Ante Jerolimov, bivši načelnik Općine Preko, nepravomoćnom je presudom Općinskog suda u Zadru oslobođen optužbe zbog kaznenog djela protupravne gradnje.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, prvooptuženi Jerolimov, kao tadašnji načelnik općine Preko i drugooptužena Mira Barišić, direktorica trgovačkog društva "Heres" sa sjedištem u Viru, teretili su se da su od 1. veljače do 26. ožujka 2008. godine izvodili radove na zaštićenom obalnom području gdje su, bez građevinske dozvole, nasuli ukupno 570 metara četvornih te izgradili školjeru od kamena i dva gata.

U obrazloženju oslobađajuće presude suda Ivan Marković istaknuo je kako u zaštićenom obalnom području u Sutomišćici na otoku Ugljanu nije bilo nikakve štete po okoliš dok su trajali građevinski radovi i da je sve je bilo u skladu s urbanističkim planom.

Ante Jerolimov, bivši načelnik Općine Preko, nepravomoćnom je presudom Općinskog suda u Zadru oslobođen optužbe zbog kaznenog djela protupravne gradnje.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, prvooptuženi Jerolimov, kao tadašnji načelnik općine Preko i drugooptužena Mira Barišić, direktorica trgovačkog društva "Heres" sa sjedištem u Viru, teretili su se da su od 1. veljače do 26. ožujka 2008. godine izvodili radove na zaštićenom obalnom području gdje su, bez građevinske dozvole, nasuli ukupno 570 metara četvornih te izgradili školjeru od kamena i dva gata.

U obrazloženju oslobađajuće presude suda Ivan Marković istaknuo je kako u zaštićenom obalnom području u Sutomišćici na otoku Ugljanu nije bilo nikakve štete po okoliš dok su trajali građevinski radovi i da je sve je bilo u skladu s urbanističkim planom.

Ante Jerolimov nije protupravno nasipao obalu u Sutomišćici
