Ovogodišnji urod maslina na području cijele Makarske rivijere je vrlo slab zbog čega je uljara "Podgora", nakon 17 godina, zatvorila vrata za preradu pa će maslinarima biti otvoreni pogoni u Igranima i Gradcu, dok je Makarska još prije nekoliko godina ostala bez obje uljare.
Kako kaže Darko Acinger, vlasnik podgorske uljare, otvorene 2006. godine, ona neće raditi, jer su potencijalne količine plodova za preradu vrlo male.
- Maslinari koji su lani i godinama ranije imali po nekoliko tona maslina za preradu, ove godine imaju po stotinjak kilograma, pa nam se zbilja ne isplati otvarati pogon. Bolje je da barem uljare u Igranima i Gradcu nešto zarade, nego da svi budemo u minusu.
Lani su masline bile male i suhe, ali je u njima bilo dosta ulja pa je prerada bila savršena, ali ove godine je urod na cijelom potezu od Brela do Gradca očajan, a posebno je slabo rodila oblica – tvrdi Acinger i dodaje da se pogon ne stavlja u funkciju ako se dnevno ne prerade tri ili četiri tone maslina, što je bilo dosadašnjih godina kada se radilo u tri smjene, a sve najavljene količine bi se ove godine preradilo u samo nekoliko dana.
Prema riječima Danijela Mihaljevića iz uljare "Igrane", urod je zbilja bio loš, ali je sada u pogonu nastala gužva, dok je Ivan Radelić iz gračke uljare "Radelić", kazao da su pogon tek otvorili pa još nemaju gužve. Što se ove godine dogodilo u maslinicima na području Makarske rivijere, upitali smo Bernarda Bokšića, višeg stručnog savjetnika Uprave za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede.
Kako je objasnio, autohtona sorta oblica je vrlo nestabilna u ekstremnim uvjetima, a puno je faktora koji su ove godine utjecali na slab urod. Stabla maslina se gnoje napamet, bez prethodne analize tla, a slab urod nije zabilježen samo na području Makarske rivijere, već na cijelom Jadranu.
- Nakon rodne lanjske godine, puno je cvjetova maslina s defektom pa nije bilo oplodnje, a i nakon cvjetanja su padale kiše. Lani je također maslinama nedostajalo vode u sušnom razdoblju, ali na koncu se nakon prerade uspostavilo da su masline dale više ulja, i uobičajeno je da u jednom zrnu masline bude pet kapi ulja i 50 kapi vode, a lani je bilo pet kapi ulja i 30 kapi vode tako da su stabla jednostavno dala onoliko koliko su mogla dati i ove godine su se, kao i čovjek nakon napornog rada, odmarala – kazao je Bokšić i dodao da je genom masline nestabilan, a oblica se kao populacija prilagođava terenu pa je morala popustiti na našem području gdje je bilo dugo razdoblje suše i bez kiše.
- Lani su se stabla doslovno umorila i randman malih suhih plodova je bio od 28 do 29 posto. Dogodine će sigurno biti dobar urod nakon što se stabla oporave - zaključio je naš sugovornik.

Ovogodišnji urod maslina na području cijele Makarske rivijere je vrlo slab zbog čega je uljara "Podgora", nakon 17 godina, zatvorila vrata za preradu pa će maslinarima biti otvoreni pogoni u Igranima i Gradcu, dok je Makarska još prije nekoliko godina ostala bez obje uljare.
Kako kaže Darko Acinger, vlasnik podgorske uljare, otvorene 2006. godine, ona neće raditi, jer su potencijalne količine plodova za preradu vrlo male.
- Maslinari koji su lani i godinama ranije imali po nekoliko tona maslina za preradu, ove godine imaju po stotinjak kilograma, pa nam se zbilja ne isplati otvarati pogon. Bolje je da barem uljare u Igranima i Gradcu nešto zarade, nego da svi budemo u minusu.
Lani su masline bile male i suhe, ali je u njima bilo dosta ulja pa je prerada bila savršena, ali ove godine je urod na cijelom potezu od Brela do Gradca očajan, a posebno je slabo rodila oblica – tvrdi Acinger i dodaje da se pogon ne stavlja u funkciju ako se dnevno ne prerade tri ili četiri tone maslina, što je bilo dosadašnjih godina kada se radilo u tri smjene, a sve najavljene količine bi se ove godine preradilo u samo nekoliko dana.
Prema riječima Danijela Mihaljevića iz uljare "Igrane", urod je zbilja bio loš, ali je sada u pogonu nastala gužva, dok je Ivan Radelić iz gračke uljare "Radelić", kazao da su pogon tek otvorili pa još nemaju gužve. Što se ove godine dogodilo u maslinicima na području Makarske rivijere, upitali smo Bernarda Bokšića, višeg stručnog savjetnika Uprave za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede.
Kako je objasnio, autohtona sorta oblica je vrlo nestabilna u ekstremnim uvjetima, a puno je faktora koji su ove godine utjecali na slab urod. Stabla maslina se gnoje napamet, bez prethodne analize tla, a slab urod nije zabilježen samo na području Makarske rivijere, već na cijelom Jadranu.
- Nakon rodne lanjske godine, puno je cvjetova maslina s defektom pa nije bilo oplodnje, a i nakon cvjetanja su padale kiše. Lani je također maslinama nedostajalo vode u sušnom razdoblju, ali na koncu se nakon prerade uspostavilo da su masline dale više ulja, i uobičajeno je da u jednom zrnu masline bude pet kapi ulja i 50 kapi vode, a lani je bilo pet kapi ulja i 30 kapi vode tako da su stabla jednostavno dala onoliko koliko su mogla dati i ove godine su se, kao i čovjek nakon napornog rada, odmarala – kazao je Bokšić i dodao da je genom masline nestabilan, a oblica se kao populacija prilagođava terenu pa je morala popustiti na našem području gdje je bilo dugo razdoblje suše i bez kiše.
- Lani su se stabla doslovno umorila i randman malih suhih plodova je bio od 28 do 29 posto. Dogodine će sigurno biti dobar urod nakon što se stabla oporave - zaključio je naš sugovornik.
