Hrvatska je zemlja u kojoj je teško vjerovati nekim brojkama kojima barata službena politika. Zato se štošta mjeri "odokativno", pa tako i broj ljudi koji su se iseli odavde trbuhom za kruhom od primanja naše zemlje u EU, od čega je prošlo već deset godina.

Riječ je od dvjesto do tristo i trideset tisuća građana! Vlast konstatira da je točan broj nemoguće utvrditi jer se dobar dio njih nije odjavio s adresa u Hrvatskoj. Glavni razlog za to su zdravstvene usluge koje ovdje i dalje koriste, premda rade u inozemstvu gdje plaćaju porez i stvaraju novu vrijednost. Nerijetko se mnogi od njih još vode na Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje, pa im po toj osnovi država plaća zdravstvene usluge, premda žive i rade u Dublinu, Münchenu ili Stockholmu. 

Liječnici su prošle subote izišli na ulice i najavili štrajk upozoravajući Vladu da su preopterećeni i potplaćeni. Zbog sve starijeg stanovništva, jedva izlaze na kraj s uredno registriranim korisnicima HZZO-a, a još moraju pružati zdravstvenu uslugu i onima koji u Hrvatskoj više ne žive, ali se tu uredno pojave kad im treba neka usluga koju će dobiti besplatno ili im je u inozemstvu jednostavno puno skuplja. Radi li se išta po tom pitanju?      

– O tome se u HZZO-u počelo govoriti prije tri i pol mjeseca, a i bilo je već vrijeme da se to riješi – kaže Jasna Karačić, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata, pa dodaje da nije u pitanju samo financijsko opterećivanje zdravstvenog sustava od strane onih koji ovdje više ne žive, već je takvo što i nemoralno.  

– Zbog takvih neki ne mogu na vrijeme doći na red za pružanje zdravstvenih usluga, premda na to za razliku od njih imaju pravo. Svjesni smo činjenice da se neki naši građani koji su se odselili u inozemstvo nisu odjavili u Hrvatskoj kako bi ovdje koristili zdravstvene usluge koje su im nerijetko jeftinije nego u inozemstvu, pogotovo onima koji su nedavno stigli u zemlje u kojima su našli posao. Najčešće se radi o stomatološkim uslugama, zbog kojih oni koji rade u inozemstvu ovdje ne odjavljuju boravište – veli Jasna Karačić, koja je uvjerena da se ažuriranjem podataka kojima raspolaže HZZO, ovaj problem može vrlo brzo riješiti.

Hrvatskoj odnedavno stoje na raspolaganju informacije iz sustava razmjene zdravstvenih podataka koji funkcionira na razini Europe. No, bitno je da ta razmjena podataka elektroničkim putem zaživi na cijelom kontinentu, što još nije slučaj, kako bi se utvrdilo tko zaista zlorabi činjenicu da više ne živi u Hrvatskoj, a koristi ovdje zdravstvene usluge, poput pregleda ili podizanja lijekova koje im onda šalju rodbina i prijatelji.

Primjerice, u Austriji se inzulin plaća, a u Hrvatskoj je besplatan, stoga naši radnici u toj zemlji koji imaju dijabetes, koriste činjenicu da se ovdje još vode kao registrirani korisnici HZZO-a. U Irskoj obični pregled kod zubara košta šezdeset, a uputnica još dvadeset eura.

Kako je istaknula doktorica Karačić, ipak je najčešće riječ o stomatološkim uslugama, koje su u bogatijim zemljama Europe u kojima su brojni Hrvati pronašli posao, kudikamo skuplje.   

HZZO je potpisao sporazum s MUP-om na ovu temu pa im predstoji informatičko umrežavanje kako bi stalno osvježavali podatke. Također, HZZO-u će iz Porezne uprave koja je lani krenula ozbiljnije u ažuriranje podataka o poreznim obveznicima, dostavljati informacije tko i gdje od hrvatskih državljana plaća porez i kao takav ima ili nema pravo na (besplatno) korištenje zdravstvenih usluga u Hrvatskoj, no puno će vode proći dok se onima koji love u mutnom stane na rep.

Hrvatska je zemlja u kojoj je teško vjerovati nekim brojkama kojima barata službena politika. Zato se štošta mjeri "odokativno", pa tako i broj ljudi koji su se iseli odavde trbuhom za kruhom od primanja naše zemlje u EU, od čega je prošlo već deset godina.

Riječ je od dvjesto do tristo i trideset tisuća građana! Vlast konstatira da je točan broj nemoguće utvrditi jer se dobar dio njih nije odjavio s adresa u Hrvatskoj. Glavni razlog za to su zdravstvene usluge koje ovdje i dalje koriste, premda rade u inozemstvu gdje plaćaju porez i stvaraju novu vrijednost. Nerijetko se mnogi od njih još vode na Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje, pa im po toj osnovi država plaća zdravstvene usluge, premda žive i rade u Dublinu, Münchenu ili Stockholmu. 

Liječnici su prošle subote izišli na ulice i najavili štrajk upozoravajući Vladu da su preopterećeni i potplaćeni. Zbog sve starijeg stanovništva, jedva izlaze na kraj s uredno registriranim korisnicima HZZO-a, a još moraju pružati zdravstvenu uslugu i onima koji u Hrvatskoj više ne žive, ali se tu uredno pojave kad im treba neka usluga koju će dobiti besplatno ili im je u inozemstvu jednostavno puno skuplja. Radi li se išta po tom pitanju?      

– O tome se u HZZO-u počelo govoriti prije tri i pol mjeseca, a i bilo je već vrijeme da se to riješi – kaže Jasna Karačić, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata, pa dodaje da nije u pitanju samo financijsko opterećivanje zdravstvenog sustava od strane onih koji ovdje više ne žive, već je takvo što i nemoralno.  

– Zbog takvih neki ne mogu na vrijeme doći na red za pružanje zdravstvenih usluga, premda na to za razliku od njih imaju pravo. Svjesni smo činjenice da se neki naši građani koji su se odselili u inozemstvo nisu odjavili u Hrvatskoj kako bi ovdje koristili zdravstvene usluge koje su im nerijetko jeftinije nego u inozemstvu, pogotovo onima koji su nedavno stigli u zemlje u kojima su našli posao. Najčešće se radi o stomatološkim uslugama, zbog kojih oni koji rade u inozemstvu ovdje ne odjavljuju boravište – veli Jasna Karačić, koja je uvjerena da se ažuriranjem podataka kojima raspolaže HZZO, ovaj problem može vrlo brzo riješiti.

Hrvatskoj odnedavno stoje na raspolaganju informacije iz sustava razmjene zdravstvenih podataka koji funkcionira na razini Europe. No, bitno je da ta razmjena podataka elektroničkim putem zaživi na cijelom kontinentu, što još nije slučaj, kako bi se utvrdilo tko zaista zlorabi činjenicu da više ne živi u Hrvatskoj, a koristi ovdje zdravstvene usluge, poput pregleda ili podizanja lijekova koje im onda šalju rodbina i prijatelji.

Primjerice, u Austriji se inzulin plaća, a u Hrvatskoj je besplatan, stoga naši radnici u toj zemlji koji imaju dijabetes, koriste činjenicu da se ovdje još vode kao registrirani korisnici HZZO-a. U Irskoj obični pregled kod zubara košta šezdeset, a uputnica još dvadeset eura.

Kako je istaknula doktorica Karačić, ipak je najčešće riječ o stomatološkim uslugama, koje su u bogatijim zemljama Europe u kojima su brojni Hrvati pronašli posao, kudikamo skuplje.   

HZZO je potpisao sporazum s MUP-om na ovu temu pa im predstoji informatičko umrežavanje kako bi stalno osvježavali podatke. Također, HZZO-u će iz Porezne uprave koja je lani krenula ozbiljnije u ažuriranje podataka o poreznim obveznicima, dostavljati informacije tko i gdje od hrvatskih državljana plaća porez i kao takav ima ili nema pravo na (besplatno) korištenje zdravstvenih usluga u Hrvatskoj, no puno će vode proći dok se onima koji love u mutnom stane na rep.

Brojni Hrvati su otišli u Njemačku, Irsku..., ne plaćaju porez, ali se i dalje liječe u Hrvatskoj. A tko to plaća? Mi!

Hrvatska je zemlja u kojoj je teško vjerovati nekim brojkama kojima barata službena politika. Zato se štošta mjeri "odokativno", pa tako i broj ljudi koji su se iseli odavde trbuhom za kruhom od primanja naše zemlje u EU, od čega je prošlo već deset godina.

Riječ je od dvjesto do tristo i trideset tisuća građana! Vlast konstatira da je točan broj nemoguće utvrditi jer se dobar dio njih nije odjavio s adresa u Hrvatskoj. Glavni razlog za to su zdravstvene usluge koje ovdje i dalje koriste, premda rade u inozemstvu gdje plaćaju porez i stvaraju novu vrijednost. Nerijetko se mnogi od njih još vode na Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje, pa im po toj osnovi država plaća zdravstvene usluge, premda žive i rade u Dublinu, Münchenu ili Stockholmu. 

Liječnici su prošle subote izišli na ulice i najavili štrajk upozoravajući Vladu da su preopterećeni i potplaćeni. Zbog sve starijeg stanovništva, jedva izlaze na kraj s uredno registriranim korisnicima HZZO-a, a još moraju pružati zdravstvenu uslugu i onima koji u Hrvatskoj više ne žive, ali se tu uredno pojave kad im treba neka usluga koju će dobiti besplatno ili im je u inozemstvu jednostavno puno skuplja.
