Radnici su jutros počeli s uklanjanjem bespravno izgrađenih dijelova kafića 'Branimir' kod gradskog mosta. Uklanja se betonska podnica debela 25 centimetara s ugrađenim podnim grijanjem i čelična konstrukcija zatvorene terase, a sve prema nalogu građevinske inspekcije.

Hoće li i kada nakon uklanjanja nezakonitih dijelova Turisthotel nastaviti s radovima na rekonstrukciji objekta, još uvijek nije poznato. U Turisthotelu su frustrirani činjenicom što su tek nakon tri mjeseca dobili priliku ukloniti sporne dijelove objekta, ali još uvijek ne znaju trebaju li za nastavak radova osigurati posebne uvjete za izmjenu glavnog projekt i nastaviti radove sukladno pravilniku o jednostavnoj gradnji ili pak trebaju ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu koju dosad nisu imali.

Tu dilemu trebaju riješiti nadležne stručne službe Grada Zadra odakle smo dobili potvrdu da je Turisthotel podnio zahtjev za utvrđivanjem posebnih uvjeta za izradu glavnog projekta rekonstrukcije, ali i da je u ime poznate hotelijerske kuće predan zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu koji još nije riješen.

Utvrđivanje posebnih uvjeta znači da Turisthotel ide u izmjenu glavnog projekta prema kojem će završiti obnovu objekta, no to nužno ne znači da će mu za to trebati građevinska dozvola. Građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju na dijelu pomorskog dobra ionako ne može dobiti, pa bi bilo apsurdno tražiti dozvolu za nešto što se sada uklanja.

Nakon što su utvrđeni posebni uvjeti, Turisthotel prema njima mora provesti izmjenu glavnog projekta. Kada se glavni projekt izmijeni u skladu s novim uvjetima, na investitoru je odluka hoće li ići u proceduru suglasnosti na glavni projekt prema pravilniku o jednostavnoj gradnji ili će tražiti građevinsku dozvolu. Suglasnost na glavni projekt je u svakom slučaju brža varijanta, a nakon uklanjanja spornih dijelova, ne bi trebala biti ni problematična.

Dok ne bude potpuno jasno u kojem će smjeru ići završetak radova na objektu teško je predvidjeti kada bi rekonstrukcija 'Branimira' mogla biti gotova, odnosno dokad će kultni kafić na atraktivnoj lokaciji biti zatvoren i ograđen ogradom od lima. Jer sezona je već počela...

Radnici su jutros počeli s uklanjanjem bespravno izgrađenih dijelova kafića 'Branimir' kod gradskog mosta. Uklanja se betonska podnica debela 25 centimetara s ugrađenim podnim grijanjem i čelična konstrukcija zatvorene terase, a sve prema nalogu građevinske inspekcije.

Hoće li i kada nakon uklanjanja nezakonitih dijelova Turisthotel nastaviti s radovima na rekonstrukciji objekta, još uvijek nije poznato. U Turisthotelu su frustrirani činjenicom što su tek nakon tri mjeseca dobili priliku ukloniti sporne dijelove objekta, ali još uvijek ne znaju trebaju li za nastavak radova osigurati posebne uvjete za izmjenu glavnog projekt i nastaviti radove sukladno pravilniku o jednostavnoj gradnji ili pak trebaju ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu koju dosad nisu imali.

Tu dilemu trebaju riješiti nadležne stručne službe Grada Zadra odakle smo dobili potvrdu da je Turisthotel podnio zahtjev za utvrđivanjem posebnih uvjeta za izradu glavnog projekta rekonstrukcije, ali i da je u ime poznate hotelijerske kuće predan zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu koji još nije riješen.

Utvrđivanje posebnih uvjeta znači da Turisthotel ide u izmjenu glavnog projekta prema kojem će završiti obnovu objekta, no to nužno ne znači da će mu za to trebati građevinska dozvola. Građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju na dijelu pomorskog dobra ionako ne može dobiti, pa bi bilo apsurdno tražiti dozvolu za nešto što se sada uklanja.

Nakon što su utvrđeni posebni uvjeti, Turisthotel prema njima mora provesti izmjenu glavnog projekta. Kada se glavni projekt izmijeni u skladu s novim uvjetima, na investitoru je odluka hoće li ići u proceduru suglasnosti na glavni projekt prema pravilniku o jednostavnoj gradnji ili će tražiti građevinsku dozvolu. Suglasnost na glavni projekt je u svakom slučaju brža varijanta, a nakon uklanjanja spornih dijelova, ne bi trebala biti ni problematična.

Dok ne bude potpuno jasno u kojem će smjeru ići završetak radova na objektu teško je predvidjeti kada bi rekonstrukcija 'Branimira' mogla biti gotova, odnosno dokad će kultni kafić na atraktivnoj lokaciji biti zatvoren i ograđen ogradom od lima. Jer sezona je već počela...

U Turisthotelu su frustrirani činjenicom što su tek nakon tri mjeseca dobili priliku ukloniti sporne dijelove objekta, ali još uvijek ne znaju trebaju li za nastavak radova osigurati posebne uvjete za izmjenu glavnog projekt i nastaviti radove sukladno pravilniku o jednostavnoj gradnji ili pak trebaju ishoditi građevinsku dozvolu koju dosad nisu imali.

Tu dilemu trebaju riješiti nadležne stručne službe Grada Zadra odakle smo dobili potvrdu da je Turisthotel podnio zahtjev za utvrđivanjem posebnih uvjeta za izradu glavnog projekta rekonstrukcije, ali i da je u ime poznate hotelijerske kuće predan zahtjev za građevinsku dozvolu koji još nije riješen.

Utvrđivanje posebnih uvjeta znači da Turisthotel ide u izmjenu glavnog projekta prema kojem će završiti obnovu objekta, no to nužno ne znači da će mu za to trebati građevinska dozvola. Građevinsku dozvolu za gradnju na dijelu pomorskog dobra ionako ne može dobiti, pa bi bilo apsurdno tražiti dozvolu za nešto što se sada uklanja.

Nakon što su utvrđeni posebni uvjeti, Turisthotel prema njima mora provesti izmjenu glavnog projekta. Kada se glavni projekt izmijeni u skladu s novim uvjetima, na investitoru je odluka hoće li ići u proceduru suglasnosti na glavni projekt prema pravilniku o jednostavnoj gradnji ili će tražiti građevinsku dozvolu. Suglasnost na glavni projekt je u svakom slučaju brža varijanta, a nakon uklanjanja spornih dijelova, ne bi trebala biti ni problematična.

Dok ne bude potpuno jasno u kojem će smjeru ići završetak radova na objektu teško je predvidjeti kada bi rekonstrukcija 'Branimira' mogla biti gotova, odnosno dokad će kultni kafić na atraktivnoj lokaciji biti zatvoren i ograđen ogradom od lima. Jer sezona je već počela...
