Ako ste se, kao i mnogi, našli na meti omikrona, važno je znati kako ojačati tijelo. Veliku ulogu u tome ima hrana koju jedete, a bilo bi dobro da u vaš jelovnik uvrstite nešto od ovoga, piše N1.
Jogurt
Jedna od najboljih namirnica koju možete jesti ako imate omikron je jogurt. Mekan je, hladan pa godi grlu, a i pun je proteina. Možete mu dodati i sitno narezanu bananu jer je puna kalija.
Sladoled
On hladi i lako ga je progutati, a zasitit će vas. Sladoled sadrži glukozu i proteine, tako da nećete puno gubiti na težini ako nemate apetita.
Pića s elektrolitima
Tekućina je bitna, a uvijek je dobro i paziti ima li u njoj elektrolita, posebno ako su vam simptomi povraćenje i/ili proljev. Ako pijete ova pića uz te simptome održavate normalne razine kalija i natrija u organizmu.
Juhe
Juhe su pune elektrolita. Ako imate apetita, dobro je pojesti i juhu s nekim izvorom proteina i povrćem.
Proteinski shakeovi
Ovi pripravci su blagi i lako ih je gutati, a puni su proteina što tijelu treba kada se bori protiv infekcije.
Jedite ovu vrstu povrća
Ako imate apetita jedite povrće poput brokule, kupusa i prokulica. Sve te namirnice prepune su nutrijenata koji vam trebaju.
Bolonjez
Kada virus počne slabiti, može vam naglo narasti apetit i imat ćete želju pojesti sve pred sobom. Dobar izbor tada je tjestenina s nekim mesnim umakom. Možete pojesti tanjur tjestenine i pomalo podići razinu šećera u krvi, ali ne pretjerati. Kako bi obrok bio ujednačen dodajte neki umak od mesa.
Što je s citrusima?
Iako se čini kao dobra ideja jer su prepuni vitamina C, to možda nije pametno jer su to kisele namirnice koje će biti teško gutati ako vas boli grlo.

Ako ste se, kao i mnogi, našli na meti omikrona, važno je znati kako ojačati tijelo. Veliku ulogu u tome ima hrana koju jedete, a bilo bi dobro da u vaš jelovnik uvrstite nešto od ovoga, piše N1.
Jogurt
Jedna od najboljih namirnica koju možete jesti ako imate omikron je jogurt. Mekan je, hladan pa godi grlu, a i pun je proteina. Možete mu dodati i sitno narezanu bananu jer je puna kalija.
Sladoled
On hladi i lako ga je progutati, a zasitit će vas. Sladoled sadrži glukozu i proteine, tako da nećete puno gubiti na težini ako nemate apetita.
Pića s elektrolitima
Tekućina je bitna, a uvijek je dobro i paziti ima li u njoj elektrolita, posebno ako su vam simptomi povraćenje i/ili proljev. Ako pijete ova pića uz te simptome održavate normalne razine kalija i natrija u organizmu.
Juhe
Juhe su pune elektrolita. Ako imate apetita, dobro je pojesti i juhu s nekim izvorom proteina i povrćem.
Proteinski shakeovi
Ovi pripravci su blagi i lako ih je gutati, a puni su proteina što tijelu treba kada se bori protiv infekcije.
Jedite ovu vrstu povrća
Ako imate apetita jedite povrće poput brokule, kupusa i prokulica. Sve te namirnice prepune su nutrijenata koji vam trebaju.
Bolonjez
Kada virus počne slabiti, može vam naglo narasti apetit i imat ćete želju pojesti sve pred sobom. Dobar izbor tada je tjestenina s nekim mesnim umakom. Možete pojesti tanjur tjestenine i pomalo podići razinu šećera u krvi, ali ne pretjerati. Kako bi obrok bio ujednačen dodajte neki umak od mesa.
Što je s citrusima?
Iako se čini kao dobra ideja jer su prepuni vitamina C, to možda nije pametno jer su to kisele namirnice koje će biti teško gutati ako vas boli grlo.
