Frane Barbarić, predsjednik uprave HEP-a i potpredsjednik zagrebačkog HDZ-a ostat će, na ovaj ili onaj način, bez svoje bespravno izgrađene vile u mjestu Zastražišće na otoku Hvaru! Ili će to napraviti sam ili će je srušiti državni bageri tek treba vidjeti, no po odluci splitskog Upravnog suda rušenja će biti.

Naime, Upravni sud u Splitu u petak ujutro objavio je nepravomoćnu presudu u slučaju u kojem je Barbarić tužbom tražio da sud poništi rješenje građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata za rušenje te je takav njegov zahtjev proglašen neosnovanim. Na taj dio odluke postoji rok od 15 dana za žalbu.

Isto tako, splitski je sud odbio i njegov zahtjev za odgodni učinak tužbe kojim je tražio da se odgodi izvršenje uklanjanja građevine do pravomoćnosti presude, a odbijen je i Barbarićev zahtjev za donošenje privremene mjere kojom bi se državi zabranilo izvršavanje rješenja građevinske inspekcije odnosno, laički rečeno, angažiranje bagera da poravnaju njegovu vilu s bazenom do pravomoćnosti sudske presude.

Barbarić je, od kad su u svibnju ove godine novinari otkrili njegov bespravni građevinski pothvat, cijelo vrijeme uvjeravao da se radi samo o rekonstrukciji stare legalizirane kuće za koju ne treba građevinsku dozvolu. No, inspekcija je utvrdila da se radi o bespravnoj gradnji i naložila je uklanjanje.

Kako je već poznato, građevinska je inspekcija do sad već tri puta novčano kaznila Barbarića jer nije postupio po njihovom rješenju o uklanjanju građevine. Prvi je put kažnjen s nešto više od 6000 eura, drugi put s više od 10.000 eura, a posljednja treća kazna iznosila je preko 13 tisuća eura.

- Uz konkretnu lokaciju na koju se odnosi Vaš upit, građevinska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata obavila je inspekcijski nadzor kojim je utvrđeno da investitor nije postupio po Rješenju o uklanjanju te je izrečena i posljednja od tri novčane kazne kojom se investitora prisiljava na izvršenje Rješenja. Ako investitor ne postupi po Rješenju, izvršenju rješenja pristupit će se uklanjanju putem treće osobe na trošak investitora. Zbog neplaćenih kazni Državni inspektorat podnosi zahtjev za pokretanje ovršnog postupka - nedavno je objavio DIRH.

Frane Barbarić, predsjednik uprave HEP-a i potpredsjednik zagrebačkog HDZ-a ostat će, na ovaj ili onaj način, bez svoje bespravno izgrađene vile u mjestu Zastražišće na otoku Hvaru! Ili će to napraviti sam ili će je srušiti državni bageri tek treba vidjeti, no po odluci splitskog Upravnog suda rušenja će biti.

Naime, Upravni sud u Splitu u petak ujutro objavio je nepravomoćnu presudu u slučaju u kojem je Barbarić tužbom tražio da sud poništi rješenje građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata za rušenje te je takav njegov zahtjev proglašen neosnovanim. Na taj dio odluke postoji rok od 15 dana za žalbu.

Isto tako, splitski je sud odbio i njegov zahtjev za odgodni učinak tužbe kojim je tražio da se odgodi izvršenje uklanjanja građevine do pravomoćnosti presude, a odbijen je i Barbarićev zahtjev za donošenje privremene mjere kojom bi se državi zabranilo izvršavanje rješenja građevinske inspekcije odnosno, laički rečeno, angažiranje bagera da poravnaju njegovu vilu s bazenom do pravomoćnosti sudske presude.

Barbarić je, od kad su u svibnju ove godine novinari otkrili njegov bespravni građevinski pothvat, cijelo vrijeme uvjeravao da se radi samo o rekonstrukciji stare legalizirane kuće za koju ne treba građevinsku dozvolu. No, inspekcija je utvrdila da se radi o bespravnoj gradnji i naložila je uklanjanje.

Kako je već poznato, građevinska je inspekcija do sad već tri puta novčano kaznila Barbarića jer nije postupio po njihovom rješenju o uklanjanju građevine. Prvi je put kažnjen s nešto više od 6000 eura, drugi put s više od 10.000 eura, a posljednja treća kazna iznosila je preko 13 tisuća eura.

- Uz konkretnu lokaciju na koju se odnosi Vaš upit, građevinska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata obavila je inspekcijski nadzor kojim je utvrđeno da investitor nije postupio po Rješenju o uklanjanju te je izrečena i posljednja od tri novčane kazne kojom se investitora prisiljava na izvršenje Rješenja. Ako investitor ne postupi po Rješenju, izvršenju rješenja pristupit će se uklanjanju putem treće osobe na trošak investitora. Zbog neplaćenih kazni Državni inspektorat podnosi zahtjev za pokretanje ovršnog postupka - nedavno je objavio DIRH.

Barbarićeva kuća mora pasti! Upravni sud dao ‘zeleno svjetlo‘ za rušenje bespravne vile čelnika HEP-a

Frane Barbarić, predsjednik uprave HEP-a i potpredsjednik zagrebačkog HDZ-a ostat će, na ovaj ili onaj način, bez svoje bespravno izgrađene vile u mjestu Zastražišće na otoku Hvaru! Ili će to napraviti sam ili će je srušiti državni bageri tek treba vidjeti, no po odluci splitskog Upravnog suda rušenja će biti.

Naime, Upravni sud u Splitu u petak ujutro objavio je nepravomoćnu presudu u slučaju u kojem je Barbarić tužbom tražio da sud poništi rješenje građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata za rušenje te je takav njegov zahtjev proglašen neosnovanim. Na taj dio odluke postoji rok od 15 dana za žalbu.

Isto tako, splitski je sud odbio i njegov zahtjev za odgodni učinak tužbe kojim je tražio da se odgodi izvršenje uklanjanja građevine do pravomoćnosti presude, a odbijen je i Barbarićev zahtjev za donošenje privremene mjere kojom bi se državi zabranilo izvršavanje rješenja građevinske inspekcije odnosno, laički rečeno, angažiranje bagera da poravnaju njegovu vilu s bazenom do pravomoćnosti sudske presude.

Barbarić je, od kad su u svibnju ove godine novinari otkrili njegov bespravni građevinski pothvat, cijelo vrijeme uvjeravao da se radi samo o rekonstrukciji stare legalizirane kuće za koju ne treba građevinsku dozvolu. No, inspekcija je utvrdila da se radi o bespravnoj gradnji i naložila je uklanjanje.

Kako je već poznato, građevinska je inspekcija do sad već tri puta novčano kaznila Barbarića jer nije postupio po njihovom rješenju o uklanjanju građevine. Prvi je put kažnjen s nešto više od 6000 eura, drugi put s više od 10.000 eura, a posljednja treća kazna iznosila je preko 13 tisuća eura.

- Uz konkretnu lokaciju na koju se odnosi Vaš upit, građevinska inspekcija Državnog inspektorata obavila je inspekcijski nadzor kojim je utvrđeno da investitor nije postupio po Rješenju o uklanjanju te je izrečena i posljednja od tri novčane kazne kojom se investitora prisiljava na izvršenje Rješenja. Ako investitor ne postupi po Rješenju, izvršenju rješenja pristupit će se uklanjanju putem treće osobe na trošak investitora. Zbog neplaćenih kazni Državni inspektorat podnosi zahtjev za pokretanje ovršnog postupka - nedavno je objavio DIRH.
