Paško Bačić, stečajni sudac “Jadrankamena”, donio je rješenje da se
Ivo Bućan razrješava dužnosti stečajnog upravitelja tvrtke iz Pučišća na osobni zahtjev te je za stečajnu upraviteljicu imenovao
Anči Bašić, dipl. ekonomisticu iz Splita.
Sudac Bačić također je naložio dosadašnjem stečajnom upravitelju Bućanu da u roku tri dana izvrši predaju svoje dužnosti novoimenovanoj stečajnoj upraviteljici.
- U srijedu sam primila sudsko rješenje. Izvršit ću primopredaju te napraviti uvid u dokumentaciju. Kad uđem u postupak, trebam ući u posjed da utvrdim imovinu tvrtke. No, dok ne vidim dokumentaciju, ne mogu ništa unaprijed govoriti o tijeku stečajnog postupka - kazala je Anči Bašić, koja je vodila stečajeve tvrtki “Montmontaža Jadranmont”, “Agan Kamen”, “Fincom”, “Imostroj Imotski”, “Dalma maloprodaja”...
Također, vodi stečajeve tvrtki “Amfora” d.d. Makarska. Anči Bašić je prvi put imenovana za stečajnu upraviteljicu 2000. godine. Udana je i majka dvoje djece.
Ivo Bućan, sad već bivši stečajni upravitelj “Jadrankamena”, kaže da “ono stvorenje koje se eksponira” (op. a. Tonči Drpić) nije uznemiravao samo njega, već i njegovu obitelj, cijelu familiju, prijatelje...
Sljedeći put će se vidjeti na sudu jer ga je tužio za kaznena djela klevete i uvrede. Od njega traži naknadu štete jer ga je onemogućavao da obavlja svoj posao.
Iskoristili Orešara
- Radnicima sam 20. travnja isplatio pola plaće. Naime, radnici u stečaju trebaju početi redovno dobivati plaće. Zar to nije bio dovoljan razlog da se podrži stečajnog upravitelja, a ne da se protiv mene govore svinjarije? Problem je što sustav ne funkcionira i što se tim destruktivcima daje puno veća važnost nego što zaslužuju. Uvijek se radi o 20 do 30 istih osoba koji ometaju rad onima koji žele pošteno raditi i zaraditi. Kada su iskoristili Orešara, pa im sada više ne treba, onda su tražili stečaj, pa su odlučili da ga ne priznaju. Taj stvor je razbijao imovinu, a rukovoditeljima pogona i inženjerima rudarstva, kao i ostalim inženjerima, tehničarima, koji jedini mogu voditi proizvodnju, zabranjivao je ulaske u pogone. Nadam se da će moja kolegica zahvaljujući i mojoj žrtvi sada uspješno obaviti posao - kazao je Ivo Bućan.

Paško Bačić, stečajni sudac “Jadrankamena”, donio je rješenje da se
Ivo Bućan razrješava dužnosti stečajnog upravitelja tvrtke iz Pučišća na osobni zahtjev te je za stečajnu upraviteljicu imenovao
Anči Bašić, dipl. ekonomisticu iz Splita.
Sudac Bačić također je naložio dosadašnjem stečajnom upravitelju Bućanu da u roku tri dana izvrši predaju svoje dužnosti novoimenovanoj stečajnoj upraviteljici.
- U srijedu sam primila sudsko rješenje. Izvršit ću primopredaju te napraviti uvid u dokumentaciju. Kad uđem u postupak, trebam ući u posjed da utvrdim imovinu tvrtke. No, dok ne vidim dokumentaciju, ne mogu ništa unaprijed govoriti o tijeku stečajnog postupka - kazala je Anči Bašić, koja je vodila stečajeve tvrtki “Montmontaža Jadranmont”, “Agan Kamen”, “Fincom”, “Imostroj Imotski”, “Dalma maloprodaja”...
Također, vodi stečajeve tvrtki “Amfora” d.d. Makarska. Anči Bašić je prvi put imenovana za stečajnu upraviteljicu 2000. godine. Udana je i majka dvoje djece.
Ivo Bućan, sad već bivši stečajni upravitelj “Jadrankamena”, kaže da “ono stvorenje koje se eksponira” (op. a. Tonči Drpić) nije uznemiravao samo njega, već i njegovu obitelj, cijelu familiju, prijatelje...
Sljedeći put će se vidjeti na sudu jer ga je tužio za kaznena djela klevete i uvrede. Od njega traži naknadu štete jer ga je onemogućavao da obavlja svoj posao.
Iskoristili Orešara
- Radnicima sam 20. travnja isplatio pola plaće. Naime, radnici u stečaju trebaju početi redovno dobivati plaće. Zar to nije bio dovoljan razlog da se podrži stečajnog upravitelja, a ne da se protiv mene govore svinjarije? Problem je što sustav ne funkcionira i što se tim destruktivcima daje puno veća važnost nego što zaslužuju. Uvijek se radi o 20 do 30 istih osoba koji ometaju rad onima koji žele pošteno raditi i zaraditi. Kada su iskoristili Orešara, pa im sada više ne treba, onda su tražili stečaj, pa su odlučili da ga ne priznaju. Taj stvor je razbijao imovinu, a rukovoditeljima pogona i inženjerima rudarstva, kao i ostalim inženjerima, tehničarima, koji jedini mogu voditi proizvodnju, zabranjivao je ulaske u pogone. Nadam se da će moja kolegica zahvaljujući i mojoj žrtvi sada uspješno obaviti posao - kazao je Ivo Bućan.
