Nekoć davno, kad se na domaćem tržištu po prvi put pojavio Raffaello, svi su požurili osmisliti desert koji bi okusom što bolje oponašao tu popularnu slatkariju. Od tada je prošlo jako puno, a prvi copy-cat recepti su se (srećom) poprilično usavršili, utirući put cijeloj novoj slatkoj niši. Danas je teško pronaći popularni slatkiš koji nema svoj kolač ili tortu - nedavno smo vam predstavili recept za Monte tortu, podsjetite se ovdje - a na red je došao i slatki hit iz rashladne vitrine, Maksi King.

Pitate li se kakva je torta osmišljena po uzoru na Maksi King, evo vam odgovor: vrlo, vrlo kremasta, s hrskavom površinom, baš kako i treba da bi se bilo što bliže originalu. Recept nam je dala Petra Sabljić koju pratimo na Instagram profilu Mama kuharica. Kako nam je priznala, upravo ova torta joj je najdraža.

 

Maksi King torta

Sastojci za biskvit:

4 jaja
4 žlice šećera
110 g margarina/maslaca
380 g čokolade za kuhanje
Malo arome vanilije
Prstohvat soli

Karamel:

200 g šećera
200 ml vrhnja za šlag
Malo arome vanilije
50 g maslaca
Prstohvat soli

Bijela krema:

500 g mascarponea
600 ml vrhnja za šlag
Malo arome vanilije

Ganache:

200 g čokolade za kuhanje
200 ml vrhnja za šlag

Krokant za uskrasiti

Priprema:

Za karamel otopite šećer do zlatnožute boje pa mu dodajte kipuće slatko vrnje. Potom dodajte vaniliju, prstohvat soli i maslac te kratko kuhajte miješajući dok se maslac ne otopi. Maknite s vatre i ohladite povremeno miješajući da se karamel ne stvrdne.

Za biskvit najprije zajedno otopite čokoladu i maslac pa ih pustite da se ohlade. Miksajte 4 žumanjka i šećer 3 minute pa im dodajte sol i vaniliju te otopljenu čokoladu i miksajte kratko. Miksajte 4 bjelanjaka u drugoj zdjeli u čvrst snijeg pa pažljivo dodajte u smjesu žumanjka i čokolade. Biskvit ulijte u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite na 170 stupnjeva 20 minuta. Ohladite.

Za bijelu kremu kratko miksajte 600 ml slatkog vrhnja, mascarpone i aromu vanilije.

Pripremite stalak za posluživanje te biskvit odvojite od papira za pečenje i stavite na stalak pa vratite obruč od torte. Namažite pola kreme na biskvit, drugu polovicu stavite u vrećicu za ukrašavanje te rasporedite uz rub obruča (ne sve) ostavljajući veći krug u sredini za karamel.

U središnji krug ulijte karamel, poravnajte i onda ostatkom kreme premažite karamel i poravnajte cijelu tortu pa je stavite hladiti dva sata.

Za ganache uzavrite slatko vrhnje pa ga dodajte čokoladi, promiješajte i pustite da se malo ohladi. Mlako prelijte preko torte s koje ste skinuli obruč, pazeći da je obloži sa svih strana. Ganache pospite krokantom pa tortu ohladite preko noći.

Nekoć davno, kad se na domaćem tržištu po prvi put pojavio Raffaello, svi su požurili osmisliti desert koji bi okusom što bolje oponašao tu popularnu slatkariju. Od tada je prošlo jako puno, a prvi copy-cat recepti su se (srećom) poprilično usavršili, utirući put cijeloj novoj slatkoj niši. Danas je teško pronaći popularni slatkiš koji nema svoj kolač ili tortu - nedavno smo vam predstavili recept za Monte tortu, podsjetite se ovdje - a na red je došao i slatki hit iz rashladne vitrine, Maksi King.

Pitate li se kakva je torta osmišljena po uzoru na Maksi King, evo vam odgovor: vrlo, vrlo kremasta, s hrskavom površinom, baš kako i treba da bi se bilo što bliže originalu. Recept nam je dala Petra Sabljić koju pratimo na Instagram profilu Mama kuharica. Kako nam je priznala, upravo ova torta joj je najdraža.

 

Maksi King torta

Sastojci za biskvit:

4 jaja
4 žlice šećera
110 g margarina/maslaca
380 g čokolade za kuhanje
Malo arome vanilije
Prstohvat soli

Karamel:

200 g šećera
200 ml vrhnja za šlag
Malo arome vanilije
50 g maslaca
Prstohvat soli

Bijela krema:

500 g mascarponea
600 ml vrhnja za šlag
Malo arome vanilije

Ganache:

200 g čokolade za kuhanje
200 ml vrhnja za šlag

Dodatno:

 

Krokant za uskrasiti

Priprema:

Za karamel otopite šećer do zlatnožute boje pa mu dodajte kipuće slatko vrnje. Potom dodajte vaniliju, prstohvat soli i maslac te kratko kuhajte miješajući dok se maslac ne otopi. Maknite s vatre i ohladite povremeno miješajući da se karamel ne stvrdne.

Za biskvit najprije zajedno otopite čokoladu i maslac pa ih pustite da se ohlade. Miksajte 4 žumanjka i šećer 3 minute pa im dodajte sol i vaniliju te otopljenu čokoladu i miksajte kratko. Miksajte 4 bjelanjaka u drugoj zdjeli u čvrst snijeg pa pažljivo dodajte u smjesu žumanjka i čokolade. Biskvit ulijte u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite na 170 stupnjeva 20 minuta. Ohladite.

Za bijelu kremu kratko miksajte 600 ml slatkog vrhnja, mascarpone i aromu vanilije.

Pripremite stalak za posluživanje te biskvit odvojite od papira za pečenje i stavite na stalak pa vratite obruč od torte. Namažite pola kreme na biskvit, drugu polovicu stavite u vrećicu za ukrašavanje te rasporedite uz rub obruča (ne sve) ostavljajući veći krug u sredini za karamel.

U središnji krug ulijte karamel, poravnajte i onda ostatkom kreme premažite karamel i poravnajte cijelu tortu pa je stavite hladiti dva sata.

Za ganache uzavrite slatko vrhnje pa ga dodajte čokoladi, promiješajte i pustite da se malo ohladi. Mlako prelijte preko torte s koje ste skinuli obruč, pazeći da je obloži sa svih strana. Ganache pospite krokantom pa tortu ohladite preko noći.
