Slavni glumački par Sarah Jessica Parker i Matthew Broderick ostvarili su značajan profit prodajom svoje kuće u newyorškom West Villageu koju su 2000. kupili za 2,99 milijuna dolara, a sada je prodana za 15,85 milijuna dolara. Zvijezda kultne serije "Seks i grad" i njezin suprug nisu službeno oglasili prodaju kuće koju su tijekom godina renovirali i preuredili, glas o tome širio se privatnim krugovima.

Sarah Jessica i Matthew će se, zajedno s troje djece, sada skrasiti u istoj četvrti, u golemom zdanju koje čine dvije zasebne susjedne kuće koje su spojili u jednu. Kupili su te kuće 2016. za gotovo 35 milijuna dolara i od tada traje projekt njihova preuređenja u dom čija je ukupna površina oko 1300 četvornih metara, a ima i privatni vrt površine oko 200 četvornih metara.

Glumački par je imao još jednu kuću na Manhattanu, u Greenwich Villageu, kupili su je 2011. za 18,99 milijuna dolara i još nekoliko milijuna utrošili u preuređenje, ali su, čini se, zaključili kako ipak nije po njihovoj mjeri, pa su je vratili na tržište tražeći za nju 24,99 milijuna dolara.

No kupaca nije bilo pa su dva puta snižavali cijenu i u konačnici je prodali za 18,25 milijuna dolara, ostvarivši gubitak koji ipak nisu previše osjetili jer se njihovo zajedničko bogatstvo procjenjuje na oko 200 milijuna dolara.

Sarah Jessica i Matthew su se vjenčali 19. svibnja 1997. godine na Manhattanu, ceremoniju je predvodila mladoženjina sestra Janet Broderick Kraft, episkopalna svećenica.

Njihov sin James rođen je 28. listopada 2002. godine, a dvije kćeri, blizanke Marion i Tabitha, rođene su 22. lipnja 2009. uz pomoć surogat majke.

Slavni glumački par Sarah Jessica Parker i Matthew Broderick ostvarili su značajan profit prodajom svoje kuće u newyorškom West Villageu koju su 2000. kupili za 2,99 milijuna dolara, a sada je prodana za 15,85 milijuna dolara. Zvijezda kultne serije "Seks i grad" i njezin suprug nisu službeno oglasili prodaju kuće koju su tijekom godina renovirali i preuredili, glas o tome širio se privatnim krugovima.

Sarah Jessica i Matthew će se, zajedno s troje djece, sada skrasiti u istoj četvrti, u golemom zdanju koje čine dvije zasebne susjedne kuće koje su spojili u jednu. Kupili su te kuće 2016. za gotovo 35 milijuna dolara i od tada traje projekt njihova preuređenja u dom čija je ukupna površina oko 1300 četvornih metara, a ima i privatni vrt površine oko 200 četvornih metara.

Glumački par je imao još jednu kuću na Manhattanu, u Greenwich Villageu, kupili su je 2011. za 18,99 milijuna dolara i još nekoliko milijuna utrošili u preuređenje, ali su, čini se, zaključili kako ipak nije po njihovoj mjeri, pa su je vratili na tržište tražeći za nju 24,99 milijuna dolara.

No kupaca nije bilo pa su dva puta snižavali cijenu i u konačnici je prodali za 18,25 milijuna dolara, ostvarivši gubitak koji ipak nisu previše osjetili jer se njihovo zajedničko bogatstvo procjenjuje na oko 200 milijuna dolara.

Sarah Jessica i Matthew su se vjenčali 19. svibnja 1997. godine na Manhattanu, ceremoniju je predvodila mladoženjina sestra Janet Broderick Kraft, episkopalna svećenica.

Njihov sin James rođen je 28. listopada 2002. godine, a dvije kćeri, blizanke Marion i Tabitha, rođene su 22. lipnja 2009. uz pomoć surogat majke.

Slavni glumački par Sarah Jessica Parker i Matthew Broderick ostvarili su značajan profit prodajom svoje kuće u newyorškom West Villageu koju su 2000. kupili za 2,99 milijuna dolara, a sada je prodana za 15,85 milijuna dolara. Zvijezda kultne serije "Seks i grad" i njezin suprug nisu službeno oglasili prodaju kuće koju su tijekom godina renovirali i preuredili, glas o tome širio se privatnim krugovima.

Sarah Jessica i Matthew će se, zajedno s troje djece, sada skrasiti u istoj četvrti, u golemom zdanju koje čine dvije zasebne susjedne kuće koje su spojili u jednu. Kupili su te kuće 2016. za gotovo 35 milijuna dolara i od tada traje projekt njihova preuređenja u dom čija je ukupna površina oko 1300 četvornih metara, a ima i privatni vrt površine oko 200 četvornih metara.

Glumački par je imao još jednu kuću na Manhattanu, u Greenwich Villageu, kupili su je 2011. za 18,99 milijuna dolara i još nekoliko milijuna utrošili u preuređenje, ali su, čini se, zaključili kako ipak nije po njihovoj mjeri, pa su je vratili na tržište tražeći za nju 24,99 milijuna dolara.

No kupaca nije bilo pa su dva puta snižavali cijenu i u konačnici je prodali za 18,25 milijuna dolara, ostvarivši gubitak koji ipak nisu previše osjetili jer se njihovo zajedničko bogatstvo procjenjuje na oko 200 milijuna dolara.

Sarah Jessica i Matthew su se vjenčali 19. svibnja 1997. godine na Manhattanu, ceremoniju je predvodila mladoženjina sestra Janet Broderick Kraft, episkopalna svećenica.

Njihov sin James rođen je 28. listopada 2002. godine, a dvije kćeri, blizanke Marion i Tabitha, rođene su 22. lipnja 2009. uz pomoć surogat majke.
