Što kažete na jednu bogatu, moćnu tortu s raskošnim okusom čokolade i lješnjaka? Tko bi uopće mogao odoljeti tom spoju okusa? Nikakvo čudo što je baš spoj čokolade i lješnjaka okosnica popularnih slatkarija kao što su Nutella, Duplo i Ferrero Rocher!
Pa zapravo kad već spominjemo Ferrero Rocher, pronašli smo recept za tortu koja po njemu nosi ime. Da, znamo da recepata nadahnutih Ferrero Rocherom ima jako puno, ali ovaj nam se čini baš jako dobar pa nismo odoljeli.

Našli smo ga na Instagramu Biber i čokolada, no simpatična Željka koja stoji iza tog profila uputila nas je da je za recept zaslužna Aleksandra s Aleks books and cooks i priznala da ga stalno radi za sve posebne prilike jer je snažnog i punog okusa te slatka upravo onoliko koliko treba biti, a, osim toga, po njenom sudu, jedino slastica pripremljena po ovom receptu ima onaj pravi okus Ferrero Rochera.
Možda je tajna u tome što se u koru dodaju prženi lješnjaci, a u jedan od čak dva nadjeva ide Nutella?
Željka je recept prilagodila svojim potrebama i kalupu u kojem je poželjela ispeći tortu (promjera 20 cm), a na manju verziju odlučila se, kako kaže, jer je torta jako zasitna pa joj je i ovako mala bila dovoljna.

Ferrero Rocher torta
Sastojci (za kalup promjera 20 cm):
Prva kora (sastojci za jednu koru)
3 bjelanjka
3 žlice šećera
1 žlica krušnih mrvica
1 ravna žlica kakaa
2 žlice mljevenih lješnjaka
Prhka kora:
100 g brašna
50 g maslaca
1 žumanjak
1,5 žlica hladne vode
25 g šećera u prahu
15 g prženih, mljevenih lješnjaka
Prva krema:
600 ml mlijeka
6 žumanjaka
70 g gustina
85 g šećera
80 g maslaca
125 ml slatkog vrhnja
125 g crne čokolade
Druga krema:
200-250 g mascarponea
200-250 g Nutelle
200-250 g prženih i samljevenih lješnjaka (ja sam dio nasjeckala).
Priprema:
Za prvu koru bjelanjke dobro izmiksajte sa šećerom pa im dodati ostale sastojke te izmiješajte ručno. Smjesu podijelite na dva dijela i izlijte u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje (svaka kora se peče posebno). Pecite na 180 stupnjeva 15 minuta.
Sve ovo ponovite još jednom, tako se dobiju 4 kore.
Za prhku koru pomiješajte sve sastojke, tijesto pokrijte prozirnom folijom i stavite u hladnjak na najmanje 1 sat. Podijelite na 3 dijela i razvaljajte u krug promjera 20 cm. Pecite na 200 C dok tijesto ne dobije lijepu boju.
Za prvu kremu žumanjke, šećer i gustin izmiksajte s malo mlijeka, ostalo mlijeko stavite kuhati. Kad prokuha, dodajte mu smjesu sa žumanjcima i kuhajte dok se ne zgusne. Zatim dodajte maslac i izmiješajte. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Zagrijati slatko vrhnje i čokoladu dok se ne otope, ostavite da se malo ohlade pa dobro izmiješajte te na kraju umiješajte u kremu.
Za drugu kremu samo sve sastojke dobro izmiješajte ručno.
Složite tortu. 1. kora - 1. krema, prhka kora - 2. krema. Ponavljajte dok sve ne potrošite i završite s prvom kremom te ukrasite po želji..

Što kažete na jednu bogatu, moćnu tortu s raskošnim okusom čokolade i lješnjaka? Tko bi uopće mogao odoljeti tom spoju okusa? Nikakvo čudo što je baš spoj čokolade i lješnjaka okosnica popularnih slatkarija kao što su Nutella, Duplo i Ferrero Rocher!
Pa zapravo kad već spominjemo Ferrero Rocher, pronašli smo recept za tortu koja po njemu nosi ime. Da, znamo da recepata nadahnutih Ferrero Rocherom ima jako puno, ali ovaj nam se čini baš jako dobar pa nismo odoljeli.

Našli smo ga na Instagramu Biber i čokolada, no simpatična Željka koja stoji iza tog profila uputila nas je da je za recept zaslužna Aleksandra s Aleks books and cooks i priznala da ga stalno radi za sve posebne prilike jer je snažnog i punog okusa te slatka upravo onoliko koliko treba biti, a, osim toga, po njenom sudu, jedino slastica pripremljena po ovom receptu ima onaj pravi okus Ferrero Rochera.
Možda je tajna u tome što se u koru dodaju prženi lješnjaci, a u jedan od čak dva nadjeva ide Nutella?
Željka je recept prilagodila svojim potrebama i kalupu u kojem je poželjela ispeći tortu (promjera 20 cm), a na manju verziju odlučila se, kako kaže, jer je torta jako zasitna pa joj je i ovako mala bila dovoljna.

Ferrero Rocher torta
Sastojci (za kalup promjera 20 cm):
Prva kora (sastojci za jednu koru)
3 bjelanjka
3 žlice šećera
1 žlica krušnih mrvica
1 ravna žlica kakaa
2 žlice mljevenih lješnjaka
Prhka kora:
100 g brašna
50 g maslaca
1 žumanjak
1,5 žlica hladne vode
25 g šećera u prahu
15 g prženih, mljevenih lješnjaka
Prva krema:
600 ml mlijeka
6 žumanjaka
70 g gustina
85 g šećera
80 g maslaca
125 ml slatkog vrhnja
125 g crne čokolade
Druga krema:
200-250 g mascarponea
200-250 g Nutelle
200-250 g prženih i samljevenih lješnjaka (ja sam dio nasjeckala).
Priprema:
Za prvu koru bjelanjke dobro izmiksajte sa šećerom pa im dodati ostale sastojke te izmiješajte ručno. Smjesu podijelite na dva dijela i izlijte u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje (svaka kora se peče posebno). Pecite na 180 stupnjeva 15 minuta.
Sve ovo ponovite još jednom, tako se dobiju 4 kore.
Za prhku koru pomiješajte sve sastojke, tijesto pokrijte prozirnom folijom i stavite u hladnjak na najmanje 1 sat. Podijelite na 3 dijela i razvaljajte u krug promjera 20 cm. Pecite na 200 C dok tijesto ne dobije lijepu boju.
Za prvu kremu žumanjke, šećer i gustin izmiksajte s malo mlijeka, ostalo mlijeko stavite kuhati. Kad prokuha, dodajte mu smjesu sa žumanjcima i kuhajte dok se ne zgusne. Zatim dodajte maslac i izmiješajte. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Zagrijati slatko vrhnje i čokoladu dok se ne otope, ostavite da se malo ohlade pa dobro izmiješajte te na kraju umiješajte u kremu.
Za drugu kremu samo sve sastojke dobro izmiješajte ručno.
Složite tortu. 1. kora - 1. krema, prhka kora - 2. krema. Ponavljajte dok sve ne potrošite i završite s prvom kremom te ukrasite po želji..
