Građani će osjetiti novi udar na svoje novčanike jer je HZZO odlučio povećati cijene zdravstvenih usluga. Razlog tome je što će HZZO plaćati bolnicama više nego prije, što će rezultirati skupljim liječenjem za neke pacijente. Međutim, za više od dva milijuna građana koji imaju dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje kod HZZO-a, situacija ostaje nepromijenjena.

S novim poskupljenjima će se građani suočiti već od ožujka. Oni koji nemaju dopunsko osiguranje morat će platiti više za određene pretrage, preglede, lijekove i liječenje. Za ostale, troškovi ostaju isti, piše N1.

Najveće povećanje cijena dogodilo se u dijagnostičko-terapijskim skupinama, gdje su cijene porasle za 173 i pol eura, dok su postupci skuplji za 90 centi. Dnevni boravak u bolnici poskupio je za dva eura, sada iznosi 22 eura. Razlog ovog povećanja su više cijene koje HZZO plaća bolnicama radi usklađivanja koeficijenata u javnim službama.

“Od 1. ožujka 2024. godine, HZZO je uskladio cijene zdravstvenih usluga s porastom plaća u zdravstvenom sustavu. Budući da su osiguranici obvezni sudjelovati u cijeni zdravstvenih usluga u visini od 20 posto cijene i iznos sudjelovanja je narastao 10 posto. Konkretno, do 1.3.2024. sudjelovanje za kolonoskopiju iznosilo je 10,18 eura, a od 1.3.2024., iznosi 11,67 eura. Dakle, za većinu usluga, ne radi se o velikom povećanju”, navodi HZZO.

Zbog novih poskupljenja u zdravstvu pacijenti su ljuti i ogorčeni.

“Jer se pitaju ako im se obveze stalno povećavaju, znači li to da nam se povećavaju naša prava ili možda uvjeti u našim bolnicama? I možemo se zapitati jesu li ovi svi troškovi participacije neka vrsta prikrivene prisile HZZO-a na sve pacijente da bi svi osiguranici trebali kupiti i dopunsko osiguranje”, ističe Josip Perić iz Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.

Veći problem od HZZO-ovog privlačenja novih korisnika dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja, za koaliciju udruga u zdravstvu je zaobilaženje u definiranju osnovnih usluga.

“Mi nemamo definiran osnovni opseg zdravstvene zaštite koji dobivamo obveznim zdravstvenim osiguranjem i ne znamo koje su točno cijene, realne cijene tih dijagnostičkih postupaka, terapijskih skupina i slično tako da je to isto nešto što bi trebalo transparentno objaviti”, navodi Ivica Belina, predsjednik Koalicije udruga u zdravstvu.

Zbog poskupljenja od 30 posto kod konkurentnih privatnih kuća, od čega u zadnjih godinu dana za devet posto, HZZO očekuje priljev novih osiguranika u njihov sustav dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja.

“Usklađivanje cijena s povećanim troškovima inflacijom nužan je potez kako bi se i dalje osigurala kvalitetna usluga temeljem polica osiguranja. (..) Vrlo je teško očekivati da i HZZO u uvjetima inflacije, povećanih izdataka provođenja dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja, te stoga i očekivanih novih viših iznosa participacije neće u dogledno vrijeme imati potrebu za nužnom korekcijom cijena”, navode iz Hrvatskog ureda za osiguranje.

Iz HZZO-a ističu kako se cijena police dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja neće mijenjati.

Građani će osjetiti novi udar na svoje novčanike jer je HZZO odlučio povećati cijene zdravstvenih usluga. Razlog tome je što će HZZO plaćati bolnicama više nego prije, što će rezultirati skupljim liječenjem za neke pacijente. Međutim, za više od dva milijuna građana koji imaju dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje kod HZZO-a, situacija ostaje nepromijenjena.

S novim poskupljenjima će se građani suočiti već od ožujka. Oni koji nemaju dopunsko osiguranje morat će platiti više za određene pretrage, preglede, lijekove i liječenje. Za ostale, troškovi ostaju isti, piše N1.

Najveće povećanje cijena dogodilo se u dijagnostičko-terapijskim skupinama, gdje su cijene porasle za 173 i pol eura, dok su postupci skuplji za 90 centi. Dnevni boravak u bolnici poskupio je za dva eura, sada iznosi 22 eura. Razlog ovog povećanja su više cijene koje HZZO plaća bolnicama radi usklađivanja koeficijenata u javnim službama.

“Od 1. ožujka 2024. godine, HZZO je uskladio cijene zdravstvenih usluga s porastom plaća u zdravstvenom sustavu. Budući da su osiguranici obvezni sudjelovati u cijeni zdravstvenih usluga u visini od 20 posto cijene i iznos sudjelovanja je narastao 10 posto. Konkretno, do 1.3.2024. sudjelovanje za kolonoskopiju iznosilo je 10,18 eura, a od 1.3.2024., iznosi 11,67 eura. Dakle, za većinu usluga, ne radi se o velikom povećanju”, navodi HZZO.

Zbog novih poskupljenja u zdravstvu pacijenti su ljuti i ogorčeni.

“Jer se pitaju ako im se obveze stalno povećavaju, znači li to da nam se povećavaju naša prava ili možda uvjeti u našim bolnicama? I možemo se zapitati jesu li ovi svi troškovi participacije neka vrsta prikrivene prisile HZZO-a na sve pacijente da bi svi osiguranici trebali kupiti i dopunsko osiguranje”, ističe Josip Perić iz Hrvatske udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.

Veći problem od HZZO-ovog privlačenja novih korisnika dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja, za koaliciju udruga u zdravstvu je zaobilaženje u definiranju osnovnih usluga.

“Mi nemamo definiran osnovni opseg zdravstvene zaštite koji dobivamo obveznim zdravstvenim osiguranjem i ne znamo koje su točno cijene, realne cijene tih dijagnostičkih postupaka, terapijskih skupina i slično tako da je to isto nešto što bi trebalo transparentno objaviti”, navodi Ivica Belina, predsjednik Koalicije udruga u zdravstvu.

Zbog poskupljenja od 30 posto kod konkurentnih privatnih kuća, od čega u zadnjih godinu dana za devet posto, HZZO očekuje priljev novih osiguranika u njihov sustav dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja.

“Usklađivanje cijena s povećanim troškovima inflacijom nužan je potez kako bi se i dalje osigurala kvalitetna usluga temeljem polica osiguranja. (..) Vrlo je teško očekivati da i HZZO u uvjetima inflacije, povećanih izdataka provođenja dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja, te stoga i očekivanih novih viših iznosa participacije neće u dogledno vrijeme imati potrebu za nužnom korekcijom cijena”, navode iz Hrvatskog ureda za osiguranje.

Iz HZZO-a ističu kako se cijena police dopunskog zdravstvenog osiguranja neće mijenjati.
