Vrhovni sud potvrdio je u srijedu presudu zagrebačkog Županijskog suda nekadašnjem pripadniku Hrvatske vojske Josipu Mršiću (51) na tri godine zatvora zbog ubojstva starice 1993. u Ličkom Čitluku.

Najviši sud u priopćenju u kojem navodi samo inicijale optuženika ističe da će kazna zatvora u trajanju od tri godine ispuniti svrhu kažnjavanja. Sud je dodao kako je prvostupanjski sud kao olakotnu okolnost pravilno cijenio prijašnju neosuđivanost te činjenicu da je optuženik otac maloljetnog djeteta koji je u vrijeme počinjenja imao samo 23 godine i pritom bio smanjeno ubrojiv.

Mršiću je kao otegotna okolnost cijenjeno što je kao profesionalni vojnik počinio kazneno djelo, "lišavajući života nenaoružanu žensku osobu starije životne dobi pred očima pripadnika svoje postrojbe kojima je trebao služiti kao primjer".

Vrhovni sud je ustvrdio da odmjerena kazna odgovara stupnju krivnje optuženika i pogibeljnosti kaznenog djela. "Izrečena kazna sadrži dostatnu moralnu osudu za zlo koje je optuženik počinjenjem djela prouzročio i dostatnu društvenu osudu za počinjenje djela. Izricanje blaže ili strože kazne nije opravdano", zaključio je najviši sud.

Mršić je na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu proglašen krivim jer je u rujnu 1993. godine, tijekom vojne akcije "Džep 93" u Ličkom Čitluku, kao pripadnik 9. gardijske brigade Hrvatske vojske, hicima iz osobnog naoružanja usmrtio nepoznatu žensku osobu starije životne dobi. Optuženik je u staricu pucao zajedno s još jednim neutvrđenim pripadnikom iste postrojbe nakon što su je izveli iz podruma njezine kuće.

Vrhovni sud potvrdio je u srijedu presudu zagrebačkog Županijskog suda nekadašnjem pripadniku Hrvatske vojske Josipu Mršiću (51) na tri godine zatvora zbog ubojstva starice 1993. u Ličkom Čitluku.

Najviši sud u priopćenju u kojem navodi samo inicijale optuženika ističe da će kazna zatvora u trajanju od tri godine ispuniti svrhu kažnjavanja. Sud je dodao kako je prvostupanjski sud kao olakotnu okolnost pravilno cijenio prijašnju neosuđivanost te činjenicu da je optuženik otac maloljetnog djeteta koji je u vrijeme počinjenja imao samo 23 godine i pritom bio smanjeno ubrojiv.

Mršiću je kao otegotna okolnost cijenjeno što je kao profesionalni vojnik počinio kazneno djelo, "lišavajući života nenaoružanu žensku osobu starije životne dobi pred očima pripadnika svoje postrojbe kojima je trebao služiti kao primjer".

Vrhovni sud je ustvrdio da odmjerena kazna odgovara stupnju krivnje optuženika i pogibeljnosti kaznenog djela. "Izrečena kazna sadrži dostatnu moralnu osudu za zlo koje je optuženik počinjenjem djela prouzročio i dostatnu društvenu osudu za počinjenje djela. Izricanje blaže ili strože kazne nije opravdano", zaključio je najviši sud.

Mršić je na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu proglašen krivim jer je u rujnu 1993. godine, tijekom vojne akcije "Džep 93" u Ličkom Čitluku, kao pripadnik 9. gardijske brigade Hrvatske vojske, hicima iz osobnog naoružanja usmrtio nepoznatu žensku osobu starije životne dobi. Optuženik je u staricu pucao zajedno s još jednim neutvrđenim pripadnikom iste postrojbe nakon što su je izveli iz podruma njezine kuće.

Vrhovni sud potvrdio kaznu bivšem pripadniku 9. gardijske brigade HV-a za ubojstvo starice 1993. u Medačkom džepu

Vrhovni sud potvrdio je u srijedu presudu zagrebačkog Županijskog suda nekadašnjem pripadniku Hrvatske vojske Josipu Mršiću (51) na tri godine zatvora zbog ubojstva starice 1993. u Ličkom Čitluku.

Najviši sud u priopćenju u kojem navodi samo inicijale optuženika ističe da će kazna zatvora u trajanju od tri godine ispuniti svrhu kažnjavanja. Sud je dodao kako je prvostupanjski sud kao olakotnu okolnost pravilno cijenio prijašnju neosuđivanost te činjenicu da je optuženik otac maloljetnog djeteta koji je u vrijeme počinjenja imao samo 23 godine i pritom bio smanjeno ubrojiv.

Mršiću je kao otegotna okolnost cijenjeno što je kao profesionalni vojnik počinio kazneno djelo, "lišavajući života nenaoružanu žensku osobu starije životne dobi pred očima pripadnika svoje postrojbe kojima je trebao služiti kao primjer".

Vrhovni sud je ustvrdio da odmjerena kazna odgovara stupnju krivnje optuženika i pogibeljnosti kaznenog djela. "Izrečena kazna sadrži dostatnu moralnu osudu za zlo koje je optuženik počinjenjem djela prouzročio i dostatnu društvenu osudu za počinjenje djela. Izricanje blaže ili strože kazne nije opravdano", zaključio je najviši sud.

Mršić je na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu proglašen krivim jer je u rujnu 1993. godine, tijekom vojne akcije "Džep 93" u Ličkom Čitluku, kao pripadnik 9. gardijske brigade Hrvatske vojske, hicima iz osobnog naoružanja usmrtio nepoznatu žensku osobu starije životne dobi. Optuženik je u staricu pucao zajedno s još jednim neutvrđenim pripadnikom iste postrojbe nakon što su je izveli iz podruma njezine kuće.
