Iza jednog skrbničkog računa s kojeg su kupovane dionice "Atlantske plovidbe", stajala je "Tankerska plovidba" iz Zadra koja je je prešla prag od pet posto vrijednosnica u južnodalmatinskoj kompaniji, točnije u ovom trenutku ima gotovo osam posto udjela i bez sumnje se uključila u proces dokapitalizacije "Atlantske".

Tim udjelom zadarski brodar je ušao među 10 vodećih dioničara "Atlantske plovidbe", a još je iz službene obavijesti iz dubrovačke tvrtke od 29. rujna bilo jasno da je "Tankerska" prešla prag od pet posto dionica.

Podsjetimo, "Atlantska plovidba" je prošlog tjedna posredstvom Zagrebačke burze objavila javni poziv dioničarima za povećanje temeljnog kapitala, upisom do najviše 697.760 novih dionica. Raspon cijene po dionici je od 53,5 do 60 eura, a pravo upisa novih dionica imaju postojeći dioničari "Atlantske".Ta ponuda traje do 11. listopada, javlja jutarnji.hr.

Flotu "Atlantske plovidbe" čini 11 brodova za prijevoz sipkih tereta. Uskoro očekuju isporuku dva nova broda koji se grade u kineskim brodogradilištima. Kapital kompanija prikuplja kakao bi pomladila flotu čija prosječna sada iznosi 12 i pol godina.

Nakon što preuzmu prvi brod koji je nedavno porinut bit će i 12 godina, a kada preuzmu ta dva broda, brodovlje "Atlantske" imat će prosječno 10 godina. Ako "Tankerska plovidba" uspije preuzeti "Atlantsku" i "Jadroplov" za koji su i do sada u više navrata pokazivali interes nastat će jedna od najvećih brodarskih kompanija u povijesti na ovim prostorima.

U tom slučaju bi se Mario Pavić, aktualni čelnik zadarske tvrtke, satavio u bok danas pokojnog Ivana Paše, legendarnog direktora "Tankerske".

Iza jednog skrbničkog računa s kojeg su kupovane dionice "Atlantske plovidbe", stajala je "Tankerska plovidba" iz Zadra koja je je prešla prag od pet posto vrijednosnica u južnodalmatinskoj kompaniji, točnije u ovom trenutku ima gotovo osam posto udjela i bez sumnje se uključila u proces dokapitalizacije "Atlantske".

Tim udjelom zadarski brodar je ušao među 10 vodećih dioničara "Atlantske plovidbe", a još je iz službene obavijesti iz dubrovačke tvrtke od 29. rujna bilo jasno da je "Tankerska" prešla prag od pet posto dionica.

Podsjetimo, "Atlantska plovidba" je prošlog tjedna posredstvom Zagrebačke burze objavila javni poziv dioničarima za povećanje temeljnog kapitala, upisom do najviše 697.760 novih dionica. Raspon cijene po dionici je od 53,5 do 60 eura, a pravo upisa novih dionica imaju postojeći dioničari "Atlantske".Ta ponuda traje do 11. listopada, javlja jutarnji.hr.

Flotu "Atlantske plovidbe" čini 11 brodova za prijevoz sipkih tereta. Uskoro očekuju isporuku dva nova broda koji se grade u kineskim brodogradilištima. Kapital kompanija prikuplja kakao bi pomladila flotu čija prosječna sada iznosi 12 i pol godina.

Nakon što preuzmu prvi brod koji je nedavno porinut bit će i 12 godina, a kada preuzmu ta dva broda, brodovlje "Atlantske" imat će prosječno 10 godina. Ako "Tankerska plovidba" uspije preuzeti "Atlantsku" i "Jadroplov" za koji su i do sada u više navrata pokazivali interes nastat će jedna od najvećih brodarskih kompanija u povijesti na ovim prostorima.

U tom slučaju bi se Mario Pavić, aktualni čelnik zadarske tvrtke, satavio u bok danas pokojnog Ivana Paše, legendarnog direktora "Tankerske".
