Mario (51) iz Podravine je prošle godine prijetio svom ocu (81), rekao mu da će ga ubiti i ispeći na ražnju i zato već godinu i pol ne smije prići ocu bliže 50 metara.

Također, ne smije održavati izravne i neizravne veze s ocem. Prijetnje mu je uputio tijekom lanjskog travnja i svibnja, piše Podravski list. Sin koji je prijetio ocu je sklon alkoholu i ima dijagnosticiran PTSP.

Otac je prijavio 51-godišnjaka zbog žestokih prijetnji, a optužnica je potvrđena u listopadu prošle godine. Optužnicom se Podravca tereti da je počinio dva kaznena djela protiv osobne slobode, zbog čega tužitelji traže 10 mjeseci zatvora, uz rok kušnje od dvije godine.

Ovih dana je muškarcu produljena zabrana prilaska ocu kako bi se spriječilo kazneno djelo kojim je prijetio.

Odnos između 51-godišnjaka i njegovog 30 godina starijeg oca karakterizira duboka zamršenost. Često su se sukobljavali zbog sitnica, kako su sami izjavili, no sukobi su kulminirali u travnju prošle godine kada je sin zaprijetio ocu, uključujući prijetnju ubojstvom. Sin je ocu prijetio ubojstvom i nepunih mjesec dana kasnije.

"U travnju mi je otac govorio da će mi plesati na grobu, nakon čega sam mu rekao nešto u stilu da ću ga ispeći na ražnju. To sam sve rekao u kontekstu.

‘Teška je osoba‘

U događaju od 1. svibnja ocu ništa nisam prijetio, već smo se posvađali jer mi je prigovarao da je auto kojeg je on prethodno oprao blatan pa sam ga morao maknuti i ponovno prati. Moj otac je teška osoba i ne slažemo se dobro", rekao je 51-godišnjak, piše Podravski.

Otac je bio ispitan u svojstvu svjedoka i rekao je da je sin došao živjeti kod njega nakon razvoda braka te da prekomjerno konzumira alkohol i da pritom troši novac od stana koji je prodao. Naveo je da zbog toga sin ima problema u ponašanju.

Psihijatrijskim vještačenjem otkriveno je da je kod okrivljenika dijagnosticiran PTSP, poremećaj ličnosti i da često konzumira alkohol.

Zbog svega toga i očevog straha, sinu je produljena mjera zabrane prilaska, a tako će i vjerojatno ostati do okončanja kaznenog postupka, koji je u tijeku, piše Podravski list.

Mario (51) iz Podravine je prošle godine prijetio svom ocu (81), rekao mu da će ga ubiti i ispeći na ražnju i zato već godinu i pol ne smije prići ocu bliže 50 metara.

Također, ne smije održavati izravne i neizravne veze s ocem. Prijetnje mu je uputio tijekom lanjskog travnja i svibnja, piše Podravski list. Sin koji je prijetio ocu je sklon alkoholu i ima dijagnosticiran PTSP.

Otac je prijavio 51-godišnjaka zbog žestokih prijetnji, a optužnica je potvrđena u listopadu prošle godine. Optužnicom se Podravca tereti da je počinio dva kaznena djela protiv osobne slobode, zbog čega tužitelji traže 10 mjeseci zatvora, uz rok kušnje od dvije godine.

Ovih dana je muškarcu produljena zabrana prilaska ocu kako bi se spriječilo kazneno djelo kojim je prijetio.

Odnos između 51-godišnjaka i njegovog 30 godina starijeg oca karakterizira duboka zamršenost. Često su se sukobljavali zbog sitnica, kako su sami izjavili, no sukobi su kulminirali u travnju prošle godine kada je sin zaprijetio ocu, uključujući prijetnju ubojstvom. Sin je ocu prijetio ubojstvom i nepunih mjesec dana kasnije.

"U travnju mi je otac govorio da će mi plesati na grobu, nakon čega sam mu rekao nešto u stilu da ću ga ispeći na ražnju. To sam sve rekao u kontekstu.

‘Teška je osoba‘

U događaju od 1. svibnja ocu ništa nisam prijetio, već smo se posvađali jer mi je prigovarao da je auto kojeg je on prethodno oprao blatan pa sam ga morao maknuti i ponovno prati. Moj otac je teška osoba i ne slažemo se dobro", rekao je 51-godišnjak, piše Podravski.

Otac je bio ispitan u svojstvu svjedoka i rekao je da je sin došao živjeti kod njega nakon razvoda braka te da prekomjerno konzumira alkohol i da pritom troši novac od stana koji je prodao. Naveo je da zbog toga sin ima problema u ponašanju.

Psihijatrijskim vještačenjem otkriveno je da je kod okrivljenika dijagnosticiran PTSP, poremećaj ličnosti i da često konzumira alkohol.

Zbog svega toga i očevog straha, sinu je produljena mjera zabrane prilaska, a tako će i vjerojatno ostati do okončanja kaznenog postupka, koji je u tijeku, piše Podravski list.

Mario (51) iz Podravine je prošle godine prijetio svom ocu (81), rekao mu da će ga ubiti i ispeći na ražnju i zato već godinu i pol ne smije prići ocu bliže 50 metara.

Također, ne smije održavati izravne i neizravne veze s ocem. Prijetnje mu je uputio tijekom lanjskog travnja i svibnja, piše Podravski list. Sin koji je prijetio ocu je sklon alkoholu i ima dijagnosticiran PTSP.

Otac je prijavio 51-godišnjaka zbog žestokih prijetnji, a optužnica je potvrđena u listopadu prošle godine. Optužnicom se Podravca tereti da je počinio dva kaznena djela protiv osobne slobode, zbog čega tužitelji traže 10 mjeseci zatvora, uz rok kušnje od dvije godine.

Ovih dana je muškarcu produljena zabrana prilaska ocu kako bi se spriječilo kazneno djelo kojim je prijetio.

Odnos između 51-godišnjaka i njegovog 30 godina starijeg oca karakterizira duboka zamršenost. Često su se sukobljavali zbog sitnica, kako su sami izjavili, no sukobi su kulminirali u travnju prošle godine kada je sin zaprijetio ocu, uključujući prijetnju ubojstvom. Sin je ocu prijetio ubojstvom i nepunih mjesec dana kasnije.

"U travnju mi je otac govorio da će mi plesati na grobu, nakon čega sam mu rekao nešto u stilu da ću ga ispeći na ražnju. To sam sve rekao u kontekstu.

‘Teška je osoba‘

U događaju od 1. svibnja ocu ništa nisam prijetio, već smo se posvađali jer mi je prigovarao da je auto kojeg je on prethodno oprao blatan pa sam ga morao maknuti i ponovno prati. Moj otac je teška osoba i ne slažemo se dobro", rekao je 51-godišnjak, piše Podravski.

Otac je bio ispitan u svojstvu svjedoka i rekao je da je sin došao živjeti kod njega nakon razvoda braka te da prekomjerno konzumira alkohol i da pritom troši novac od stana koji je prodao. Naveo je da zbog toga sin ima problema u ponašanju.

Psihijatrijskim vještačenjem otkriveno je da je kod okrivljenika dijagnosticiran PTSP, poremećaj ličnosti i da često konzumira alkohol.

Zbog svega toga i očevog straha, sinu je produljena mjera zabrane prilaska, a tako će i vjerojatno ostati do okončanja kaznenog postupka, koji je u tijeku, piše Podravski list.
