A što se u vas sprema za Uskrs? Janjetina poskupila uduplo, teletina nikad nije bila mukte, a sad je i cijena čeprkuše došla k‘o najbolje junetine. Bakalar smo izjeli na Badnji dan i od tada vraćamo kredit, jedino ako je ostala koja kamenica od Svetog Josipa.

I njima je cijena skočila za 50 posto, ali to je praktički mukte jer enu ih u Istri, u Limskom kanalu, prodaju po 2,5 eura komad. Ako su se kuke i šparoge počele prodavati na komade, trebalo bi razmislit da se kamenice prodavaju na fete.

Nikad feste nisu bile jeftine. Podsjetio je na to Dario Kunica na svojoj Facebook stranici Zamaslina. Dubrovački seljaci bili su obvezni davati "poklone" svojim gosparima po dva do tri puta godišnje, a njima što ostane. Pokloni su se najčešće donosili za Božić, Uskrs i Poklade.

Pogača i kokoš, nekad i kokot

Ako je bilo gosparu od volje, ponekad je određen i neki drugi termin, obično kakav praznik. Dubrovačka vlastela su po dobrom običaju tražila od svojih seljaka s Pelješca, Slanskog primorja, Konavala, Župe i otoka da im donesu po jednu pogaču i kokoš, ali ponekad se zahtijevalo da umjesto čeprkuše na trpezu sleti kokot, po mogućnosti kopun ilitiga eunuh od čeprkuše.

Ako dotrči kakvo kozle ili janje, a umjesto pogače neka "torta", torta od sira ili sirnica, neće gosparu biti mrsko. Ni pola vjedra meda neće odbit, samo kad bi se još đegod našla fetica sira ili kap mlijeka.

Iz rada koji se zove "Agrarno-proizvodni odnosi na području Dubrovačke republike od XIII. do XV. stoljeća", autora Dragana Rollera, na stranici Zamaslina izdvojeni su i konkretni primjeri darova koje su seljaci od velike radosti i male potrebe davali svojim gosparima.

Godine 1328. seljak sa Šipana morao je gosparu Đorđiću (Georgio) svake godine na Uskrs davati kao poklon jednu pogaču i kokoš. Par godina kasnije, 1356., zabilježeno je da gospodar traži od svog težaka iz Zatona da mu za Uskrs donese jednu sirnicu (unam tortam sirniçam). Nije puno, ali je gospara pogustalo.

Bogdan Randinović iz Brijeste na Pelješcu, kmet Paska Kabužića, bio je dužan 1392. davati svom gospodaru tri poklona, a za Uskrs tortu od sira (et in festo Paschatis unam tortam de caxeo). Očito se radi ili o kolaču sa sirom ili o "sirnici" (pinca, uskrsna pogača koja se ne radi od sira).

Marko Živanović s Lopuda 1402. za zemlju koju je dobio za kuću i vrt svake godine daje na Uskrs po jedno kozle, a to je ništa u odnosu na ono što mi danas izdvajamo našim gosparima u banci.

Sečenica i kiselo mlijeko

Radojko Pičeta iz Župe 1415. kao poklon za Uskrs daje: sečenicu (secenizam – pita sa sirom) i vedricu kiselog mlijeka (unam vidriziam lactis acri). Gruški seljak 1423. daje svome gosparu Ivanu Kabužiću za Uskrs: pogaču i vedricu mlijeka, a 1473. Matko Branković iz Župe daje braći Gučetić (Gozze) na Uskrs 6 dinara i kolut sira od 12 libara. Braća Gučetić su očito shvatila da nije sve u kalorijama, nego da i dinari nešto vrijede, pa će oni za te pare guštat i radnim danima.

Oće li se i kamenice prodavati na fete

Seljak Ivan Miletić iz Malog Voza u Stonskom primorju 1492. daje svom gosparu Vladislavu Sorkočeviću (Sorgu) za Uskrs dva janjeta. Ako je jedno janje u komadu danas od 130 do 160 eura u seljaka, onda bi to vrijedilo 86 do 107 kamenica. S dva janjca bi se tratalo lijepo društvo, ali 200 kamenica bi uz malo kruha, limuna i lijepu bočicu taman sjelo dvojici junaka poznatih redakciji.

Pokloni su se najčešće davali za korištenje gospareve kuće, zemlje ili vrta, a ostali su na snazi sve do pada Dubrovačke Republike 1808. godine. Od tada pa nadalje, sve je na kredit.

A što se u vas sprema za Uskrs? Janjetina poskupila uduplo, teletina nikad nije bila mukte, a sad je i cijena čeprkuše došla k‘o najbolje junetine. Bakalar smo izjeli na Badnji dan i od tada vraćamo kredit, jedino ako je ostala koja kamenica od Svetog Josipa.

I njima je cijena skočila za 50 posto, ali to je praktički mukte jer enu ih u Istri, u Limskom kanalu, prodaju po 2,5 eura komad. Ako su se kuke i šparoge počele prodavati na komade, trebalo bi razmislit da se kamenice prodavaju na fete.

Nikad feste nisu bile jeftine. Podsjetio je na to Dario Kunica na svojoj Facebook stranici Zamaslina. Dubrovački seljaci bili su obvezni davati "poklone" svojim gosparima po dva do tri puta godišnje, a njima što ostane. Pokloni su se najčešće donosili za Božić, Uskrs i Poklade.

Pogača i kokoš, nekad i kokot

Ako je bilo gosparu od volje, ponekad je određen i neki drugi termin, obično kakav praznik. Dubrovačka vlastela su po dobrom običaju tražila od svojih seljaka s Pelješca, Slanskog primorja, Konavala, Župe i otoka da im donesu po jednu pogaču i kokoš, ali ponekad se zahtijevalo da umjesto čeprkuše na trpezu sleti kokot, po mogućnosti kopun ilitiga eunuh od čeprkuše.

Ako dotrči kakvo kozle ili janje, a umjesto pogače neka "torta", torta od sira ili sirnica, neće gosparu biti mrsko. Ni pola vjedra meda neće odbit, samo kad bi se još đegod našla fetica sira ili kap mlijeka.

Iz rada koji se zove "Agrarno-proizvodni odnosi na području Dubrovačke republike od XIII. do XV. stoljeća", autora Dragana Rollera, na stranici Zamaslina izdvojeni su i konkretni primjeri darova koje su seljaci od velike radosti i male potrebe davali svojim gosparima.

Godine 1328. seljak sa Šipana morao je gosparu Đorđiću (Georgio) svake godine na Uskrs davati kao poklon jednu pogaču i kokoš. Par godina kasnije, 1356., zabilježeno je da gospodar traži od svog težaka iz Zatona da mu za Uskrs donese jednu sirnicu (unam tortam sirniçam). Nije puno, ali je gospara pogustalo.

Bogdan Randinović iz Brijeste na Pelješcu, kmet Paska Kabužića, bio je dužan 1392. davati svom gospodaru tri poklona, a za Uskrs tortu od sira (et in festo Paschatis unam tortam de caxeo). Očito se radi ili o kolaču sa sirom ili o "sirnici" (pinca, uskrsna pogača koja se ne radi od sira).

Marko Živanović s Lopuda 1402. za zemlju koju je dobio za kuću i vrt svake godine daje na Uskrs po jedno kozle, a to je ništa u odnosu na ono što mi danas izdvajamo našim gosparima u banci.

Sečenica i kiselo mlijeko

Radojko Pičeta iz Župe 1415. kao poklon za Uskrs daje: sečenicu (secenizam – pita sa sirom) i vedricu kiselog mlijeka (unam vidriziam lactis acri). Gruški seljak 1423. daje svome gosparu Ivanu Kabužiću za Uskrs: pogaču i vedricu mlijeka, a 1473. Matko Branković iz Župe daje braći Gučetić (Gozze) na Uskrs 6 dinara i kolut sira od 12 libara. Braća Gučetić su očito shvatila da nije sve u kalorijama, nego da i dinari nešto vrijede, pa će oni za te pare guštat i radnim danima.

Seljak Ivan Miletić iz Malog Voza u Stonskom primorju 1492. daje svom gosparu Vladislavu Sorkočeviću (Sorgu) za Uskrs dva janjeta. Ako je jedno janje u komadu danas od 130 do 160 eura u seljaka, onda bi to vrijedilo 86 do 107 kamenica. S dva janjca bi se tratalo lijepo društvo, ali 200 kamenica bi uz malo kruha, limuna i lijepu bočicu taman sjelo dvojici junaka poznatih redakciji.

Pokloni su se najčešće davali za korištenje gospareve kuće, zemlje ili vrta, a ostali su na snazi sve do pada Dubrovačke Republike 1808. godine. Od tada pa nadalje, sve je na kredit.
