Pranje zuba prije pijenja kave uklanja naslage s njih i time otežava prijanjanje mrlja. Uobičajena praksa pranja zubi nakon ispijanja kave može samo pogoršati stvari. Naime, budući da je kava kisela, pranje zubi neposredno nakon pijenja kave može oslabiti caklinu, vanjski sloj zuba koji ga štiti od fizičkih i kemijskih oštećenja, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Želite li dobro svojim zubima, prije jutarnje kave prvo operite zube, a kad ste je popili, kiselost u ustima neutralizirajte ispiranjem vodicom.

Nakon pranja zubi četkicu je potrebno isprati toplom vodom i dobro ju osušiti jer držanjem četkice na vlažnom mjestu potaknut će se stvaranje bakterija na njezinoj površini.
