Zasigurno u cijeloj Hrvatskoj ne postoji poslodavac kao što je Mijo Pašalić i njegova tvrtka "Apfel", u kojoj radi 120 djelatnika, a koja je odlučila stambeno nezbrinute djelatnike, odnosno one koji nisu imali riješeno stambeno pitanje, napokon zbrinuti i sagraditi im dvije zgrade sa 16 stanova od po 60 metara kvadratnih.

Zgrade s po osam stanova se nalaze u ulici Stari velikobrdski put, odmah iznad stanova POS-a, a useljenje 13 od ukupno 16 djelatnika planirano je od kraja ožujka do Uskrsa. Dvije Pašalićeve zgrade njegovu sestrinsku tvrtku "Tonka projekt" koštale su nešto više od 11 milijuna kuna, dok će djelatnici "Apfela" kvadrat stana plaćati od 650 do 950 eura na rok od 15 godina, s time da u ugovoru nije navedeno da u tom periodu moraju biti zaposlenici "Apfela".

Ništa bez tate i mame

Zgrade su se gradile godinu dana, a nove stanare će stan s parkirnim ili garažnim mjestom koštati oko 60 tisuća eura. Kako je kazao Mijo Pašalić, njegova i vodilja njegove obitelji je da nema smisla ako čovjek živi izoliran u ovom svijetu.

- U Makarskoj je ljudima bez tate i mame gotovo nemoguće riješiti stambeno pitanje. Zemljište za zgrade smo platili 250 eura po kvadratu, i kada gledate ponašanje banaka prema običnim ljudima te cijenu zemljišta i građenja, nas je sve zajedno koštalo po kvadratu između 1400 i 1500 eura - rekao je Pašalić.

- Prvo smo sve riješili s bankom pa će kamata našim djelatnicima biti 1,99 do 2 posto. Mi smo šest mjeseci obavljali razgovore s dvije banke da bismo se na kraju dogovorili sa Zagrebačkom bankom, koja je ispala jako korektna, ali se ispostavilo da je sedam do osam ljudi od njih 13 imalo dugove prema jednoj ili više banaka pa je "Apfel" i tu pomogao. Jednostavno smo shvatili da jedna naša kolegica, koja je podstanar i ima dvoje djece, nikada neće riješiti stambeno pitanje, kao ni druga radnica, samohrana majka koja je podstanar 11 godina - ističe Pašalić, dodavši da se za stanove javilo 26 djelatnika "Apfela" i kroz tri kruga razgovora zaključilo se tko je tih 13 obitelji koje će biti stambeno zbrinute u zgradama tvrtke.

Ispravan put

- Uvjeren sam sto posto da je ovakav način stambenog zbrinjavanja ispravan jer ne može čovjek sam voditi firmu niti živjeti, i to je moja vodilja cijeli život. Kada nekom kažem da smo u 2019. godini, prije krize, pomogli 63 pojedinca i udruge s područja Makarske rivijere, mislim da to dovoljno govori o načinu ponašanja "Apfela" - naglasio je Pašalić.

Bez obzira na to što je "Apfel" lani imao pad prometa od 40 posto, Pašalić nije odustao od gradnje zgrada, koja je započela taman na početku pandemije koronavirusa.

Osim toga, tvrtka će pomoći djelatnicima i pri unutrašnjem uređenju stanova na način da su s poslovnim partnerima "Apfelom", "Kingtradeom" i "Intermodom" dogovoreni popusti i plaćanje na rate prilikom kupnje svih potrebnih stvari i uređaja za unutrašnje uređenje stana.

- Novi stanari - naši djelatnici jedino sljedećih 15 godina ne smiju prodavati ili iznajmljivati stan, u kojem moraju živjeti i guštati - rekao je Pašalić, dodavši da je od 23 tvrtke koje su radile na gradnji zgrada njih 18 iz Makarske, na što je posebno ponosan.

Zasigurno u cijeloj Hrvatskoj ne postoji poslodavac kao što je Mijo Pašalić i njegova tvrtka "Apfel", u kojoj radi 120 djelatnika, a koja je odlučila stambeno nezbrinute djelatnike, odnosno one koji nisu imali riješeno stambeno pitanje, napokon zbrinuti i sagraditi im dvije zgrade sa 16 stanova od po 60 metara kvadratnih.

Zgrade s po osam stanova se nalaze u ulici Stari velikobrdski put, odmah iznad stanova POS-a, a useljenje 13 od ukupno 16 djelatnika planirano je od kraja ožujka do Uskrsa. Dvije Pašalićeve zgrade njegovu sestrinsku tvrtku "Tonka projekt" koštale su nešto više od 11 milijuna kuna, dok će djelatnici "Apfela" kvadrat stana plaćati od 650 do 950 eura na rok od 15 godina, s time da u ugovoru nije navedeno da u tom periodu moraju biti zaposlenici "Apfela".

Ništa bez tate i mame

Zgrade su se gradile godinu dana, a nove stanare će stan s parkirnim ili garažnim mjestom koštati oko 60 tisuća eura. Kako je kazao Mijo Pašalić, njegova i vodilja njegove obitelji je da nema smisla ako čovjek živi izoliran u ovom svijetu.

- U Makarskoj je ljudima bez tate i mame gotovo nemoguće riješiti stambeno pitanje. Zemljište za zgrade smo platili 250 eura po kvadratu, i kada gledate ponašanje banaka prema običnim ljudima te cijenu zemljišta i građenja, nas je sve zajedno koštalo po kvadratu između 1400 i 1500 eura - rekao je Pašalić.

- Prvo smo sve riješili s bankom pa će kamata našim djelatnicima biti 1,99 do 2 posto. Mi smo šest mjeseci obavljali razgovore s dvije banke da bismo se na kraju dogovorili sa Zagrebačkom bankom, koja je ispala jako korektna, ali se ispostavilo da je sedam do osam ljudi od njih 13 imalo dugove prema jednoj ili više banaka pa je "Apfel" i tu pomogao. Jednostavno smo shvatili da jedna naša kolegica, koja je podstanar i ima dvoje djece, nikada neće riješiti stambeno pitanje, kao ni druga radnica, samohrana majka koja je podstanar 11 godina - ističe Pašalić, dodavši da se za stanove javilo 26 djelatnika "Apfela" i kroz tri kruga razgovora zaključilo se tko je tih 13 obitelji koje će biti stambeno zbrinute u zgradama tvrtke.

Ispravan put

- Uvjeren sam sto posto da je ovakav način stambenog zbrinjavanja ispravan jer ne može čovjek sam voditi firmu niti živjeti, i to je moja vodilja cijeli život. Kada nekom kažem da smo u 2019. godini, prije krize, pomogli 63 pojedinca i udruge s područja Makarske rivijere, mislim da to dovoljno govori o načinu ponašanja "Apfela" - naglasio je Pašalić.

Bez obzira na to što je "Apfel" lani imao pad prometa od 40 posto, Pašalić nije odustao od gradnje zgrada, koja je započela taman na početku pandemije koronavirusa.

Osim toga, tvrtka će pomoći djelatnicima i pri unutrašnjem uređenju stanova na način da su s poslovnim partnerima "Apfelom", "Kingtradeom" i "Intermodom" dogovoreni popusti i plaćanje na rate prilikom kupnje svih potrebnih stvari i uređaja za unutrašnje uređenje stana.

- Novi stanari - naši djelatnici jedino sljedećih 15 godina ne smiju prodavati ili iznajmljivati stan, u kojem moraju živjeti i guštati - rekao je Pašalić, dodavši da je od 23 tvrtke koje su radile na gradnji zgrada njih 18 iz Makarske, na što je posebno ponosan.
