Mitova o ljepoti, nažalost, ima gotovo koliko i korisnih savjeta o toj temi. Neki tvrde kako ne biste trebali hidratizirati kožu ako je već masna. Drugi misle da lice treba prati vrućom vodom jer se jedino tako čiste pore. Mnogi smatraju da su dodaci prehrani poput kolagena malo i nimalo učinkoviti. I prvi i drugi i treći su u krivu. O prve dvije pogreške već smo vam pisali, stoga ovog puta riječ-dvije o kolagenu.

Najprije treba istaknuti kako neće svaki tip kolagena imati iste učinke, stoga, ako vam je cilj lijepa i zategnutija koža, trebali biste potražiti hidrolizirane peptide. Objašnjenje je na svom TikToku dao holistički estetski kirurg  Anthony Youn. 

"Dodaci prehrani na bazi kolagena među najboljim su dodacima prehrani koji pomažu u poboljšanju kvalitete i zdravlja kože, što je pokazano u nedavnoj meta-analizi provedenoj nad više od 1100 ljudi koji su uzimali kolagen. Otkrili su da je uzimanje kolagena tijekom 90 dana bilo učinkovito u poboljšanju izgleda kože, ublažavanju bora i poboljšanju elastičnosti i hidratiziranosti kože".

Analiza koju spominje uključivala je studije koje su procjenjivale hidrolizirane kolagenske peptide, a to je bitna razlika jer kada se kolagen hidrolizira, tijelo ga može optimalnije apsorbirati. Istraživanja su pokazala da hidrolizirani peptidi kolagena pomažu u promicanju prirodne proizvodnje kolagena i drugih molekula koje čine kožu, poput elastina i fibrilina.

"Dakle, ne vjerujte skepljivcima, kolagen djeluje. Samo budite sigurni da uzimate pravu formulu", zaključuje dr. Youn.

Uvažavajući njegov savjet, malo smo istražili ponudu na tržištu i izdvojili nekoliko proizvoda s tipom kolegena koji spominje. Usput, stručnjaci ističu kako bismo za učinkovitu i primjetnu primjenu kolagen trebali uzimati barem osam tjedana. Stoga, da zaključimo, naoružajte se strpljenjem i odaberite pravi proizvod.

Mitova o ljepoti, nažalost, ima gotovo koliko i korisnih savjeta o toj temi. Neki tvrde kako ne biste trebali hidratizirati kožu ako je već masna. Drugi misle da lice treba prati vrućom vodom jer se jedino tako čiste pore. Mnogi smatraju da su dodaci prehrani poput kolagena malo i nimalo učinkoviti. I prvi i drugi i treći su u krivu. O prve dvije pogreške već smo vam pisali, stoga ovog puta riječ-dvije o kolagenu.

Najprije treba istaknuti kako neće svaki tip kolagena imati iste učinke, stoga, ako vam je cilj lijepa i zategnutija koža, trebali biste potražiti hidrolizirane peptide. Objašnjenje je na svom TikToku dao holistički estetski kirurg  Anthony Youn. 

"Dodaci prehrani na bazi kolagena među najboljim su dodacima prehrani koji pomažu u poboljšanju kvalitete i zdravlja kože, što je pokazano u nedavnoj meta-analizi provedenoj nad više od 1100 ljudi koji su uzimali kolagen. Otkrili su da je uzimanje kolagena tijekom 90 dana bilo učinkovito u poboljšanju izgleda kože, ublažavanju bora i poboljšanju elastičnosti i hidratiziranosti kože".

Analiza koju spominje uključivala je studije koje su procjenjivale hidrolizirane kolagenske peptide, a to je bitna razlika jer kada se kolagen hidrolizira, tijelo ga može optimalnije apsorbirati. Istraživanja su pokazala da hidrolizirani peptidi kolagena pomažu u promicanju prirodne proizvodnje kolagena i drugih molekula koje čine kožu, poput elastina i fibrilina.

"Dakle, ne vjerujte skepljivcima, kolagen djeluje. Samo budite sigurni da uzimate pravu formulu", zaključuje dr. Youn.

Uvažavajući njegov savjet, malo smo istražili ponudu na tržištu i izdvojili nekoliko proizvoda s tipom kolegena koji spominje. Usput, stručnjaci ističu kako bismo za učinkovitu i primjetnu primjenu kolagen trebali uzimati barem osam tjedana. Stoga, da zaključimo, naoružajte se strpljenjem i odaberite pravi proizvod.
