Nakon što su Rusi započeli s invazijom na Ukrajinu, iz nogometnog prvoligaša Vorskla Poltava, kako smo već pisali, otišao je i hrvatski ofenzivac Ivan Pešić, nekadašnji igrač Šibenika rodom iz Čiste Velike. No, s njim je Ukrajinu napustio i suigrač Amilcar Djau Codjovi. On je preko Pešića došao do hrvatskog premijera Andreja Plenkovića, koji mu je pomogao pri izlasku iz ratom pritisnute zemlje.

Codjovi je dva dana panično tražio siguran prelazak granice i već je bio odustao na mađarskoj granici, no onda je nastupio Andrej Plenković, piše CNN. Mladi nogometaš Vorskle snašao se i uspio doći do Plenkovićeve pomoći u dramatičnoj situaciji. Na kraju je napustio Ukrajinu.

"Pešić je baš u tom trenutku bio na telefonu sa svojom ambasadom i odjednom povikao "brzo, dođite ovamo" i mi smo se okupili oko njega. Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković je poslije razgovora nazvao hrvatsku ambasadu u Kijevu, oni su kontaktirali s granicom i pustili su nas", ispričao je 20-godišnjak.

Codjovi je na početku ruske invazije dobio upute da čeka u klupskim prostorijama dok mu ne srede izlazak iz Ukrajine. Od suigrača je uskoro saznao da će se svaki pobrinuti za sebe pa se tako i on priključio grupi od desetak igrača koji su sjeli u automobile i krenuli na put od 1500 kilometara.

Dodajmo i da je mladi nogometaš na koncu sretno stigao u Manchester gdje je opet vidio svoju obitelj. Amilcar Codjovi je rođen u Španjolskoj, a ima i englesko državljanstvo. Roditelji su mu iz Obale Bjelokosti i Gvineje Bisau.

Nakon što su Rusi započeli s invazijom na Ukrajinu, iz nogometnog prvoligaša Vorskla Poltava, kako smo već pisali, otišao je i hrvatski ofenzivac Ivan Pešić, nekadašnji igrač Šibenika rodom iz Čiste Velike. No, s njim je Ukrajinu napustio i suigrač Amilcar Djau Codjovi. On je preko Pešića došao do hrvatskog premijera Andreja Plenkovića, koji mu je pomogao pri izlasku iz ratom pritisnute zemlje.

Codjovi je dva dana panično tražio siguran prelazak granice i već je bio odustao na mađarskoj granici, no onda je nastupio Andrej Plenković, piše CNN. Mladi nogometaš Vorskle snašao se i uspio doći do Plenkovićeve pomoći u dramatičnoj situaciji. Na kraju je napustio Ukrajinu.

"Pešić je baš u tom trenutku bio na telefonu sa svojom ambasadom i odjednom povikao "brzo, dođite ovamo" i mi smo se okupili oko njega. Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković je poslije razgovora nazvao hrvatsku ambasadu u Kijevu, oni su kontaktirali s granicom i pustili su nas", ispričao je 20-godišnjak.

Codjovi je na početku ruske invazije dobio upute da čeka u klupskim prostorijama dok mu ne srede izlazak iz Ukrajine. Od suigrača je uskoro saznao da će se svaki pobrinuti za sebe pa se tako i on priključio grupi od desetak igrača koji su sjeli u automobile i krenuli na put od 1500 kilometara.

Dodajmo i da je mladi nogometaš na koncu sretno stigao u Manchester gdje je opet vidio svoju obitelj. Amilcar Codjovi je rođen u Španjolskoj, a ima i englesko državljanstvo. Roditelji su mu iz Obale Bjelokosti i Gvineje Bisau.

Mladi nogometaš pobjegao iz Ukrajine pa zahvalio Plenkoviću i bivšem igraču Šibenika: ‘Spasili su me...‘

Nakon što su Rusi započeli s invazijom na Ukrajinu, iz nogometnog prvoligaša Vorskla Poltava, kako smo već pisali, otišao je i hrvatski ofenzivac Ivan Pešić, nekadašnji igrač Šibenika rodom iz Čiste Velike. No, s njim je Ukrajinu napustio i suigrač Amilcar Djau Codjovi. On je preko Pešića došao do hrvatskog premijera Andreja Plenkovića, koji mu je pomogao pri izlasku iz ratom pritisnute zemlje.

Codjovi je dva dana panično tražio siguran prelazak granice i već je bio odustao na mađarskoj granici, no onda je nastupio Andrej Plenković, piše CNN. Mladi nogometaš Vorskle snašao se i uspio doći do Plenkovićeve pomoći u dramatičnoj situaciji. Na kraju je napustio Ukrajinu.

"Pešić je baš u tom trenutku bio na telefonu sa svojom ambasadom i odjednom povikao "brzo, dođite ovamo" i mi smo se okupili oko njega. Hrvatski premijer Andrej Plenković je poslije razgovora nazvao hrvatsku ambasadu u Kijevu, oni su kontaktirali s granicom i pustili su nas", ispričao je 20-godišnjak.

Codjovi je na početku ruske invazije dobio upute da čeka u klupskim prostorijama dok mu ne srede izlazak iz Ukrajine. Od suigrača je uskoro saznao da će se svaki pobrinuti za sebe pa se tako i on priključio grupi od desetak igrača koji su sjeli u automobile i krenuli na put od 1500 kilometara.

Dodajmo i da je mladi nogometaš na koncu sretno stigao u Manchester gdje je opet vidio svoju obitelj. Amilcar Codjovi je rođen u Španjolskoj, a ima i englesko državljanstvo. Roditelji su mu iz Obale Bjelokosti i Gvineje Bisau.
