Nakon što smo se nauživali "kripne" hrane, osobito ako smo u tome malo pretjerali, baš će nam dobro doći nešto jednostavno, toplo, na žlicu. Poput jote, starinskog, naoko pomalo sirotinjskog jela koje se, ako se pripremi kako treba može promaknuti u pravi specijalitet. I to specijalitet koji će vas preporoditi: sadrži kiseli kupus i grah, dvije namirnice na glasu kao blagotvorne za organizam, a osobito za probavni sustav (nemojte da vas one neugodne nuspojave zavaraju!). Skuhajte dobru staru jotu i oporavite se, a uz to ćete i guštati. U slast!

Jota

Sastojci:

200 grama graha

200 grama suhog mesa 

500 grama kiselog kupusa

2 žlice ulja

1 glavica luka

lovorov list

crvena paprika

par zrna kima (po želji)

sol, papar u zrnu

Priprema:

Grah namočite preko noći pa ga skuhajte u posoljenoj vodi sa žličicom sode bikarbone (možete ga skuhati i bez prethodnog namakanja, samo će nešto duže trebati da se skuha). Skuhajte suho meso.

Nasjeckajte luk pa ga prodinstajte na ulju, kad svene dodajte mu kiseli kupus koji po želji možete malo isplahnuti vodom. Prekrijte kupus vodom, dodajte sol, papar, papriku i lovor pa dodajte vode i kuhajte polupoklopljeno.

Kad je grah napola kuhan, procijedite ga i ubacite u kupus. Dodajte skuhano i narezano suho meso. Po želji dodajte narezani krumpir ili ječam, možete dodati i žlicu koncentrata rajčice. Kuhajte sve zajedno dok grah ne omekša.

Nakon što smo se nauživali "kripne" hrane, osobito ako smo u tome malo pretjerali, baš će nam dobro doći nešto jednostavno, toplo, na žlicu. Poput jote, starinskog, naoko pomalo sirotinjskog jela koje se, ako se pripremi kako treba može promaknuti u pravi specijalitet. I to specijalitet koji će vas preporoditi: sadrži kiseli kupus i grah, dvije namirnice na glasu kao blagotvorne za organizam, a osobito za probavni sustav (nemojte da vas one neugodne nuspojave zavaraju!). Skuhajte dobru staru jotu i oporavite se, a uz to ćete i guštati. U slast!

Jota

Sastojci:

200 grama graha

200 grama suhog mesa 

500 grama kiselog kupusa

2 žlice ulja

1 glavica luka

lovorov list

crvena paprika

par zrna kima (po želji)

sol, papar u zrnu

Priprema:

Grah namočite preko noći pa ga skuhajte u posoljenoj vodi sa žličicom sode bikarbone (možete ga skuhati i bez prethodnog namakanja, samo će nešto duže trebati da se skuha). Skuhajte suho meso.

Nasjeckajte luk pa ga prodinstajte na ulju, kad svene dodajte mu kiseli kupus koji po želji možete malo isplahnuti vodom. Prekrijte kupus vodom, dodajte sol, papar, papriku i lovor pa dodajte vode i kuhajte polupoklopljeno.

Kad je grah napola kuhan, procijedite ga i ubacite u kupus. Dodajte skuhano i narezano suho meso. Po želji dodajte narezani krumpir ili ječam, možete dodati i žlicu koncentrata rajčice. Kuhajte sve zajedno dok grah ne omekša.

Nakon što smo se nauživali "kripne" hrane, osobito ako smo u tome malo pretjerali, baš će nam dobro doći nešto jednostavno, toplo, na žlicu. Poput jote, starinskog, naoko pomalo sirotinjskog jela koje se, ako se pripremi kako treba može promaknuti u pravi specijalitet. I to specijalitet koji će vas preporoditi: sadrži kiseli kupus i grah, dvije namirnice na glasu kao blagotvorne za organizam, a osobito za probavni sustav (nemojte da vas one neugodne nuspojave zavaraju!). Skuhajte dobru staru jotu i oporavite se, a uz to ćete i guštati. U slast!

Jota

Sastojci:

200 grama graha

200 grama suhog mesa 

500 grama kiselog kupusa

2 žlice ulja

1 glavica luka

lovorov list

crvena paprika

par zrna kima (po želji)

sol, papar u zrnu

Priprema:

Grah namočite preko noći pa ga skuhajte u posoljenoj vodi sa žličicom sode bikarbone (možete ga skuhati i bez prethodnog namakanja, samo će nešto duže trebati da se skuha). Skuhajte suho meso.

Nasjeckajte luk pa ga prodinstajte na ulju, kad svene dodajte mu kiseli kupus koji po želji možete malo isplahnuti vodom. Prekrijte kupus vodom, dodajte sol, papar, papriku i lovor pa dodajte vode i kuhajte polupoklopljeno.

Kad je grah napola kuhan, procijedite ga i ubacite u kupus. Dodajte skuhano i narezano suho meso. Po želji dodajte narezani krumpir ili ječam, možete dodati i žlicu koncentrata rajčice. Kuhajte sve zajedno dok grah ne omekša.
