Posljednji gospodarski brend Dubrovnika, brodarska kompanija "Atlantska plovidba" (AP) odlazi u "povijest".

Naime, simbol dubrovačkog i hrvatskog pomorstva preuzima "Tankerska plovidba" iz Zadra kojoj je u srijedu Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) odobrilo rješenje za objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje tvrtke s juga Hrvatske.

Cijena koju se "Tankerska plovidba" obvezuje platiti za 683.501 redovnih dionica iznosi 53,60 eura po vrijednosnici dubrovačke firme, čime sa 39,1 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu postaje najveći dioničar Atlantske plovidbe. Podsjetimo, prije nedavne dokapitalizacije, "Tankerska plovidba" već je bila vlasnik 6,45 posto AP-ovih dionica s pravom glasa.

Cijena od nešto više od 53 eura po dionici brodara daleko je od rekordnih vremena kada je, primjerice 2006. godine i prije globalne ekonomske krize koja je snažno utjecala i na brodarski sektor, samo jedna AP-ova dionica vrijedila čak 504 eura.

Iako će sa ponuđenih 53,6 eura prvih 10 među vodećim dioničarima "Atlantske" itekako profitirati, da se ovaj proces kojim slučajem odvijao prije 20 godina, zarada aktualnih ili tadašnjih vodećih (su)vlasnika tvrtke bila bi vrtoglava i za okvire znatno šire od hrvatske financijske scene.

Naime, trenutni najveći pojedinačni vlasnik AP-a, "Tankerska plovidba" sa 818.563 dionice umjesto aktualne vrijednosti od 43,4 milijuna eura, imala bi većinski udio vrijedan nevjerojatnih 412,5 milijuna eura, drugi najveći pojedinačni dioničar, iskusni zagrebački ulagač Igor Bilbija sa 178.452 dionice bi umjesto trenutno nepunih 9,5 milijuna eura upisao vrijednost od zavidnih 89,9 milijuna eura, a država posredstvom Centra za restrukturiranje i prodaju bi kao treći današnji najveći (su)vlasnik imala vrijednost od 52 milijuna eura umjesto sadašnjih 5,4 milijuna.

Dionice četvrtog po redu od sedam najvećih dioničara i bivšeg dugogodišnjeg člana AP-ova poslovodstva, Duška Vladovića Relje, umjesto 3 milijuna eura, rekordne 2006. godine vrijedile bi 29,4 milijuna eura, a petog, Damira Šmoka, umjesto 1,75 milijuna iznosile bi 17 milijuna eura.

Sa sedam i pol milijuna eura "omastila" bi se i OTP banka koja ima 14.903 vrijednosnice dubrovačke tvrtke trenutno vrijedne nešto manje od 800 tisuća eura, a kapital u ovoj brodarskoj kompaniji sedme po redu dioničarke, Dane Sučić tada bi umjesto 681 tisuću, vrijedio gotovo 6,5 milijuna eura.

Inače, "Atlantska plovidba" nastala je odlukom Gradskoga Narodnoga odbora Dubrovnik, pravnog prethodnika današnjega Grada, na dan 27. svibnja 1955. kao "pomorsko-saobraćajno poduzeće prekomorske plovidbe", a za prvog direktora brodara koji u tom trenutku nije imao niti jedan jedini brod imenovan je kapetan Špiro Savin.

Nova kompanija prigrlila je ime tvrtke koju je 1922. utemeljio poznati dubrovački brodovlasnik lvo Račić, a koja je prestala postojati 1929. godine. Tijekom raspada bivše države, 1991. godine, "Atlantska plovidba" većinu flote, stavila je pod maltešku zastavu da bi već 1994. na brodu "Cvijeta Zuzorić" podignuta zastava Republike Hrvatske.

Posljednji gospodarski brend Dubrovnika, brodarska kompanija "Atlantska plovidba" (AP) odlazi u "povijest".

Naime, simbol dubrovačkog i hrvatskog pomorstva preuzima "Tankerska plovidba" iz Zadra kojoj je u srijedu Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) odobrilo rješenje za objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje tvrtke s juga Hrvatske.

Cijena koju se "Tankerska plovidba" obvezuje platiti za 683.501 redovnih dionica iznosi 53,60 eura po vrijednosnici dubrovačke firme, čime sa 39,1 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu postaje najveći dioničar Atlantske plovidbe. Podsjetimo, prije nedavne dokapitalizacije, "Tankerska plovidba" već je bila vlasnik 6,45 posto AP-ovih dionica s pravom glasa.

Cijena od nešto više od 53 eura po dionici brodara daleko je od rekordnih vremena kada je, primjerice 2006. godine i prije globalne ekonomske krize koja je snažno utjecala i na brodarski sektor, samo jedna AP-ova dionica vrijedila čak 504 eura.

Iako će sa ponuđenih 53,6 eura prvih 10 među vodećim dioničarima "Atlantske" itekako profitirati, da se ovaj proces kojim slučajem odvijao prije 20 godina, zarada aktualnih ili tadašnjih vodećih (su)vlasnika tvrtke bila bi vrtoglava i za okvire znatno šire od hrvatske financijske scene.

Naime, trenutni najveći pojedinačni vlasnik AP-a, "Tankerska plovidba" sa 818.563 dionice umjesto aktualne vrijednosti od 43,4 milijuna eura, imala bi većinski udio vrijedan nevjerojatnih 412,5 milijuna eura, drugi najveći pojedinačni dioničar, iskusni zagrebački ulagač Igor Bilbija sa 178.452 dionice bi umjesto trenutno nepunih 9,5 milijuna eura upisao vrijednost od zavidnih 89,9 milijuna eura, a država posredstvom Centra za restrukturiranje i prodaju bi kao treći današnji najveći (su)vlasnik imala vrijednost od 52 milijuna eura umjesto sadašnjih 5,4 milijuna.

Dionice četvrtog po redu od sedam najvećih dioničara i bivšeg dugogodišnjeg člana AP-ova poslovodstva, Duška Vladovića Relje, umjesto 3 milijuna eura, rekordne 2006. godine vrijedile bi 29,4 milijuna eura, a petog, Damira Šmoka, umjesto 1,75 milijuna iznosile bi 17 milijuna eura.

Sa sedam i pol milijuna eura "omastila" bi se i OTP banka koja ima 14.903 vrijednosnice dubrovačke tvrtke trenutno vrijedne nešto manje od 800 tisuća eura, a kapital u ovoj brodarskoj kompaniji sedme po redu dioničarke, Dane Sučić tada bi umjesto 681 tisuću, vrijedio gotovo 6,5 milijuna eura.

Inače, "Atlantska plovidba" nastala je odlukom Gradskoga Narodnoga odbora Dubrovnik, pravnog prethodnika današnjega Grada, na dan 27. svibnja 1955. kao "pomorsko-saobraćajno poduzeće prekomorske plovidbe", a za prvog direktora brodara koji u tom trenutku nije imao niti jedan jedini brod imenovan je kapetan Špiro Savin.

Nova kompanija prigrlila je ime tvrtke koju je 1922. utemeljio poznati dubrovački brodovlasnik lvo Račić, a koja je prestala postojati 1929. godine. Tijekom raspada bivše države, 1991. godine, "Atlantska plovidba" većinu flote, stavila je pod maltešku zastavu da bi već 1994. na brodu "Cvijeta Zuzorić" podignuta zastava Republike Hrvatske.
