Put do zdrave, glatke i hidratizirane kože i kose započinje pravilnom prehranom, ali neizostavno vodi i ispod - tuša. Vaše higijenske navike itekako će se odraziti na njihovom izgledu i dobrobiti, osobito ako nešto radite pogrešno. Kako smo vam nedavno pisali o njezi kože i pogreškama koje pri tome radimo, nećemo ponavljati već napisano, nego ćemo se usredotočiti na jedan mali trik, obično rezerviran samo za hrabre...

Da, riječ je o tuširanju hladnom vodom. Znamo, znamo... ali ipak pročitajte što savjetuju stručnjaci, možda ćete promijeniti mišljenje i skupiti hrabrosti. Jer uistinu se isplati - evo i zašto te kako ga pravilno provesti jer, ne morate se bojati, ne trebate stajati pod ledenim mlazom dok vam koža ne poplavi.

Tuširanje hladnom vodom, za početak, ne isušuje kožu, za razliku od tuširanja vrućom vodom koje može oštetiti lipidnu barijeru i rezultirati osjećajem zatezanja, svrbežom i neugodnim perutanjem.

Ako već patite od navedenog ili enke druge vrste iritacije kože, hladan tuš će vam pomoći jer djeluje umirujuće pa može smanjiti svrbež i crvenilo, a osim toga, zbog poticanja sirkulacije, može pomoći i da koža postane zategnutija, čvršća i mladolikija. Jednako je djelovanje i na vlasište, kojem pomaže zadržati prirodnu vlagu, a benefite pranja hladnom vodom će osjetiti i kosa, jer će joj zagladiti kutikule što s vremenom može rezultirati jačom i zdravijom kosom, osobito ako ga koristite zajedno s tretmanima dubinskog regeneriranja čije će hranjive tvari na ovaj način ostati zaključane unutar vlasi. Mučite li se s ravnanjem prirodno kovrčave i valovite kose, hladna voda za pranje je vaš saveznik, jer zbog spomenutog zaglađivanja kutikula olakšava naknadno peglanje ili feniranje, a isto vam savjetujemo i ako vam je kosa lomljiva, jer za vas je itekako važno zagladiti površinu vlasi.

Jesmo li vas uspjeli zainteresirati i ohrabriti? Ako je odgovor potvrdan, pa čak i ako nije i treba vam još malo ohrabrenja, evo vam i podatka koji smo obećali na početku. Želite li postići spomenute benefite za kožu, istuširajte se mlakom vodom, pet do deset minuta, koliko vam je potrebno da se očistite na uobičajen način, a nakon toga stisnite zube i izdržite 60 sekundi tuširanja hladnom vodom. Ako vam to zvuči neizdrživo, počnite s deset pa postupno povećavajte za 5-10 sekundi. Što se tiče pranja kose, prijelaz na hladnu vodu se savjetuje prilikom ispiranja proizvoda za njegu, kako bi se unutar vlasi zaključala njihova hidratantna svojstva.

Put do zdrave, glatke i hidratizirane kože i kose započinje pravilnom prehranom, ali neizostavno vodi i ispod - tuša. Vaše higijenske navike itekako će se odraziti na njihovom izgledu i dobrobiti, osobito ako nešto radite pogrešno. Kako smo vam nedavno pisali o njezi kože i pogreškama koje pri tome radimo, nećemo ponavljati već napisano, nego ćemo se usredotočiti na jedan mali trik, obično rezerviran samo za hrabre...

Da, riječ je o tuširanju hladnom vodom. Znamo, znamo... ali ipak pročitajte što savjetuju stručnjaci, možda ćete promijeniti mišljenje i skupiti hrabrosti. Jer uistinu se isplati - evo i zašto te kako ga pravilno provesti jer, ne morate se bojati, ne trebate stajati pod ledenim mlazom dok vam koža ne poplavi.

Tuširanje hladnom vodom, za početak, ne isušuje kožu, za razliku od tuširanja vrućom vodom koje može oštetiti lipidnu barijeru i rezultirati osjećajem zatezanja, svrbežom i neugodnim perutanjem.

Ako već patite od navedenog ili enke druge vrste iritacije kože, hladan tuš će vam pomoći jer djeluje umirujuće pa može smanjiti svrbež i crvenilo, a osim toga, zbog poticanja sirkulacije, može pomoći i da koža postane zategnutija, čvršća i mladolikija. Jednako je djelovanje i na vlasište, kojem pomaže zadržati prirodnu vlagu, a benefite pranja hladnom vodom će osjetiti i kosa, jer će joj zagladiti kutikule što s vremenom može rezultirati jačom i zdravijom kosom, osobito ako ga koristite zajedno s tretmanima dubinskog regeneriranja čije će hranjive tvari na ovaj način ostati zaključane unutar vlasi. Mučite li se s ravnanjem prirodno kovrčave i valovite kose, hladna voda za pranje je vaš saveznik, jer zbog spomenutog zaglađivanja kutikula olakšava naknadno peglanje ili feniranje, a isto vam savjetujemo i ako vam je kosa lomljiva, jer za vas je itekako važno zagladiti površinu vlasi.

Želite li postići spomenute benefite za kožu, istuširajte se mlakom vodom, pet do deset minuta, koliko vam je potrebno da se očistite na uobičajen način, a nakon toga stisnite zube i izdržite 60 sekundi tuširanja hladnom vodom. Put do zdrave, glatke i hidratizirane kože i kose započinje pravilnom prehranom, ali neizostavno vodi i ispod - tuša. Vaše higijenske navike itekako će se odraziti na njihovom izgledu i dobrobiti, osobito ako nešto radite pogrešno. Kako smo vam nedavno pisali o njezi kože i pogreškama koje pri tome radimo, nećemo ponavljati već napisano, nego ćemo se usredotočiti na jedan mali trik, obično rezerviran samo za hrabre...

Da, riječ je o tuširanju hladnom vodom. Znamo, znamo... ali ipak pročitajte što savjetuju stručnjaci, možda ćete promijeniti mišljenje i skupiti hrabrosti. Jer uistinu se isplati - evo i zašto te kako ga pravilno provesti jer, ne morate se bojati, ne trebate stajati pod ledenim mlazom dok vam koža ne poplavi.

Tuširanje hladnom vodom, za početak, ne isušuje kožu, za razliku od tuširanja vrućom vodom koje može oštetiti lipidnu barijeru i rezultirati osjećajem zatezanja, svrbežom i neugodnim perutanjem.

Ako već patite od navedenog ili enke druge vrste iritacije kože, hladan tuš će vam pomoći jer djeluje umirujuće pa može smanjiti svrbež i crvenilo, a osim toga, zbog poticanja sirkulacije, može pomoći i da koža postane zategnutija, čvršća i mladolikija. Jednako je djelovanje i na vlasište, kojem pomaže zadržati prirodnu vlagu, a benefite pranja hladnom vodom će osjetiti i kosa, jer će joj zagladiti kutikule što s vremenom može rezultirati jačom i zdravijom kosom, osobito ako ga koristite zajedno s tretmanima dubinskog regeneriranja čije će hranjive tvari na ovaj način ostati zaključane unutar vlasi. Mučite li se s ravnanjem prirodno kovrčave i valovite kose, hladna voda za pranje je vaš saveznik, jer zbog spomenutog zaglađivanja kutikula olakšava naknadno peglanje ili feniranje, a isto vam savjetujemo i ako vam je kosa lomljiva, jer za vas je itekako važno zagladiti površinu vlasi.

Jesmo li vas uspjeli zainteresirati i ohrabriti? Ako je odgovor potvrdan, pa čak i ako nije i treba vam još malo ohrabrenja, evo vam i podatka koji smo obećali na početku. Želite li postići spomenute benefite za kožu, istuširajte se mlakom vodom, pet do deset minuta, koliko vam je potrebno da se očistite na uobičajen način, a nakon toga stisnite zube i izdržite 60 sekundi tuširanja hladnom vodom. Ako vam to zvuči neizdrživo, počnite s deset pa postupno povećavajte za 5-10 sekundi.
