U sklopu obilježavanja 20. godišnjice djelovanja Hrvatske zajednice županija, komunalnoj tvrtki Općine Preko – Otok Ugljan d.o.o. u Opatiji je uručen ugovor za financiranje projekta gradnje vodno-komunalne infrastrukture aglomeracije Preko – Kali vrijedan 6,304.058,03 eura, odnosno 80 posto iznosa prihvatljivih izdataka projekta, objavili su Naši školji.
Direktoru tvrtke Otok Ugljan d.o.o. ugovor su uručili predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković, Mario Šiljug, državni tajnik u Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja, koje je odobrilo financiranje projekta aglomeracija Preko – Kali, te direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đureković.
Prema riječima načelnika Općine Preko Jure Brižića, nakon potpisivanja ugovora slijede postupci nabave za voditelja projekta, voditelja projekta gradnje, nadzora i izvođača.
-Kada završe postupci nabave, sve mora biti gotovo i stavljeno u funkciju do 31. prosinca 2025., a ostatak aglomeracije za Kali, Sutomišćicu i Lukoran prijavit ćemo na novi poziv u ovom financijskom razdoblju, koji bi trebao biti raspisan do kraja ove godine, najavljuje Brižić.
Podsjeća da će se ovim projektom sva postojeća kanalizacija mjesta Preka i Poljane spojiti na pročišćivač, a ujedno će se stvoriti temelji i za sve nove faze aglomeracije, za gradnju kanalizacijske mreže i infrastrukture te za priključivanje svih kućanstava u sustav odvodnje.
– Svu dokumentaciju oko aglomeracije Preko – Kali pripremamo punih deset godina. Ishodovale su se sve potrebne građevinske dozvole, a u prošlom financijskom razdoblju kandidirali smo projekt iznosu od nekih 180 milijuna kuna, što je oko 25 milijuna eura. No, kako je to razdoblje već bilo pri kraju, odnosno završilo, sredstva nismo dobili. Ipak, sada se ukazala prilika da se prijavimo za sredstva Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) te smo prijavili dio aglomeracije, a to je pročišćivač i on je najbitniji u cijelom projektu, objašnjava.
Ističe kako ovaj projekt ne označava samo poboljšanje vodno-komunalne infrastrukture nego i povećanje kvalitete života otočnog stanovništva, omogućuje puno bolje gospodarske mogućnosti, snažniji rast i razvoj turizma i ostalih gospodarskih grana, ali i bolju zaštitu okoliša.
Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 7,880.072,54 eura, od čega je Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost odobrilo sufinanciranje u iznosu od 5,043.246,42 eura, Hrvatske vode 630.405 eura, a na općine Preko i Kali otpada po 315.202 eura.

U sklopu obilježavanja 20. godišnjice djelovanja Hrvatske zajednice županija, komunalnoj tvrtki Općine Preko – Otok Ugljan d.o.o. u Opatiji je uručen ugovor za financiranje projekta gradnje vodno-komunalne infrastrukture aglomeracije Preko – Kali vrijedan 6,304.058,03 eura, odnosno 80 posto iznosa prihvatljivih izdataka projekta, objavili su Naši školji.
Direktoru tvrtke Otok Ugljan d.o.o. ugovor su uručili predsjednik Vlade Andrej Plenković, Mario Šiljug, državni tajnik u Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja, koje je odobrilo financiranje projekta aglomeracija Preko – Kali, te direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đureković.
Prema riječima načelnika Općine Preko Jure Brižića, nakon potpisivanja ugovora slijede postupci nabave za voditelja projekta, voditelja projekta gradnje, nadzora i izvođača.
-Kada završe postupci nabave, sve mora biti gotovo i stavljeno u funkciju do 31. prosinca 2025., a ostatak aglomeracije za Kali, Sutomišćicu i Lukoran prijavit ćemo na novi poziv u ovom financijskom razdoblju, koji bi trebao biti raspisan do kraja ove godine, najavljuje Brižić.
Podsjeća da će se ovim projektom sva postojeća kanalizacija mjesta Preka i Poljane spojiti na pročišćivač, a ujedno će se stvoriti temelji i za sve nove faze aglomeracije, za gradnju kanalizacijske mreže i infrastrukture te za priključivanje svih kućanstava u sustav odvodnje.
– Svu dokumentaciju oko aglomeracije Preko – Kali pripremamo punih deset godina. Ishodovale su se sve potrebne građevinske dozvole, a u prošlom financijskom razdoblju kandidirali smo projekt iznosu od nekih 180 milijuna kuna, što je oko 25 milijuna eura. No, kako je to razdoblje već bilo pri kraju, odnosno završilo, sredstva nismo dobili. Ipak, sada se ukazala prilika da se prijavimo za sredstva Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO) te smo prijavili dio aglomeracije, a to je pročišćivač i on je najbitniji u cijelom projektu, objašnjava.
Ističe kako ovaj projekt ne označava samo poboljšanje vodno-komunalne infrastrukture nego i povećanje kvalitete života otočnog stanovništva, omogućuje puno bolje gospodarske mogućnosti, snažniji rast i razvoj turizma i ostalih gospodarskih grana, ali i bolju zaštitu okoliša.
Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 7,880.072,54 eura, od čega je Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja iz Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost odobrilo sufinanciranje u iznosu od 5,043.246,42 eura, Hrvatske vode 630.405 eura, a na općine Preko i Kali otpada po 315.202 eura.
