U Lovranu turist može dobiti sve za 1104 eura za noć - i privatnu vilu, i batlera i - privatnu plažu.

I privatnu plažu?

Da, barem tako proizlazi iz oglasa objavljenog na Airbnbu u kojemu se Villa Belmond reklamira kao "dvorac s privatnom plažom", iako je takvo nešto u Hrvatskoj teško moguće jer je u pitanju pomorsko dobro za koje se u najbolju ruku može dobiti koncesijsko odobrenje ili koncesija - ali nikako privatno uživanje.

"Želite li doživjeti rustikalan luksuz i privatnost svoje privatne plaže? Uživajte i u našoj luksuznoj usluzi konsijerža ako vam je potreban prijevoz iz/do zračne luke, privatni kuhar, batler, iznajmljivanje automobila, vožnje brodom, daske za veslanje itd. Na padinama Učke nalazi se naša vila, 909 m2 ili 9785 četvornih metara čistog luksuza", započinje oglas.

Jutarnji list zanimalo je pojašnjenje ovog oglasa pa su nazvali agenciju koja ga je objavila, ali oni su kazali da nisu autori teksta oglasa, da su isključivo posrednici ih spojili s vlasnikom vile, Zvonimirom Ćurkovićem.

Ćurković  je u kratkom telefonskom razgovoru rekao pak obrnuto.

"Gledajte, ja nisam niti znao što piše u oglasu niti sam rekao agenciji što da tamo stavi. Jasno mi je da plaža ne može biti privatna, ali kuća je građena tako da su jedini pristupi plaži kroz objekt ili morskim putem. No, u svakom slučaju, rekao sam agenciji da izmijeni taj dio oglasa i da se iz njega makne privatna plaža", odgovorio je Ćurković koji objekt iznajmljuje, a njegov je vlasnik od 2003. godine.

Kazao  je također da dosad nije tražio ni koncesijsko odobrenje ni koncesiju, ali sada razmišlja da to napravi kako u budućnosti ne bi bilo problema oko najma objekta.

Inače, riječ je o nekretnini namijenjenoj za 15 osoba, sa sedam spavaćih soba i osam kupaonica, na 9785 četvornih metara, s vanjskom terasom od 572 kvadrata, saunom i bazenom.

Iako u oglasu piše da je riječ o privatnoj plaži, Ćurković kaže kako nikad nikome nisu branili da se na nju dođe okupati te kako je bilo rijetkih dolazaka znatiželjnih turista, morskim putem.

Da, barem tako proizlazi iz oglasa objavljenog na Airbnbu u kojemu se Villa Belmond reklamira kao "dvorac s privatnom plažom", iako je takvo nešto u Hrvatskoj teško moguće jer je u pitanju pomorsko dobro za koje se u najbolju ruku može dobiti koncesijsko odobrenje ili koncesija - ali nikako privatno uživanje.

"Želite li doživjeti rustikalan luksuz i privatnost svoje privatne plaže? Uživajte i u našoj luksuznoj usluzi konsijerža ako vam je potreban prijevoz iz/do zračne luke, privatni kuhar, batler, iznajmljivanje automobila, vožnje brodom, daske za veslanje itd. Na padinama Učke nalazi se naša vila, 909 m2 ili 9785 četvornih metara čistog luksuza", započinje oglas.

Jutarnji list zanimalo je pojašnjenje ovog oglasa pa su nazvali agenciju koja ga je objavila, ali oni su kazali da nisu autori teksta oglasa, da su isključivo posrednici ih spojili s vlasnikom vile, Zvonimirom Ćurkovićem.

Ćurković  je u kratkom telefonskom razgovoru rekao pak obrnuto.

"Gledajte, ja nisam niti znao što piše u oglasu niti sam rekao agenciji što da tamo stavi. Jasno mi je da plaža ne može biti privatna, ali kuća je građena tako da su jedini pristupi plaži kroz objekt ili morskim putem. No, u svakom slučaju, rekao sam agenciji da izmijeni taj dio oglasa i da se iz njega makne privatna plaža", odgovorio je Ćurković koji objekt iznajmljuje, a njegov je vlasnik od 2003. godine.

Kazao  je također da dosad nije tražio ni koncesijsko odobrenje ni koncesiju, ali sada razmišlja da to napravi kako u budućnosti ne bi bilo problema oko najma objekta.

Inače, riječ je o nekretnini namijenjenoj za 15 osoba, sa sedam spavaćih soba i osam kupaonica, na 9785 četvornih metara, s vanjskom terasom od 572 kvadrata, saunom i bazenom.

Iako u oglasu piše da je riječ o privatnoj plaži, Ćurković kaže kako nikad nikome nisu branili da se na nju dođe okupati te kako je bilo rijetkih dolazaka znatiželjnih turista, morskim putem.
