U siječnju prošle godine makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović ugasio je lokalni internetski portal Makarsko primorje i dao otkaz dvjema novinarkama.

One su morale otići u mirovinu, a onda je prije godinu dana novom sistematizacijom radnih mjesta dao otkaz šestorici djelatnika Grada, a to su Marina Andačić Krivić, Hrvoje Eljuga, Andrea Ravlić, Ico Prgomet, Matej Lozina i Ivica Markota.

Marina Andačić Krivić, inače kandidatkinja za zamjenicu HDZ-ova Jure Brkana, Paunovićeva gradonačelničkog protukandidata na prošlim lokalnim izborima, potom je sudskom presudom vraćena na posao gdje je radila mjesec dana bez ikakvih zaduženja, a onda je ponovno stavljena na raspolaganje, pokrenula je novi sudski spor i na koncu u godinu dana dva puta stavljena na raspolaganje i dva puta dobila otkaz.

Kada je nakratko, presudom Upravnog suda u Splitu, vraćena na posao, Grad joj je, na teret poreznih obveznika, morao isplatiti sve zaostale plaće, dodatke na plaću, božićnicu i regres. Nakon svega je Andačić Krivić ponovno pokrenula sudski proces.

Uskoro ostale presude

Sada je došao red na otpuštenog komunalnog redara Ivicu Markotu kojeg je također, prema presudi Upravnog suda u Splitu, Grad dužan vratiti na posao i isplatiti mu 12 plaća, dodataka na plaće, božićnicu, regres, poklone za djecu što bi u konačnici iznosilo oko 14.400 eura bruto, ako se uzme da je plaća redara 1200 eura bruto, a sve je to novac poreznih obveznika, a ne novac iz gradonačelnikova džepa.

Uskoro se očekuju i presude ostalih otpuštenih djelatnika Grada. Naime, Upravni sud u Splitu presudio je da se poništavaju oba rješenja Grada – rješenje o otkazu i stavljanju na raspolaganje, a protiv presude nije dopuštena žalba. Inače, otpušteni redar Ivica Markota za ovo radno mjesto trebao je imati završenu srednju stručnu spremu, a on ima završenu VSS. Osim toga, Paunović mu je dao otkaz u paketu s još petero djelatnika Grada s time da su svi oni ili članovi ili simpatizeri HDZ-a, a Markota je ‘’bačen’’ na ulicu iako ima troje malodobne djece.

– Kao komunalni redar sam radio četiri i pol godine, a da nešto nije u redu, posumnjao sam kada su nam poslali popuniti anketni listić kako bi o svima stvorili bazu podataka. S druge strane, mene nitko iz Grada u te četiri i pol godine nije pitao za moju diplomu, da bi kasnije kada sam već stavljen na raspolaganje, negirali činjenicu postojanja moje diplome.

Obrazloženje otkaza nam je bilo da imamo najslabije ocjene koje su iznosile vrlo dobar. Prvom sistematizacijom povećan je broj redara s devet na deset, a meni i kolegi Mateju Lozini koji je radio sa mnom u smjeni, dali su otkaz, a zašto, e to je danas pitanje na koje nam nitko nije dao odgovor – ističe Markota.

Kako kazuje, prije otkaza, u gradskoj vijećnici im je organiziran sastanak s jednim od brojnih odvjetnika Grada, koji im je rekao da će najvjerojatnije završiti na raspolaganju jer su sva radna mjesta popunjena.

Bez komentara gradonačelnika

– U cijeloj priči je žalosno što će se, nakon dobivenih presuda nas otpuštenih djelatnika Grada, sav novac za godinu i više dana koliko nismo radili, isplatiti iz gradske blagajne, a ne iz džepa gradonačelnika ili njegova pročelnika. Ovo je zapravo naš uspjeh borbe protiv zla, a naša odvjetnica je kazala da još nikada nije vidjela ovakav slučaj.

Osim toga, ako se nekoga kao nas, proglasilo tehnološkim viškom, onda Grad u sljedeću godinu dana nikoga ne smije zaposliti, što se, naravno, nije dogodilo – naglašava Markota, koji je inače profesor kineziologije pa ga je gradonačelnik mogao staviti za svog savjetnika za sport.

Na tom je mjestu osoba sa završenom srednjom školom pa se javnosti, očito, šalje poruka da je najveći uspjeh u karijeri završiti srednju školu s kojom se može postati gradonačelnikov savjetnik i to savjetnik Zorana Paunovića, doktora znanosti.

Markota se nakon presude obratio Gradu s upitom kada ga planiraju vratiti na posao i isplatiti mu zaostale plaće, na što još nije dobio odgovor.

Tako smo i mi Paunoviću poslali sličan upit u kojem smo ga pitali kada će Markota biti vraćen na posao i čijim novcem će mu retrogradno biti isplaćene plaće, regresi, božićnice i ostali dodaci za godinu dana? Odgovor, naravno, nismo dobili.

U siječnju prošle godine makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović ugasio je lokalni internetski portal Makarsko primorje i dao otkaz dvjema novinarkama.

One su morale otići u mirovinu, a onda je prije godinu dana novom sistematizacijom radnih mjesta dao otkaz šestorici djelatnika Grada, a to su Marina Andačić Krivić, Hrvoje Eljuga, Andrea Ravlić, Ico Prgomet, Matej Lozina i Ivica Markota.

Marina Andačić Krivić, inače kandidatkinja za zamjenicu HDZ-ova Jure Brkana, Paunovićeva gradonačelničkog protukandidata na prošlim lokalnim izborima, potom je sudskom presudom vraćena na posao gdje je radila mjesec dana bez ikakvih zaduženja, a onda je ponovno stavljena na raspolaganje, pokrenula je novi sudski spor i na koncu u godinu dana dva puta stavljena na raspolaganje i dva puta dobila otkaz.

Kada je nakratko, presudom Upravnog suda u Splitu, vraćena na posao, Grad joj je, na teret poreznih obveznika, morao isplatiti sve zaostale plaće, dodatke na plaću, božićnicu i regres. Nakon svega je Andačić Krivić ponovno pokrenula sudski proces.

Uskoro ostale presude

Sada je došao red na otpuštenog komunalnog redara Ivicu Markotu kojeg je također, prema presudi Upravnog suda u Splitu, Grad dužan vratiti na posao i isplatiti mu 12 plaća, dodataka na plaće, božićnicu, regres, poklone za djecu što bi u konačnici iznosilo oko 14.400 eura bruto, ako se uzme da je plaća redara 1200 eura bruto, a sve je to novac poreznih obveznika, a ne novac iz gradonačelnikova džepa.

Uskoro se očekuju i presude ostalih otpuštenih djelatnika Grada. Naime, Upravni sud u Splitu presudio je da se poništavaju oba rješenja Grada – rješenje o otkazu i stavljanju na raspolaganje, a protiv presude nije dopuštena žalba. Inače, otpušteni redar Ivica Markota za ovo radno mjesto trebao je imati završenu srednju stručnu spremu, a on ima završenu VSS. Osim toga, Paunović mu je dao otkaz u paketu s još petero djelatnika Grada s time da su svi oni ili članovi ili simpatizeri HDZ-a, a Markota je ‘’bačen’’ na ulicu iako ima troje malodobne djece.

– Kao komunalni redar sam radio četiri i pol godine, a da nešto nije u redu, posumnjao sam kada su nam poslali popuniti anketni listić kako bi o svima stvorili bazu podataka. S druge strane, mene nitko iz Grada u te četiri i pol godine nije pitao za moju diplomu, da bi kasnije kada sam već stavljen na raspolaganje, negirali činjenicu postojanja moje diplome.

Obrazloženje otkaza nam je bilo da imamo najslabije ocjene koje su iznosile vrlo dobar. Prvom sistematizacijom povećan je broj redara s devet na deset, a meni i kolegi Mateju Lozini koji je radio sa mnom u smjeni, dali su otkaz, a zašto, e to je danas pitanje na koje nam nitko nije dao odgovor – ističe Markota.

Kako kazuje, prije otkaza, u gradskoj vijećnici im je organiziran sastanak s jednim od brojnih odvjetnika Grada, koji im je rekao da će najvjerojatnije završiti na raspolaganju jer su sva radna mjesta popunjena.

Bez komentara gradonačelnika

– U cijeloj priči je žalosno što će se, nakon dobivenih presuda nas otpuštenih djelatnika Grada, sav novac za godinu i više dana koliko nismo radili, isplatiti iz gradske blagajne, a ne iz džepa gradonačelnika ili njegova pročelnika. Ovo je zapravo naš uspjeh borbe protiv zla, a naša odvjetnica je kazala da još nikada nije vidjela ovakav slučaj.

Osim toga, ako se nekoga kao nas, proglasilo tehnološkim viškom, onda Grad u sljedeću godinu dana nikoga ne smije zaposliti, što se, naravno, nije dogodilo – naglašava Markota, koji je inače profesor kineziologije pa ga je gradonačelnik mogao staviti za svog savjetnika za sport.

Na tom je mjestu osoba sa završenom srednjom školom pa se javnosti, očito, šalje poruka da je najveći uspjeh u karijeri završiti srednju školu s kojom se može postati gradonačelnikov savjetnik i to savjetnik Zorana Paunovića, doktora znanosti.

Markota se nakon presude obratio Gradu s upitom kada ga planiraju vratiti na posao i isplatiti mu zaostale plaće, na što još nije dobio odgovor.

Tako smo i mi Paunoviću poslali sličan upit u kojem smo ga pitali kada će Markota biti vraćen na posao i čijim novcem će mu retrogradno biti isplaćene plaće, regresi, božićnice i ostali dodaci za godinu dana? Odgovor, naravno, nismo dobili.
