Interventni policajac koji je glavom 19-godišnjeg Zadranina udario u policijski kombi, dok su mu ruke bile zavezane na leđima, nije prekršio zakon, ustvrdio je Anton Dražina, načelnik Poilicijske uprave zadarske.

Zaključak je to nakon završetka istrage koju je pokrenuo kada je portal Zadarski.hr objavio video na kojem se vidi trenutak kada policajac glavom mladića udara u policijsko vozilo parkirano ispred sportske dvorane "Krešimir Ćosić" na zadarskom Višnjiku. 

Podsjetimo, incident se dogodio pri kraju košarkaške utakmice između Zadra i Partizana, mladi navijač je izveden iz dvorane gdje su ga, kako nam je tada rekao, maltretirali interventni policajci udarajući ga čizmama u potkoljenice, pendrekom u slabine te lupajući mu glavom u kombi, i to dok su mu ruke bile vezane.

Zbog zadobivenih ozljeda mladić je zatražio i medicinsku pomoć. Načelnik Dražina je međutim utvrdio kako u intervenciji njegovih policajaca prema 19-godišnjaku nije bilo prekoračenja upotrebe sile.

- Vezano uz postupanje policije tijekom održavanja sportskog natjecanja 17. travnja 2023. godine u Zadru, poduzetim mjerama i radnjama utvrđeno je da su policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske tijekom postupanja prema 20-godišnjaku primijenili policijske ovlasti, nakon što izdanim upozorenjima i naredbama nisu mogli postići cilj sprječavanja nezakonitog ponašanja osobe. Pri tome su uporabili tjelesnu snagu i sredstva za vezivanje kao najblaži oblik razmjeru pružanja aktivnog otpora osobe. Načelnik Policijske uprave zadarske je temeljem prikupljenih saznanja uporabu sredstava prisile ocijenio zakonitom i opravdanom - odgovorili su nam iz policije nakon (pre)dugog čekanja odgovora.

- Temeljem zahtjeva Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, a po zaprimljenoj kaznenoj prijavi osobe nad kojom je bilo postupanje, provedeno je kriminalističko istraživanje o čemu je Općim posebnim izvješćem izviješteno Općinsko državno odvjetništvo radi donošenja meritorne odluke - navodi se u odgovoru iz policije, što znači da Odvjetništvo još uvijek može pokrenuti kazneni postupak protiv interventnog policajca, ali i ne mora.

Umjesto komentara ponavljamo još jednom video koji je šokirao zadarsku javnost, a na kojem se lijepo vidi kako policija mlađeg punoljetnika, sa sputanim rukama, udara glavom o kombi. 

Naravno, sve u duhu zakona i pravila službe.

Interventni policajac koji je glavom 19-godišnjeg Zadranina udario u policijski kombi, dok su mu ruke bile zavezane na leđima, nije prekršio zakon, ustvrdio je Anton Dražina, načelnik Poilicijske uprave zadarske.

Zaključak je to nakon završetka istrage koju je pokrenuo kada je portal Zadarski.hr objavio video na kojem se vidi trenutak kada policajac glavom mladića udara u policijsko vozilo parkirano ispred sportske dvorane "Krešimir Ćosić" na zadarskom Višnjiku. 

Podsjetimo, incident se dogodio pri kraju košarkaške utakmice između Zadra i Partizana, mladi navijač je izveden iz dvorane gdje su ga, kako nam je tada rekao, maltretirali interventni policajci udarajući ga čizmama u potkoljenice, pendrekom u slabine te lupajući mu glavom u kombi, i to dok su mu ruke bile vezane.

Zbog zadobivenih ozljeda mladić je zatražio i medicinsku pomoć. Načelnik Dražina je međutim utvrdio kako u intervenciji njegovih policajaca prema 19-godišnjaku nije bilo prekoračenja upotrebe sile.

- Vezano uz postupanje policije tijekom održavanja sportskog natjecanja 17. travnja 2023. godine u Zadru, poduzetim mjerama i radnjama utvrđeno je da su policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske tijekom postupanja prema 20-godišnjaku primijenili policijske ovlasti, nakon što izdanim upozorenjima i naredbama nisu mogli postići cilj sprječavanja nezakonitog ponašanja osobe. Pri tome su uporabili tjelesnu snagu i sredstva za vezivanje kao najblaži oblik razmjeru pružanja aktivnog otpora osobe. Načelnik Policijske uprave zadarske je temeljem prikupljenih saznanja uporabu sredstava prisile ocijenio zakonitom i opravdanom - odgovorili su nam iz policije nakon (pre)dugog čekanja odgovora.

- Temeljem zahtjeva Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru, a po zaprimljenoj kaznenoj prijavi osobe nad kojom je bilo postupanje, provedeno je kriminalističko istraživanje o čemu je Općim posebnim izvješćem izviješteno Općinsko državno odvjetništvo radi donošenja meritorne odluke - navodi se u odgovoru iz policije, što znači da Odvjetništvo još uvijek može pokrenuti kazneni postupak protiv interventnog policajca, ali i ne mora.

Umjesto komentara ponavljamo još jednom video koji je šokirao zadarsku javnost, a na kojem se lijepo vidi kako policija mlađeg punoljetnika, sa sputanim rukama, udara glavom o kombi. 

Naravno, sve u duhu zakona i pravila službe.
