Uređujuća sutkinja Općinskog suda u Splitu donijela je rješenje kojim je oglašena nevažećom prodaja nekadašnje vinarije "Dalmacijavina u stečaju" u Kaštel Starom kupcu "Pražen putovanja" iz Brodarice kod Šibenika.

Sutkinja je rješenje donijela 7. veljače ove godine, nakon što je u ponedjeljak, 31. siječnja istekao rok za uplatu 44,52 milijuna kuna, koliko je iznosila najviša izlicitirana cijena na elektroničkoj dražbi.

Za objekt na atraktivnoj lokaciji uz obalu domaća tvrtka na dražbi ponudila gotovo šest milijuna eura, deset puta više od početne cijene. Rok za uplatu istekao krajem siječnja, gdje je novac?

Nekretnina, poznata i pod starim imenom "Vinalko" sada je dosuđena kupcu Juri Ivanoviću iz Livna (BiH), za iznos od 44.504.000 kuna, koji je pozvan da u roku od 30 dana obavi uplatu. Jure Ivanović izlicitirao je drugu cijenu po visini, samo 20.000 kuna manju od "Pražen putovanja", ali i dalje desetostruko višu od početne od 4,26 milijuna kuna (569.292 eura). Ivanovićeva cijena je pak osam puta viša od trećeg najvišeg iznosa od 5,38 milijuna kuna kojeg je ponudila kaštelanska prijevoznička tvrtka "Fraternitas" Darka Bošnjaka.

I dok je Mario Pražen u trenutku objave rezultata najavljivao projekte u kojima će njegovu tvrtku koja se bavi autobusnim prijevozom turista i učenika pratiti poslovne banke, Jure Ivanović nije mogao razgovarati na tu temu budući da je na dražbi sudjelovao, kako nam je tada rekao, kao predstavnik tvrtke čije ime nije želio otkriti.

"Vinalko", u naravi derutna poslovno-skladišna zgrada, nalazi se na atraktivnoj lokaciji uz more, u blizini novoizgrađene luke, po kaštelanskom GUP-u u zoni s oznakom M6 – mješovita namjena – povijesne jezgre, stambena, poslovna, javna i društvena. Za koju će se od navedenih djelatnosti odlučiti tvrtka koju zastupa Ivanović, doznat će se kad 44,5 milijuna kuna ‘sjedne’ na račun. Naravno, pod uvjetom da se nakon isteka 30 dana ne pokaže kako je riječ samo o još jednom prenapuhanom cjenovnom iznosu koji se u datom trenutku rasprsne kao mjehur od sapunice.

Dražba je, podsjetimo, održana u ovršnom postupku kojeg je pred Općinskim sudom u Splitu pokrenuo splitski odvjetnik, koji je zastupao "Dalmacijavino" u parnicama vođenim tijekom stečajnog postupka. Kako je račun tvrtke bio blokiran, odvjetnik nije uspio naplatiti svoje potraživanje u iznosu od 3,3 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, pa je pokrenuo ovrhu. Za pristup dražbi jamčevinu od 533.000 kuna bilo je uplatilo deset ponuditelja.

Uređujuća sutkinja Općinskog suda u Splitu donijela je rješenje kojim je oglašena nevažećom prodaja nekadašnje vinarije "Dalmacijavina u stečaju" u Kaštel Starom kupcu "Pražen putovanja" iz Brodarice kod Šibenika.

Sutkinja je rješenje donijela 7. veljače ove godine, nakon što je u ponedjeljak, 31. siječnja istekao rok za uplatu 44,52 milijuna kuna, koliko je iznosila najviša izlicitirana cijena na elektroničkoj dražbi.

Za objekt na atraktivnoj lokaciji uz obalu domaća tvrtka na dražbi ponudila gotovo šest milijuna eura, deset puta više od početne cijene. Rok za uplatu istekao krajem siječnja, gdje je novac?

Nekretnina, poznata i pod starim imenom "Vinalko" sada je dosuđena kupcu Juri Ivanoviću iz Livna (BiH), za iznos od 44.504.000 kuna, koji je pozvan da u roku od 30 dana obavi uplatu. Jure Ivanović izlicitirao je drugu cijenu po visini, samo 20.000 kuna manju od "Pražen putovanja", ali i dalje desetostruko višu od početne od 4,26 milijuna kuna (569.292 eura). Ivanovićeva cijena je pak osam puta viša od trećeg najvišeg iznosa od 5,38 milijuna kuna kojeg je ponudila kaštelanska prijevoznička tvrtka "Fraternitas" Darka Bošnjaka.

I dok je Mario Pražen u trenutku objave rezultata najavljivao projekte u kojima će njegovu tvrtku koja se bavi autobusnim prijevozom turista i učenika pratiti poslovne banke, Jure Ivanović nije mogao razgovarati na tu temu budući da je na dražbi sudjelovao, kako nam je tada rekao, kao predstavnik tvrtke čije ime nije želio otkriti.

"Vinalko", u naravi derutna poslovno-skladišna zgrada, nalazi se na atraktivnoj lokaciji uz more, u blizini novoizgrađene luke, po kaštelanskom GUP-u u zoni s oznakom M6 – mješovita namjena – povijesne jezgre, stambena, poslovna, javna i društvena. Za koju će se od navedenih djelatnosti odlučiti tvrtka koju zastupa Ivanović, doznat će se kad 44,5 milijuna kuna ‘sjedne’ na račun. Naravno, pod uvjetom da se nakon isteka 30 dana ne pokaže kako je riječ samo o još jednom prenapuhanom cjenovnom iznosu koji se u datom trenutku rasprsne kao mjehur od sapunice.

Dražba je, podsjetimo, održana u ovršnom postupku kojeg je pred Općinskim sudom u Splitu pokrenuo splitski odvjetnik, koji je zastupao "Dalmacijavino" u parnicama vođenim tijekom stečajnog postupka. Kako je račun tvrtke bio blokiran, odvjetnik nije uspio naplatiti svoje potraživanje u iznosu od 3,3 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, pa je pokrenuo ovrhu. Za pristup dražbi jamčevinu od 533.000 kuna bilo je uplatilo deset ponuditelja.
