Potaknut novom nesrećom kod Osnovne škole don Lovre Katića u Solinu, o kojoj smo pisali u ovom tekstu i u kojoj je, samo pukom srećom, lakše ozlijeđeno dijete, a vozač pobjegao, obratio nam se čitatelj koji je, kako tvrdi, dugogodišnji stanovnik Ulice Zgon koja se križa s Putom Majdana neposredno uz pješački prijelaz pokraj spomenute osmoljetke.

Njegove primjedbe i prijedloge prenosimo u cijelosti:

- Samo nekoliko metara od tog križanja nalazi se semafor na kojem je zeleno svjetlo za prolazak vozila svedeno na minimum te u jednom ciklusu kroz raskrižje s Ulicom Stjepana Radića (početak stare Kliške ceste, op.a.) prođe nekoliko automobila. Zbog male propusnosti semafora mnogo puta sam svjedočio kako automobili "jurišaju" preko uzdignutog pješačkog prijelaza u cilju mogućeg prolaska kroz križanje zanemarivajući pri tom sigurnost pješaka.

Zbog tog problema, a u cilju pozicioniranja bliže semaforu, vozači često zaustavljaju automobile na samoj "zebri", kao i na spoju s Ulicom Zgon blokirajući pri tom slobodan ulaz i izlaz iz te ulice.

O navedenoj problematici sam izvijestio Policijsku postaju Solin koji su me uputili na Grad, jer je ta problematika, prema njihovim riječima, u nadležnosti prometnog redarstva. Kontaktirao sam i prometno redarstvo u Solinu, a usmeno su mi odgovorili da su upoznati s problemom, ali da osim mogućeg postavljanja video nadzora u cilju naplate kazni nemaju kvalitetno riješenje.

Prometnom kolapsu dodatno pridonosi i zakrčenost Ulice Zgon koju roditelji učenika koriste kao privremeno parkiralište dok čekaju svoju djecu nakon nastave ili ih dovoze u školu.

Budući da se sve navedeno (pješački prijelaz, ulaz/izlaz ulice Zgon i semafor) fizički nalazi u dužini od najviše 15-20 metara, uz veliku skučenost prostora i zakrčenost postojećim objektima, gužvi doprinosi i zbog radova već duže vremena zatvorena Ulica Marka Marulića zbog čega je povećan promet Putom Majdana.

Kao rješenje ili barem ublaživanje problema vidim povećanje propusnosti semafora (zelenog svjetla) na križanju Puta Majdana i Ulice Stjepana Radića, postavljanje video nadzora na pješačkom prijelazu ispred škole Don Lovre Katića ili bilo koje drugo u cilju povećanja sigurnosti djece i drugih pješaka na navedenoj lokaciji.

Potaknut novom nesrećom kod Osnovne škole don Lovre Katića u Solinu, o kojoj smo pisali u ovom tekstu i u kojoj je, samo pukom srećom, lakše ozlijeđeno dijete, a vozač pobjegao, obratio nam se čitatelj koji je, kako tvrdi, dugogodišnji stanovnik Ulice Zgon koja se križa s Putom Majdana neposredno uz pješački prijelaz pokraj spomenute osmoljetke.

Njegove primjedbe i prijedloge prenosimo u cijelosti:

- Samo nekoliko metara od tog križanja nalazi se semafor na kojem je zeleno svjetlo za prolazak vozila svedeno na minimum te u jednom ciklusu kroz raskrižje s Ulicom Stjepana Radića (početak stare Kliške ceste, op.a.) prođe nekoliko automobila. Zbog male propusnosti semafora mnogo puta sam svjedočio kako automobili "jurišaju" preko uzdignutog pješačkog prijelaza u cilju mogućeg prolaska kroz križanje zanemarivajući pri tom sigurnost pješaka.

Zbog tog problema, a u cilju pozicioniranja bliže semaforu, vozači često zaustavljaju automobile na samoj "zebri", kao i na spoju s Ulicom Zgon blokirajući pri tom slobodan ulaz i izlaz iz te ulice.

O navedenoj problematici sam izvijestio Policijsku postaju Solin koji su me uputili na Grad, jer je ta problematika, prema njihovim riječima, u nadležnosti prometnog redarstva. Kontaktirao sam i prometno redarstvo u Solinu, a usmeno su mi odgovorili da su upoznati s problemom, ali da osim mogućeg postavljanja video nadzora u cilju naplate kazni nemaju kvalitetno riješenje.

Prometnom kolapsu dodatno pridonosi i zakrčenost Ulice Zgon koju roditelji učenika koriste kao privremeno parkiralište dok čekaju svoju djecu nakon nastave ili ih dovoze u školu.

Budući da se sve navedeno (pješački prijelaz, ulaz/izlaz ulice Zgon i semafor) fizički nalazi u dužini od najviše 15-20 metara, uz veliku skučenost prostora i zakrčenost postojećim objektima, gužvi doprinosi i zbog radova već duže vremena zatvorena Ulica Marka Marulića zbog čega je povećan promet Putom Majdana.

Kao rješenje ili barem ublaživanje problema vidim povećanje propusnosti semafora (zelenog svjetla) na križanju Puta Majdana i Ulice Stjepana Radića, postavljanje video nadzora na pješačkom prijelazu ispred škole Don Lovre Katića ili bilo koje drugo u cilju povećanja sigurnosti djece i drugih pješaka na navedenoj lokaciji.

Naš čitatelj svjedoči o divljanju vozača preko najopasnije ‘zebre‘ na splitskom području: ‘Učenici riskiraju živote!‘

Potaknut novom nesrećom kod Osnovne škole don Lovre Katića u Solinu, o kojoj smo pisali u ovom tekstu i u kojoj je, samo pukom srećom, lakše ozlijeđeno dijete, a vozač pobjegao, obratio nam se čitatelj koji je, kako tvrdi, dugogodišnji stanovnik Ulice Zgon koja se križa s Putom Majdana neposredno uz pješački prijelaz pokraj spomenute osmoljetke.

Njegove primjedbe i prijedloge prenosimo u cijelosti:

- Samo nekoliko metara od tog križanja nalazi se semafor na kojem je zeleno svjetlo za prolazak vozila svedeno na minimum te u jednom ciklusu kroz raskrižje s Ulicom Stjepana Radića (početak stare Kliške ceste, op.a.) prođe nekoliko automobila. Zbog male propusnosti semafora mnogo puta sam svjedočio kako automobili "jurišaju" preko uzdignutog pješačkog prijelaza u cilju mogućeg prolaska kroz križanje zanemarivajući pri tom sigurnost pješaka.

Zbog tog problema, a u cilju pozicioniranja bliže semaforu, vozači često zaustavljaju automobile na samoj "zebri", kao i na spoju s Ulicom Zgon blokirajući pri tom slobodan ulaz i izlaz iz te ulice.

O navedenoj problematici sam izvijestio Policijsku postaju Solin koji su me uputili na Grad, jer je ta problematika, prema njihovim riječima, u nadležnosti prometnog redarstva. Kontaktirao sam i prometno redarstvo u Solinu, a usmeno su mi odgovorili da su upoznati s problemom, ali da osim mogućeg postavljanja video nadzora u cilju naplate kazni nemaju kvalitetno riješenje.
