Poduzetnik Kruno Žulj i njegov sin Ivan, vlasnik tvrtke "Grassor", u travnju su prema pravomoćnoj građevinskoj dozvoli, u ulici Dugiš 4A, započeli graditi stambenu zgradu s tri kata i osam stanova. Zgrada se nalazi pored Žuljeve stambene zgrade koja je sagrađena u lipnju i koja također ima tri kata i osam stanova. Jedan od preduvjeta za dobivanje građevinske dozvole bila je suglasnost susjeda pa je tako Žulj dobio suglasnost od 23 susjeda.

Međutim, suglasnost mu nije dao Pjer Jurčević, čija se kuća nalazi tik do Žuljeve stambene zgrade u izgradnji, i tu počinju problemi. Naime, Jurčević tvrdi da Žulj uopće nije tražio suglasnost, dok Ivan i Kruno Žulj tvrde, što su nam i potkrijepili izvatkom iz zemljišne knjige i prijepisom posjedovnog lista, da Jurčevićeva kuća uopće nije uknjižena.

– Nije istina da od Pjera Jurčevića prije negoli sam ishodovao građevinsku dozvolu nisam tražio suglasnost, već njegova kuća prema izvatku iz zemljišne knjige, uopće nije uknjižena nigdje na 11.858 kvadrata. Osim toga, Jurčevićeva kuća je od međe odmaknuta 65 centimetara, a trebala je biti tri metra. Kako sam ga i mogao pitati za suglasnost kada on nije vlasnik ničega? Svih 23 ljudi je upisano u zemljišne knjige, ali njega nema nigdje tako da se od njega i nije mogla tražiti suglasnost. Naša zgrada je od njegove kuće udaljena 5,8 metara, a treba biti 3 metra od međe tako da smo mi gradili po svim mogućim pravilima – kaže Kruno Žulj, dodavši da je Jurčeviću u sklopu radova na svojoj zgradi asfaltirao put do kuće i uveo kanalizaciju.

– Taj se čovjek meni i mom ocu nikada nije niti obratio, niti je pokušao komunicirati, tako da ne znam što on hoće – govori Ivan Žulj.

Drugu stranu priče, naravno, ima Pjer Jurčević koji je metrom izmjerio kako je Žuljeva zgrada od njegova kuće udaljena 3,6 metara, a ne 3 metra kako nalaže zakon. Kako kaže Jurčević, koji stanuje u Njemačkoj, a u Makarskoj nije bio već šest mjeseci, za gradnju prve Žuljeve zgrade je znao, ali za drugu nije.

Zvat ću Grad

– Dovedeni smo pred gotov čin i za nijednu od dvije stambene zgrade investitor me nije tražio suglasnost, što je potpuni apsurd. Kada sam došao kući u Makarsku, šokirao sam se vidjevši zgradu pored svog vrta koji sam jednog dana planirao srediti u korist turizma. Meni ovo ništa nije normalno, prva sagrađena zgrada je tako blizu moje kuće, udaljena oko četiri metra i netko može s balkona zgrade skočiti na moj balkon, a prozori gledaju na moju spavaću zgradu – govori Jurčević, dodavši da objekt planira prenamijeniti u kuću za iznajmljivanje tako da ne zna kako će sve to izgledati.

– Nisam za skandale niti za probleme, ali sada ću morati nešto napraviti. Obratit ću se Gradu i angažirat ću odvjetnika jer ovo više nema smisla i prevršilo je svaku mjeru – poručio je Jurčević.

Poduzetnik Kruno Žulj i njegov sin Ivan, vlasnik tvrtke "Grassor", u travnju su prema pravomoćnoj građevinskoj dozvoli, u ulici Dugiš 4A, započeli graditi stambenu zgradu s tri kata i osam stanova. Zgrada se nalazi pored Žuljeve stambene zgrade koja je sagrađena u lipnju i koja također ima tri kata i osam stanova. Jedan od preduvjeta za dobivanje građevinske dozvole bila je suglasnost susjeda pa je tako Žulj dobio suglasnost od 23 susjeda.

Međutim, suglasnost mu nije dao Pjer Jurčević, čija se kuća nalazi tik do Žuljeve stambene zgrade u izgradnji, i tu počinju problemi. Naime, Jurčević tvrdi da Žulj uopće nije tražio suglasnost, dok Ivan i Kruno Žulj tvrde, što su nam i potkrijepili izvatkom iz zemljišne knjige i prijepisom posjedovnog lista, da Jurčevićeva kuća uopće nije uknjižena.

Svi drugi upisani

– Nije istina da od Pjera Jurčevića prije negoli sam ishodovao građevinsku dozvolu nisam tražio suglasnost, već njegova kuća prema izvatku iz zemljišne knjige, uopće nije uknjižena nigdje na 11.858 kvadrata. Osim toga, Jurčevićeva kuća je od međe odmaknuta 65 centimetara, a trebala je biti tri metra. Kako sam ga i mogao pitati za suglasnost kada on nije vlasnik ničega? Svih 23 ljudi je upisano u zemljišne knjige, ali njega nema nigdje tako da se od njega i nije mogla tražiti suglasnost. Naša zgrada je od njegove kuće udaljena 5,8 metara, a treba biti 3 metra od međe tako da smo mi gradili po svim mogućim pravilima – kaže Kruno Žulj, dodavši da je Jurčeviću u sklopu radova na svojoj zgradi asfaltirao put do kuće i uveo kanalizaciju.

– Taj se čovjek meni i mom ocu nikada nije niti obratio, niti je pokušao komunicirati, tako da ne znam što on hoće – govori Ivan Žulj.

Drugu stranu priče, naravno, ima Pjer Jurčević koji je metrom izmjerio kako je Žuljeva zgrada od njegova kuće udaljena 3,6 metara, a ne 3 metra kako nalaže zakon. Kako kaže Jurčević, koji stanuje u Njemačkoj, a u Makarskoj nije bio već šest mjeseci, za gradnju prve Žuljeve zgrade je znao, ali za drugu nije.

Zvat ću Grad

– Dovedeni smo pred gotov čin i za nijednu od dvije stambene zgrade investitor me nije tražio suglasnost, što je potpuni apsurd. Kada sam došao kući u Makarsku, šokirao sam se vidjevši zgradu pored svog vrta koji sam jednog dana planirao srediti u korist turizma. Meni ovo ništa nije normalno, prva sagrađena zgrada je tako blizu moje kuće, udaljena oko četiri metra i netko može s balkona zgrade skočiti na moj balkon, a prozori gledaju na moju spavaću zgradu – govori Jurčević, dodavši da objekt planira prenamijeniti u kuću za iznajmljivanje tako da ne zna kako će sve to izgledati.

– Nisam za skandale niti za probleme, ali sada ću morati nešto napraviti. Obratit ću se Gradu i angažirat ću odvjetnika jer ovo više nema smisla i prevršilo je svaku mjeru – poručio je Jurčević.
