Priopćenje gradskog vijećnika Jure Zubčića (SDP) prenosimo u cijelosti:

Kad Obrtnička komora na čelu s trbuhozborcem HDZ-a Stipom Kneževićem radi isključivo u interesu HDZ-a, a ne obrtnika, tada u medijima čitamo slavodobitne naslove kako će grad smanjiti namete zadarskim obrtnicima. Kako je demontaža ovih dana aktualna, osjećam obvezu da demontiramo taj odnos Županijske obrtničke komore i gradske uprave te utjecaj istoga na obrtnike, a poglavito po drugi put zatvorene ugostitelje.

U trećem mjesecu, prilikom prvog lockdowna, na sjednici Gradskog vijeća smo predlagali sveobuhvatne mjere Grada za poduzetnike i obrtnike kako bi uspjeli očuvati radna mjesta. Grad je tada samo intervenirao u zakup javnih površina, koji obuhvaća mali udio poduzetnika, dok su drugi gradovi poduzimali mjere koje su obuhvaćale porez na potrošnju, komunalni doprinos, odvoz otpada, spomeničku rentu, prirez, itd. 

Grad Zadar je tada pokazao maćehinski odnos prema obrtnicima i malim poduzetnicima. Županijska obrtnička komora na čelu s Kneževićem je tada šutjela. 

Na posljednjoj sjednici Vijeća, prilikom donošenja proračuna za 2021. godinu, kolege Gaši, Radeta i Malta su predlagali oslobađanje poreza na potrošnju za ugostitelje u 2021. godini. Logično, jer se takve mjere i planiraju u trenutku kad se donosi proračun, a već tada su bili zatvoreni ugostiteljski objekti. Tad je već bilo očito da će ugostitelji zbog svih troškova teško zadržati radna mjesta unatoč pomoći za plaće od strane države. Pogotovo jer su već bili pogođeni dvostrukim kriterijima unutar njihovog sektora. 

Jučerašnji istup Stipe Kneževića me sjetio ingeniozne argumentacije pročelnika Mijolovića na posljednjoj sjednici Odbora za proračun i financije. Tad sam na raspravi o proračunu također upitao pročelnika razmatra li se opcija oslobađanja od poreza na potrošnju. Odgovorio mi je da se ne razmatra jer taj porez ionako plaćaju građani te da od tog ugostitelji ne bi imali koristi. Bio bi to tipičan šok i nevjerica da ne dolazi od HDZ-a. Radi toga je doista potrebno demontirati o čemu se ovdje stvarno radi.

Prikažimo to jednim primjerom. Uzmete li bocu vina u kafiću čija je cijena bez poreza 100 kuna, na taj će te iznos dodati 25% PDV-a te 3% poreza na potrošnju te će ukupna cijena biti 128 kuna od čega tri kune idu u gradsku blagajnu. Oslobađanjem plaćanja poreza na potrošnju te tri kune s tog računa bi ostale ugostiteljskom objektu. To je mjera koja bi u ovim vremenima omogućila ugostiteljima da sačuvaju radna mjesta. 

Svakako, potrebno se upitati i koliko bi to smanjilo prihode Grada Zadra. U 2021. godini je prema proračunu planirano uprihoditi 3,6 milijuna kuna od poreza na potrošnju. Kad se sjetimo da smo na posljednjoj sjednici poklonili 2,5 milijuna kuna klubu koji igra županijsku ligu, da besplatno kreditiramo Zadarsku nadbiskupiju u izgradnji škole, da smo na prethodnim rebalansima dali 3 milijuna kuna za KK Zadar, izvodi se zaključak da su ugostitelji, kako to vidi gradska uprava, potpune naivčine. 

Ipak, kad su sad shvatili da je ta mjera ipak prijeko potrebna, sjetili su se već toliko puta iskušanog trika. Treba naći nekog, tko se nikad ne može dovoljno „ulizati“, a spreman je odigrati „dupli pas“ kako bi sve to bilo genijalno rješenje gradske uprave. A ima li za takav zadatak boljeg čovjeka od Stipe Kneževića. Naravno da nema. Dok mjera kojom najavljuju spuštanje poreza na potrošnju s 3% na 1% kasni 10 mjeseci, Knežević govori kako nema potrebe da ugostitelji izlaze na ulicu. Što se njega tiče, sasvim je dovoljno da će na ulicu sa svojih radnih mjesta oni zaposleni u ugostiteljstvu. Za kraj, ne mogu ne postaviti samo jedno pitanje. U čijem interesu radi Stipe Knežević? U interesu obrtnika ili u interesu HDZ-a? Zna se!

Priopćenje gradskog vijećnika Jure Zubčića (SDP) prenosimo u cijelosti:

Kad Obrtnička komora na čelu s trbuhozborcem HDZ-a Stipom Kneževićem radi isključivo u interesu HDZ-a, a ne obrtnika, tada u medijima čitamo slavodobitne naslove kako će grad smanjiti namete zadarskim obrtnicima. Kako je demontaža ovih dana aktualna, osjećam obvezu da demontiramo taj odnos Županijske obrtničke komore i gradske uprave te utjecaj istoga na obrtnike, a poglavito po drugi put zatvorene ugostitelje.

U trećem mjesecu, prilikom prvog lockdowna, na sjednici Gradskog vijeća smo predlagali sveobuhvatne mjere Grada za poduzetnike i obrtnike kako bi uspjeli očuvati radna mjesta. Grad je tada samo intervenirao u zakup javnih površina, koji obuhvaća mali udio poduzetnika, dok su drugi gradovi poduzimali mjere koje su obuhvaćale porez na potrošnju, komunalni doprinos, odvoz otpada, spomeničku rentu, prirez, itd. 

Grad Zadar je tada pokazao maćehinski odnos prema obrtnicima i malim poduzetnicima. Županijska obrtnička komora na čelu s Kneževićem je tada šutjela. 

Na posljednjoj sjednici Vijeća, prilikom donošenja proračuna za 2021. godinu, kolege Gaši, Radeta i Malta su predlagali oslobađanje poreza na potrošnju za ugostitelje u 2021. godini. Logično, jer se takve mjere i planiraju u trenutku kad se donosi proračun, a već tada su bili zatvoreni ugostiteljski objekti. Tad je već bilo očito da će ugostitelji zbog svih troškova teško zadržati radna mjesta unatoč pomoći za plaće od strane države. Pogotovo jer su već bili pogođeni dvostrukim kriterijima unutar njihovog sektora. 

Jučerašnji istup Stipe Kneževića me sjetio ingeniozne argumentacije pročelnika Mijolovića na posljednjoj sjednici Odbora za proračun i financije. Tad sam na raspravi o proračunu također upitao pročelnika razmatra li se opcija oslobađanja od poreza na potrošnju. Odgovorio mi je da se ne razmatra jer taj porez ionako plaćaju građani te da od tog ugostitelji ne bi imali koristi. Bio bi to tipičan šok i nevjerica da ne dolazi od HDZ-a. Radi toga je doista potrebno demontirati o čemu se ovdje stvarno radi.

Prikažimo to jednim primjerom. Uzmete li bocu vina u kafiću čija je cijena bez poreza 100 kuna, na taj će te iznos dodati 25% PDV-a te 3% poreza na potrošnju te će ukupna cijena biti 128 kuna od čega tri kune idu u gradsku blagajnu. Oslobađanjem plaćanja poreza na potrošnju te tri kune s tog računa bi ostale ugostiteljskom objektu. To je mjera koja bi u ovim vremenima omogućila ugostiteljima da sačuvaju radna mjesta. 

Svakako, potrebno se upitati i koliko bi to smanjilo prihode Grada Zadra. U 2021. godini je prema proračunu planirano uprihoditi 3,6 milijuna kuna od poreza na potrošnju. Kad se sjetimo da smo na posljednjoj sjednici poklonili 2,5 milijuna kuna klubu koji igra županijsku ligu, da besplatno kreditiramo Zadarsku nadbiskupiju u izgradnji škole, da smo na prethodnim rebalansima dali 3 milijuna kuna za KK Zadar, izvodi se zaključak da su ugostitelji, kako to vidi gradska uprava, potpune naivčine. 

Ipak, kad su sad shvatili da je ta mjera ipak prijeko potrebna, sjetili su se već toliko puta iskušanog trika. Treba naći nekog, tko se nikad ne može dovoljno „ulizati“, a spreman je odigrati „dupli pas“ kako bi sve to bilo genijalno rješenje gradske uprave. A ima li za takav zadatak boljeg čovjeka od Stipe Kneževića. Naravno da nema. Dok mjera kojom najavljuju spuštanje poreza na potrošnju s 3% na 1% kasni 10 mjeseci, Knežević govori kako nema potrebe da ugostitelji izlaze na ulicu. Što se njega tiče, sasvim je dovoljno da će na ulicu sa svojih radnih mjesta oni zaposleni u ugostiteljstvu. Za kraj, ne mogu ne postaviti samo jedno pitanje. U čijem interesu radi Stipe Knežević? U interesu obrtnika ili u interesu HDZ-a? Zna se!

Priopćenje gradskog vijećnika Jure Zubčića (SDP) prenosimo u cijelosti:

Kad Obrtnička komora na čelu s trbuhozborcem HDZ-a Stipom Kneževićem radi isključivo u interesu HDZ-a, a ne obrtnika, tada u medijima čitamo slavodobitne naslove kako će grad smanjiti namete zadarskim obrtnicima. Kako je demontaža ovih dana aktualna, osjećam obvezu da demontiramo taj odnos Županijske obrtničke komore i gradske uprave te utjecaj istoga na obrtnike, a poglavito po drugi put zatvorene ugostitelje.

U trećem mjesecu, prilikom prvog lockdowna, na sjednici Gradskog vijeća smo predlagali sveobuhvatne mjere Grada za poduzetnike i obrtnike kako bi uspjeli očuvati radna mjesta. Grad je tada samo intervenirao u zakup javnih površina, koji obuhvaća mali udio poduzetnika, dok su drugi gradovi poduzimali mjere koje su obuhvaćale porez na potrošnju, komunalni doprinos, odvoz otpada, spomeničku rentu, prirez, itd. 

Grad Zadar je tada pokazao maćehinski odnos prema obrtnicima i malim poduzetnicima. Županijska obrtnička komora na čelu s Kneževićem je tada šutjela. 

Na posljednjoj sjednici Vijeća, prilikom donošenja proračuna za 2021. godinu, kolege Gaši, Radeta i Malta su predlagali oslobađanje poreza na potrošnju za ugostitelje u 2021. godini. Logično, jer se takve mjere i planiraju u trenutku kad se donosi proračun, a već tada su bili zatvoreni ugostiteljski objekti. Tad je već bilo očito da će ugostitelji zbog svih troškova teško zadržati radna mjesta unatoč pomoći za plaće od strane države. Pogotovo jer su već bili pogođeni dvostrukim kriterijima unutar njihovog sektora. 

Jučerašnji istup Stipe Kneževića me sjetio ingeniozne argumentacije pročelnika Mijolovića na posljednjoj sjednici Odbora za proračun i financije. Tad sam na raspravi o proračunu također upitao pročelnika razmatra li se opcija oslobađanja od poreza na potrošnju.
