzimanja slobode i Iznude na štetu stranog državljanina.

Sumnja se da je 28. kolovoza u Zadru, oko 09,30 sati na Liburnskoj obali po unaprijed smišljenom planu da se nepripadno okoristi, ponudio prijevoz taxi vozilom državljaninu Sjedinjenih američkih država, koji je pristao na vožnju od gradskog mosta do gradskog predjela Voštarnice, za dogovoreni iznos od 15 eura.

Nakon toga, osumnjičeni automobilom odvozi 25-godišnjeg stranog državljanina okolnim ulicama do parkirališta na ulici Ante Starčevića u Zadru umjesto na dogovoreno odredište u ulicu Postrojbi specijalne policije, gdje od njega za vožnju potražuje znatno veći novčani iznos.

Kako oštećeni nije pristao na novčani iznos znatno veći od dogovorenog već je htio platiti dogovorenu cijenu, osumnjičeni mu je odbio predati stvari iz vozila, a potom ga je uz uporabu sile ugurao u svoje taksi vozilo, prijeteći mu i tražeći od njega iznos od 150 eura za vožnju, na što je oštećeni od straha na kraju pristao.

Budući nije imao novce kod sebe osumnjičeni ga je odvezao do obližnjeg bankomata da podigne novac, a tek kada mu je predao novac pustio ga je i vratio mu njegove osobne stvari iz taxi vozila.

Oštećeni je događaj prijavio policiji, koja je odmah po saznanjima započela s provođenjem kriminalističkog istraživanja, u sklopu kojeg je osumnjičeni jučer uhićen te uz uporabu sredstava prisile priveden u službene prostorije policije.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, zbog sumnje u kaznena djela Protupravno oduzimanje slobode i Iznuda osumnjičeni 43-godišnjak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava je dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Na kraju, o svim saznanjima u vezi obavljanja djelatnosti usluge prijevoza, policija će obavijestiti nadležne službe.

Nasilni zadarski taksist: Amerikancu iznudom naplatio 150 umjesto 15 eura, odvezao ga na krivu lokaciju, zatočio ga u automobilu, oteo mu stvari...

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 43-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela protupravnog oduzimanja slobode i Iznude na štetu stranog državljanina.

Sumnja se da je 28. kolovoza u Zadru, oko 09,30 sati na Liburnskoj obali po unaprijed smišljenom planu da se nepripadno okoristi, ponudio prijevoz taxi vozilom državljaninu Sjedinjenih američkih država, koji je pristao na vožnju od gradskog mosta do gradskog predjela Voštarnice, za dogovoreni iznos od 15 eura.

Nakon toga, osumnjičeni automobilom odvozi 25-godišnjeg stranog državljanina okolnim ulicama do parkirališta na ulici Ante Starčevića u Zadru umjesto na dogovoreno odredište u ulicu Postrojbi specijalne policije, gdje od njega za vožnju potražuje znatno veći novčani iznos.

Kako oštećeni nije pristao na novčani iznos znatno veći od dogovorenog već je htio platiti dogovorenu cijenu, osumnjičeni mu je odbio predati stvari iz vozila, a potom ga je uz uporabu sile ugurao u svoje taksi vozilo, prijeteći mu i tražeći od njega iznos od 150 eura za vožnju, na što je oštećeni od straha na kraju pristao.

Budući nije imao novce kod sebe osumnjičeni ga je odvezao do obližnjeg bankomata da podigne novac, a tek kada mu je predao novac pustio ga je i vratio mu njegove osobne stvari iz taxi vozila.

Oštećeni je događaj prijavio policiji, koja je odmah po saznanjima započela s provođenjem kriminalističkog istraživanja, u sklopu kojeg je osumnjičeni jučer uhićen te uz uporabu sredstava prisile priveden u službene prostorije policije.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, zbog sumnje u kaznena djela Protupravno oduzimanje slobode i Iznuda osumnjičeni 43-godišnjak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava je dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Na kraju, o svim saznanjima u vezi obavljanja djelatnosti usluge prijevoza, policija će obavijestiti nadležne službe.
