Odvjetnik Filipa Zavadlava, Branko Šerić, komentirao je presudu koja njegova štićenika osuđuje na 40 godina zatvora za trojstruko ubojstvo u Splitu.

- Sud je prihvatio tvrdnju obrane da se ne radi o motivu osvete ili bezobzirne osvete. Ja sam zadovoljan jer otpočetka pokušavam dokazati da kod njega nema motiva, pogotovo ne takvog motiva. Postavlja se pitanje zašto. Što se to krilo u njegovoj glavi?

Upravo izostanak motiva danas nas po tko zna koji put uvjerava da nije bo ubrojiv. Koji bi drugi bio motiv ako nema osvete? Jedno neobjašnjibvo, kompulzivno ponašanje koje se samo može pripisati njegovoj ubrojivosti...

Normalno da ćemo se žaliti, a žalba će upravo ići u tom smjeru. Radilo se o jednom nerazumnom, nemotivirajućem ponašanju. Što će se dogoditi po žalbenom postupku, to ćemo vidjeti. Pokušat ćemo još bolje objasniti tvrdnju, angažirati druge stručne osobe koje će pomoći u obrani njegovog psihičkog stanja.

Odvjetnik Filipa Zavadlava, Branko Šerić, komentirao je presudu koja njegova štićenika osuđuje na 40 godina zatvora za trojstruko ubojstvo u Splitu.

- Sud je prihvatio tvrdnju obrane da se ne radi o motivu osvete ili bezobzirne osvete. Ja sam zadovoljan jer otpočetka pokušavam dokazati da kod njega nema motiva, pogotovo ne takvog motiva. Postavlja se pitanje zašto. Što se to krilo u njegovoj glavi?

Upravo izostanak motiva danas nas po tko zna koji put uvjerava da nije bo ubrojiv. Koji bi drugi bio motiv ako nema osvete? Jedno neobjašnjibvo, kompulzivno ponašanje koje se samo može pripisati njegovoj ubrojivosti...

Normalno da ćemo se žaliti, a žalba će upravo ići u tom smjeru. Radilo se o jednom nerazumnom, nemotivirajućem ponašanju. Što će se dogoditi po žalbenom postupku, to ćemo vidjeti. Pokušat ćemo još bolje objasniti tvrdnju, angažirati druge stručne osobe koje će pomoći u obrani njegovog psihičkog stanja.

Odvjetnik Filipa Zavadlava, Branko Šerić, komentirao je presudu koja njegova štićenika osuđuje na 40 godina zatvora za trojstruko ubojstvo u Splitu.

- Sud je prihvatio tvrdnju obrane da se ne radi o motivu osvete ili bezobzirne osvete. Ja sam zadovoljan jer otpočetka pokušavam dokazati da kod njega nema motiva, pogotovo ne takvog motiva. Postavlja se pitanje zašto. Što se to krilo u njegovoj glavi?

Upravo izostanak motiva danas nas po tko zna koji put uvjerava da nije bo ubrojiv. Koji bi drugi bio motiv ako nema osvete? Jedno neobjašnjibvo, kompulzivno ponašanje koje se samo može pripisati njegovoj ubrojivosti...

Normalno da ćemo se žaliti, a žalba će upravo ići u tom smjeru. Radilo se o jednom nerazumnom, nemotivirajućem ponašanju. Što će se dogoditi po žalbenom postupku, to ćemo vidjeti. Pokušat ćemo još bolje objasniti tvrdnju, angažirati druge stručne osobe koje će pomoći u obrani njegovog psihičkog stanja.
