Prošlog mjeseca usvojen je zakon kojim se tržište autoškola u Hrvatskoj usklađuje s Europskom direktivom o uslugama autoškola. To donosi određene promjene, a najvažnija je svakako ona koja govori o tomu da bi autoškole mogle pojeftiniti.

Sve je u svom Facebook statusu prenio Daniel Hinšt, voditelj Službe za usluge i centra unutarnjeg tržišta EU u Ministartsvu gospodarstva.

Ovo je sedam najzanimljvijih točaka:

1. Auto škole mogu od 2018. samostalno određivati tržišne cijene, bez regulirane minimalne cijene, što bi moglo dovesti i do sniženja cijena.

2.Ukinuta je mreža auto škola kroz koju je država ograničavala dozvoljeni broj auto škola po svakoj županiji, ovisno o broju kandidata. Time je nadvladano još jedno teritorijalno i brojčano ograničenje, koje je sadržavalo i ispitivanje ekonomske „opravdanosti“. Takav Economic needs test i Numerus clausus bio je protivan temeljnim nacčelima tržišne konkurencije u EU. Time je uvedena sloboda poslovnog nastana za auto škole. Potreban broj auto škola i moguće cijene će se konačno slobodno određivati.

3.Omogućena je sloboda ugovaranja rada u auto školi na puno ili nepuno radno vrijeme, kako bi se rad prilagodio tržišnim potrebama.

Također, omogućeno je i sljedeće:

4.Nova vozila će tek nakon dvije godine morati obaviti tehnički pregled.

5.Vozila se mogu registrirati pri stanici za tehnički pregled.

6.Ukinut je namet registracijski list (koji je koštao 34,50 kune).

7. Uz obveznu tehničku ispravnost vozila, podignuta je granica dopuštene starosti vozila B kategorije sa 7 na 10 godina te sa 12 na 15 godina autobuse u auto školama. Time je smanjena učestalost kod obveze nabave novih vozila, pa će pogotovo manje auto škole doživjeti određeno rasterećenje.

Prošlog mjeseca usvojen je zakon kojim se tržište autoškola u Hrvatskoj usklađuje s Europskom direktivom o uslugama autoškola. To donosi određene promjene, a najvažnija je svakako ona koja govori o tomu da bi autoškole mogle pojeftiniti.

Sve je u svom Facebook statusu prenio Daniel Hinšt, voditelj Službe za usluge i centra unutarnjeg tržišta EU u Ministartsvu gospodarstva.

Ovo je sedam najzanimljvijih točaka:

1. Auto škole mogu od 2018. samostalno određivati tržišne cijene, bez regulirane minimalne cijene, što bi moglo dovesti i do sniženja cijena.

2.Ukinuta je mreža auto škola kroz koju je država ograničavala dozvoljeni broj auto škola po svakoj županiji, ovisno o broju kandidata. Time je nadvladano još jedno teritorijalno i brojčano ograničenje, koje je sadržavalo i ispitivanje ekonomske „opravdanosti“. Takav Economic needs test i Numerus clausus bio je protivan temeljnim nacčelima tržišne konkurencije u EU. Time je uvedena sloboda poslovnog nastana za auto škole. Potreban broj auto škola i moguće cijene će se konačno slobodno određivati.

3.Omogućena je sloboda ugovaranja rada u auto školi na puno ili nepuno radno vrijeme, kako bi se rad prilagodio tržišnim potrebama.

Također, omogućeno je i sljedeće:

4.Nova vozila će tek nakon dvije godine morati obaviti tehnički pregled.

5.Vozila se mogu registrirati pri stanici za tehnički pregled.

6.Ukinut je namet registracijski list (koji je koštao 34,50 kune).

7. Uz obveznu tehničku ispravnost vozila, podignuta je granica dopuštene starosti vozila B kategorije sa 7 na 10 godina te sa 12 na 15 godina autobuse u auto školama. Time je smanjena učestalost kod obveze nabave novih vozila, pa će pogotovo manje auto škole doživjeti određeno rasterećenje.

Polaganje vozačkog od iduće bi godine moglo biti jeftinije
