Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Biograd proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 34-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz nehaja.

Naime, sumnjiči ga se da je u petak (8. srpnja) oko 11.15 sati sa južne strane otoka Pašmana, na otvorenom prostoru iako svjestan mogućnosti nastanka opasnosti od požara, obavljao radove iskopa uslijed čega je došlo do iskrenja, a što je prouzrokovalo požar koji se proširio na obližnje nisko raslinje i borovu šumu, površine oko 105 hektara te je u potpunosti izgorjela kamp-kućica, dok su na dva obližnja objekta nastala oštećenja od djelovanje toplinske energije.

Na mjestu događaja izvršen je očevid te je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, nakon čega je protiv osumnjičenika nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz nehaja.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Biograd proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 34-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz nehaja.

Naime, sumnjiči ga se da je u petak (8. srpnja) oko 11.15 sati sa južne strane otoka Pašmana, na otvorenom prostoru iako svjestan mogućnosti nastanka opasnosti od požara, obavljao radove iskopa uslijed čega je došlo do iskrenja, a što je prouzrokovalo požar koji se proširio na obližnje nisko raslinje i borovu šumu, površine oko 105 hektara te je u potpunosti izgorjela kamp-kućica, dok su na dva obližnja objekta nastala oštećenja od djelovanje toplinske energije.

Na mjestu događaja izvršen je očevid te je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, nakon čega je protiv osumnjičenika nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz nehaja.

Požar na Pašmanu izazvalo iskrenje radnog stroja, vatra se proširila na nisko raslinje i borovu šumu

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Biograd proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 34-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz nehaja.

Naime, sumnjiči ga se da je u petak (8. srpnja) oko 11.15 sati sa južne strane otoka Pašmana, na otvorenom prostoru iako svjestan mogućnosti nastanka opasnosti od požara, obavljao radove iskopa uslijed čega je došlo do iskrenja, a što je prouzrokovalo požar koji se proširio na obližnje nisko raslinje i borovu šumu, površine oko 105 hektara te je u potpunosti izgorjela kamp-kućica, dok su na dva obližnja objekta nastala oštećenja od djelovanje toplinske energije.

Na mjestu događaja izvršen je očevid te je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, nakon čega je protiv osumnjičenika nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom iz nehaja.
