Kakva dva tjedna za 43-godišnju Jelenu Matković čija je nedavno sređena soba u trošnoj baraci na adresi Sućidar 77A u kojoj je živjela cijeli život nestala u "tren oka" u požaru 5. prosinca. Još i dalje dolazi sebi. Kaže nam kako "još vidi požar pred očima i ne može spavati navečer". Nije imala mnogo vremena za razmišljanje. Morala je pronaći smještaj jer je ostala bez doma. I to za Božić.

Za prvu ruku su joj pomogli susjedi, ali trebala je pronaći dugotrajno rješenje. I to taman nakon što je mislila kako je riješila svoje stambeno pitanje. Jeleni su baraku uredili dobročinitelji i članovi udruge "Empatija Split" krajem listopada. Sada joj je ista udruga bila ona koja joj je prva pomogla pronaći privremeno rješenje.

Jelena je u ponedjeljak preselila u Valpovačku ulicu kod tržnice Sućidar. U tom je stanu već živjela prošle godine jer joj otac Luka Matković nije dozvolio živjeti u tada nehumanim uvjetima u baraci. Stanarinu za prvi mjesec će joj platiti "Empatija" nakon čega se nadaju kako bi Grad trebao preuzeti sufinanciranje dijela najamnine, rekla nam je Jagoda Laco, predsjednica Udruge.

- Najamnina je 400 eura. Sufinanciranje Grada bi trebalo biti 300 eura. Županija je izrazila interes, ali me nisu kontaktirali. Za ostatak najamnine, tko zna. U stanu bih trebala biti godinu dana. Bila sam ovdje nakon što je otac tražio da nađem smještaj jer su u baraci bili štakori, prljavo, nečisto... Bolje da ne govorim - kaže Jelena.

Grad nam je 6. prosinca odgovorio kako Jelena nije od 2013. tražila da joj se podmire troškovi stanovanja kao korisnice prava na naknadu. Jelena ne može priuštiti plaćati razliku od 100 eura jer, kako nam kaže, prima zajamčenu minimalnu naknadu koja je jedva veća od tog iznosa. Ona prima 132,72 eura (1000 kuna).

Kao korisnik zajamčene minimalne naknade, Jelena bi trebala imati pravo na potpunu ili djelomičnu naknadu troškova režija od Banovine i pravo na naknadu troškova struje u iznosu do 26,54 eura, a u specifičnim okolnostima naknada može porasti i na 70 eura mjesečno. Srećom je stan u kojem je živjela prošle godine bio slobodan, jer je ispod tržišne cijene od 600 do 650 eura kako se kreće cijena stanova u Splitu, govori nam Jelena.

Sva sreća da joj je otac otišao u Dom za starije i nemoćne osobe u Oklaju jer bi se možda baš on našao u baraci, rekla nam je Jelena. Mama Milka Matković je u Domu u Vukovarskoj. Ali, u požaru je izgubila svog najboljeg prijatelja: 18-godišnjeg mačka Tigra. Kada smo je pitali o toj kobnoj večeri 5. prosinca nije mogla pričati. Kasnije je uspijela reći nekoliko rečenica, ali emocije su je sustigle.

- Župnik me obavijestio da gori baraka. Još se sjećam sirena, ljudi, panike, vike i vatre. Gledam kako mi gori dom pred očima i ne mogu ništa. Kada sam vidjela svog mačka, bilo je gotovo. Da otac nije otišao, sigurno bi tu večer bio u baraci. Ne mogu mnogo pričati. Imala sam nov i sređen dom, a sada nemam kuću! Ja nemam dom za Božić - kroz suze nam je rekla Jelena.

Nije joj bilo lako suspregnuti emocije. Zato nismo ni mnogo pitali.

Stan u kojem se nalazi nije u idealnom stanju. Pravo na privremeni smještaj imaju samo obitelji s djecom, odgovorili su nam iz Grada. Kako bi joj pomogli, Jagoda Laco je 18. prosinca na Facebooku pokrenula donacijsku kampanju:

- Jeleni je potrebna veš mašina, kupaonski regal, ormarić, ogledalo, pidžame, roba veličine M, posteljina za krevet 160x200, higijenske potrepštine i sredstva za čišćenje. Ako netko ima i pristojan mobitel da može komunicirati jer ovaj koji sada ima je dotrajao i gasi se. I ako netko ima mali okićen bor – objavila je predsjednica grupe u Facebook grupi "Empatije".

I Jelena je sama pokrenula donacijsku kampanju naziva "Želim dom za Božić". Jagoda Laco nam kaže kako su neke potrepštine poput perilice za rublje već pronađene i da je najbolje kontaktirati Jelenu ako žele pomoći.

Poslali smo upit Gradu i Županiji. Čekamo odgovor. Dom za ovaj Božić je tu. Neka ga dočeka i iduće godine.

Kakva dva tjedna za 43-godišnju Jelenu Matković čija je nedavno sređena soba u trošnoj baraci na adresi Sućidar 77A u kojoj je živjela cijeli život nestala u "tren oka" u požaru 5. prosinca. Još i dalje dolazi sebi. Kaže nam kako "još vidi požar pred očima i ne može spavati navečer". Nije imala mnogo vremena za razmišljanje. Morala je pronaći smještaj jer je ostala bez doma. I to za Božić.

Za prvu ruku su joj pomogli susjedi, ali trebala je pronaći dugotrajno rješenje. I to taman nakon što je mislila kako je riješila svoje stambeno pitanje. Jeleni su baraku uredili dobročinitelji i članovi udruge "Empatija Split" krajem listopada. Sada joj je ista udruga bila ona koja joj je prva pomogla pronaći privremeno rješenje.

Jelena je u ponedjeljak preselila u Valpovačku ulicu kod tržnice Sućidar. U tom je stanu već živjela prošle godine jer joj otac Luka Matković nije dozvolio živjeti u tada nehumanim uvjetima u baraci. Stanarinu za prvi mjesec će joj platiti "Empatija" nakon čega se nadaju kako bi Grad trebao preuzeti sufinanciranje dijela najamnine, rekla nam je Jagoda Laco, predsjednica Udruge.

- Najamnina je 400 eura. Sufinanciranje Grada bi trebalo biti 300 eura. Županija je izrazila interes, ali me nisu kontaktirali. Za ostatak najamnine, tko zna. U stanu bih trebala biti godinu dana. Bila sam ovdje nakon što je otac tražio da nađem smještaj jer su u baraci bili štakori, prljavo, nečisto... Bolje da ne govorim - kaže Jelena.

Grad nam je 6. prosinca odgovorio kako Jelena nije od 2013. tražila da joj se podmire troškovi stanovanja kao korisnice prava na naknadu. Jelena ne može priuštiti plaćati razliku od 100 eura jer, kako nam kaže, prima zajamčenu minimalnu naknadu koja je jedva veća od tog iznosa. Ona prima 132,72 eura (1000 kuna).

Kao korisnik zajamčene minimalne naknade, Jelena bi trebala imati pravo na potpunu ili djelomičnu naknadu troškova režija od Banovine i pravo na naknadu troškova struje u iznosu do 26,54 eura, a u specifičnim okolnostima naknada može porasti i na 70 eura mjesečno. Srećom je stan u kojem je živjela prošle godine bio slobodan, jer je ispod tržišne cijene od 600 do 650 eura kako se kreće cijena stanova u Splitu, govori nam Jelena.

Sva sreća da joj je otac otišao u Dom za starije i nemoćne osobe u Oklaju jer bi se možda baš on našao u baraci, rekla nam je Jelena. Mama Milka Matković je u Domu u Vukovarskoj. Ali, u požaru je izgubila svog najboljeg prijatelja: 18-godišnjeg mačka Tigra. Kada smo je pitali o toj kobnoj večeri 5. prosinca nije mogla pričati. Kasnije je uspijela reći nekoliko rečenica, ali emocije su je sustigle.

- Župnik me obavijestio da gori baraka. Još se sjećam sirena, ljudi, panike, vike i vatre. Gledam kako mi gori dom pred očima i ne mogu ništa. Kada sam vidjela svog mačka, bilo je gotovo. Da otac nije otišao, sigurno bi tu večer bio u baraci. Ne mogu mnogo pričati. Imala sam nov i sređen dom, a sada nemam kuću! Ja nemam dom za Božić - kroz suze nam je rekla Jelena.

Nije joj bilo lako suspregnuti emocije. Zato nismo ni mnogo pitali.

Stan u kojem se nalazi nije u idealnom stanju. Pravo na privremeni smještaj imaju samo obitelji s djecom, odgovorili su nam iz Grada. Kako bi joj pomogli, Jagoda Laco je 18. prosinca na Facebooku pokrenula donacijsku kampanju:

- Jeleni je potrebna veš mašina, kupaonski regal, ormarić, ogledalo, pidžame, roba veličine M, posteljina za krevet 160x200, higijenske potrepštine i sredstva za čišćenje. Ako netko ima i pristojan mobitel da može komunicirati jer ovaj koji sada ima je dotrajao i gasi se. I ako netko ima mali okićen bor – objavila je predsjednica grupe u Facebook grupi "Empatije".

I Jelena je sama pokrenula donacijsku kampanju naziva "Želim dom za Božić". Jagoda Laco nam kaže kako su neke potrepštine poput perilice za rublje već pronađene i da je najbolje kontaktirati Jelenu ako žele pomoći.

Poslali smo upit Gradu i Županiji. Čekamo odgovor. Dom za ovaj Božić je tu. Neka ga dočeka i iduće godine.

Ali, u požaru je izgubila svog najboljeg prijatelja: 18-godišnjeg mačka Tigra. Kada smo je pitali o toj kobnoj večeri 5. prosinca nije mogla pričati. Kasnije je uspijela reći nekoliko rečenica, ali emocije su je sustigle.

- Župnik me obavijestio da gori baraka. Još se sjećam sirena, ljudi, panike, vike i vatre. Gledam kako mi gori dom pred očima i ne mogu ništa. Kada sam vidjela svog mačka, bilo je gotovo. Da otac nije otišao, sigurno bi tu večer bio u baraci. Ne mogu mnogo pričati. Imala sam nov i sređen dom, a sada nemam kuću! Ja nemam dom za Božić - kroz suze nam je rekla Jelena.

Nije joj bilo lako suspregnuti emocije. Zato nismo ni mnogo pitali.

Stan u kojem se nalazi nije u idealnom stanju. Pravo na privremeni smještaj imaju samo obitelji s djecom, odgovorili su nam iz Grada. Kako bi joj pomogli, Jagoda Laco je 18. prosinca na Facebooku pokrenula donacijsku kampanju:

- Jeleni je potrebna veš mašina, kupaonski regal, ormarić, ogledalo, pidžame, roba veličine M, posteljina za krevet 160x200, higijenske potrepštine i sredstva za čišćenje. Ako netko ima i pristojan mobitel da može komunicirati jer ovaj koji sada ima je dotrajao i gasi se. I ako netko ima mali okićen bor – objavila je predsjednica grupe u Facebook grupi "Empatije".

I Jelena je sama pokrenula donacijsku kampanju naziva "Želim dom za Božić". Jagoda Laco nam kaže kako su neke potrepštine poput perilice za rublje već pronađene i da je najbolje kontaktirati Jelenu ako žele pomoći.

Poslali smo upit Gradu i Županiji. Čekamo odgovor. Dom za ovaj Božić je tu. Neka ga dočeka i iduće godine.
