Poduzetničke priče, prvi ciklus edukacija u sklopu projekta Grada Makarske "Lokale u kale", čiji je cilj očuvanje stare gradske jezgre i vraćanje života i poduzetništva u centar grada, do zadnjeg mjesta napunio je dvoranu Arte.

Nakon predstavljanja programa potpora poduzetnicima i obrtnicima, najava da će u Makarskoj gostovati poznati poduzetnici iz područja ugostiteljstva, gastronomije, proizvodnje i suvenira, baš iz djelatnosti za koje Grad Makarska nudi potpore, privukla je pažnju makarskih ugostitelja, umjetnika i malih poduzetnika.

Panel-rasprava

Događanje je otvoreno craft panelom u kojem su sudjelovali Jelena Nosić (Poetica Gin), Davor Simičić (Varionica) i Marko Marinković (Kava Family), u kojem su Makarani mogli doznati kako nastaje gin od biokovskih trava, tko su pioniri craft beer scene u Hrvatskoj te kako nastaje i gdje se može popiti vrhunska kava.

Kako turistima ponuditi doživljaj, ispričali su Barbara Lončarić Lučić (Dubrovnik Walk of Fame) i Tino Ateljević (Summer Blues Katamaran), a s publikom je svoja iskustva podijelio i poznati ugostitelj Marin Medak (Rougemarin), koji je za makarske ugostitelje imao niz korisnih savjeta.

Svoje priče ispričale su i poduzetnice Danijela Drčec (aDORAble), Mirta Atlilija (Miscotti) i Nina Film (Jou Jou Botanicals), a kao šlag na kraju inspirativnu prezentaciju "Raditi se (ne) mora" imala je poslovna savjetnica za male poduzetnike i autorica knjiga o poduzetništvu Kristina Ercegović, koja je rado odgovarala na pitanja makarskih ugostitelja.

Nakon završetka panela, druženje i razmjena iskustava nastavljeni su uz prezentaciju i degustaciju proizvoda gostiju, kojima su se pridružili i lokalni vinari. Projekt su svojim dolaskom podržali i predstavnici Udruženja obrtnika Makarska te predsjednik HGK-a Županijske komore Split Joze Tomaš.

Panel-raspravu vodili su makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović i njegova zamjenica Antonia Radić Brkan, koji su u uvodnom dijelu objasnili zašto je za Makarsku toliko važan projekt revitalizacije stare gradske jezgre.

– Makarska već dugi niz godina nekontrolirano raste, ali bez razvoja. Na nama je da donesemo odluku, da povučemo "ručnu". Zašto stara gradska jezgra? Bilo svakog grada je centar, tu je život, tu je onaj mediteranski šarm zbog kojeg nam turisti dolaze. Donošenjem Pravilnika o uređenju stare gradske jezgre prošle godine počeli smo s čišćenjem estetske buke, a prvi preduvjet je bio rješavanje Peškere.

Svi znamo da je Grad zamro kad se Peškera otvorila, a možda je mogao i postojati neki suživot da se radilo planski, a ne stihijski. Nakon Peškere, vraćamo život u staru gradsku jezgru – aktivirali smo potpore za poduzetnike, dosta je široka paleta djelatnosti, a potpore su od 2000 do 10.000 eura.

Živjeti održivo

Uskoro kreće i natječaj za poslovne prostore, a pripremili smo i jedan katalog inspiracije u kojem smjeru bismo htjeli da grad ide kad se razmišlja o gastronomiji i ugostiteljstvu, trgovini i proizvodnji. Sve aktivnosti privatnog i javnog sektora bit će u službi oživljavanja stare gradske jezgre.

Promjene se ne mogu vidjeti odmah, no za nekoliko godina vidjet ćemo i rezultate koji će nam dati mogućnost da živimo održivo i bez neugode i grižnje savjesti ostavimo grad generacijama koje dolaze – glavna je poruka Grada Makarske s panela.

Poduzetničke priče, prvi ciklus edukacija u sklopu projekta Grada Makarske "Lokale u kale", čiji je cilj očuvanje stare gradske jezgre i vraćanje života i poduzetništva u centar grada, do zadnjeg mjesta napunio je dvoranu Arte.

Nakon predstavljanja programa potpora poduzetnicima i obrtnicima, najava da će u Makarskoj gostovati poznati poduzetnici iz područja ugostiteljstva, gastronomije, proizvodnje i suvenira, baš iz djelatnosti za koje Grad Makarska nudi potpore, privukla je pažnju makarskih ugostitelja, umjetnika i malih poduzetnika.

Panel-rasprava

Događanje je otvoreno craft panelom u kojem su sudjelovali Jelena Nosić (Poetica Gin), Davor Simičić (Varionica) i Marko Marinković (Kava Family), u kojem su Makarani mogli doznati kako nastaje gin od biokovskih trava, tko su pioniri craft beer scene u Hrvatskoj te kako nastaje i gdje se može popiti vrhunska kava.

Kako turistima ponuditi doživljaj, ispričali su Barbara Lončarić Lučić (Dubrovnik Walk of Fame) i Tino Ateljević (Summer Blues Katamaran), a s publikom je svoja iskustva podijelio i poznati ugostitelj Marin Medak (Rougemarin), koji je za makarske ugostitelje imao niz korisnih savjeta.

Svoje priče ispričale su i poduzetnice Danijela Drčec (aDORAble), Mirta Atlilija (Miscotti) i Nina Film (Jou Jou Botanicals), a kao šlag na kraju inspirativnu prezentaciju "Raditi se (ne) mora" imala je poslovna savjetnica za male poduzetnike i autorica knjiga o poduzetništvu Kristina Ercegović, koja je rado odgovarala na pitanja makarskih ugostitelja.

Nakon završetka panela, druženje i razmjena iskustava nastavljeni su uz prezentaciju i degustaciju proizvoda gostiju, kojima su se pridružili i lokalni vinari. Projekt su svojim dolaskom podržali i predstavnici Udruženja obrtnika Makarska te predsjednik HGK-a Županijske komore Split Joze Tomaš.

Panel-raspravu vodili su makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović i njegova zamjenica Antonia Radić Brkan, koji su u uvodnom dijelu objasnili zašto je za Makarsku toliko važan projekt revitalizacije stare gradske jezgre.

– Makarska već dugi niz godina nekontrolirano raste, ali bez razvoja. Na nama je da donesemo odluku, da povučemo "ručnu". Zašto stara gradska jezgra? Bilo svakog grada je centar, tu je život, tu je onaj mediteranski šarm zbog kojeg nam turisti dolaze. Donošenjem Pravilnika o uređenju stare gradske jezgre prošle godine počeli smo s čišćenjem estetske buke, a prvi preduvjet je bio rješavanje Peškere.

Svi znamo da je Grad zamro kad se Peškera otvorila, a možda je mogao i postojati neki suživot da se radilo planski, a ne stihijski. Nakon Peškere, vraćamo život u staru gradsku jezgru – aktivirali smo potpore za poduzetnike, dosta je široka paleta djelatnosti, a potpore su od 2000 do 10.000 eura.

Živjeti održivo

Uskoro kreće i natječaj za poslovne prostore, a pripremili smo i jedan katalog inspiracije u kojem smjeru bismo htjeli da grad ide kad se razmišlja o gastronomiji i ugostiteljstvu, trgovini i proizvodnji. Sve aktivnosti privatnog i javnog sektora bit će u službi oživljavanja stare gradske jezgre.

Promjene se ne mogu vidjeti odmah, no za nekoliko godina vidjet ćemo i rezultate koji će nam dati mogućnost da živimo održivo i bez neugode i grižnje savjesti ostavimo grad generacijama koje dolaze – glavna je poruka Grada Makarske s panela.
