Radovi na rekonstrukciji i obnovi hotela "Valamar Dalmacija" u Makarskoj teku uredno i prema planu, a završetak radova predviđen je do kraja travnja ove godine.

Prvi gosti u novouređenom smještajnom objektu očekuju se u svibnju, što su nam potvrdili djelatnici Odjela za odnose s javnošću tvrtke "Imperial Riviera" koji napominju kako su zadovoljni aktualnim stanjem bookinga za jedan od dvaju njihovih aduta pod Biokovom. Naime, hotel "Valamar Dalmacija" nakon okončane protekle sezone, zatvorio je svoja vrata te se krenulo u njegovu obnovu i rekonstrukciju vrijednu čak 67 milijuna kuna, odnosno oko 9 milijuna eura.

Ulaganja u repozicioniranje hotela "Places hotel by Valamar" u listopadu 2021. odobrio je Nadzorni odbor "Imperial Riviere". Riječ je o nastavku najavljenog petogodišnjeg ciklusa ulaganja u hrvatski turizam, ukupno vrijednog 1,5 milijardi kuna (200 milijuna eura) koji su zajednički pokrenuli AZ mirovinski fondovi i "Valamar Riviera".

Nakon uspješne privatizacije poduzeća "Imperial" iz Raba i "Hoteli Makarska", te kasnijeg pripajanja i povećanja kapitala u "Imperial Rivieri", u proteklom razdoblju izvršene su investicije u ukupnom iznosu od 580 milijuna kuna te su, kako tvrde iz kompanije, tržišno repozicionirani hoteli Meteor" u Makarskoj, "Parentino" u Poreču,, te rapski kompleksi "Padova", "Imperial" i kamp "Padova".

- COVID kriza privremeno je zaustavila i usporila plan ulaganja zbog čega su investicije započete 2019. godine finalizirane tek u 2021. godini. Odobrenje ulaganja u hotel "Dalmacija" predstavlja djelomičan restart investicijskog ciklusa.

Turistička sezona pokazala je potencijal brzog pokretanja hrvatskog turizma te priliku za daljnji rast i razvoj turizma visoke dodane vrijednosti - navode iz "Imperial Riviere", te dodaju da će ulaganjem od 67 milijuna kuna hotel "Dalmacija" doživjet kompletnu rekonstrukciju i preuređenje u skladu sa standardima brenda "Valamar Places".

Naime, hotel "Dalmacija" ove sezone će postati postati drugi hotel koji posluje pod ovim "Valamarovim" brendom. Novi koncept dizajniran je za moderne putnike koji traže slobodu izbora, moderni dizajn i autentično iskustvo destinacije uz puno poštovanje prema prirodi i okruženju.

- Nakon uspješne realizacije investicije u obnovu i modernizaciju hotela "Meteor" u zadnje dvije godine, u ukupnom iznosu od 90 milijuna kuna, "Imperial Riviera" nastavlja s investicijama u svoje objekte u Makarskoj. Dodatni poticaj za nastavak ulaganja pružila je i ovogodišnja uspješna turistička sezona koja je pokazala potencijal brzog oporavka hrvatskog turizma u još uvijek prisutnim COVID okolnostima.

Investicija uključuje rekonstrukciju postojećeg i izgradnju novog bazena, s uređenjem sunčališta i novi bazenski bar, rekonstrukciju 190 smještajnih jedinica i svih ostalih prostora na razini modernog lifestyle dizajna. Postojeći restoran, prizemlje i lobby su zamišljeni kao jedna cjelina, tematski odvojena po zonama, a postojeći wellness će se brendirati u "Places Spa".

Fokus će biti na jedinstvenom ugođaju, ambijentu, ponudi autohtonih namirnica i jela, te na ljudima koji su u središtu događanja. Ciljna tržišta će biti Velika Britanija, Skandinavija, Njemačka, Austrija i, naravno, domaće tržište - kazali su iz hotelske tvrtke, dodajući da su lifestyle hoteli danas poseban žanr, koji se ne bazira na klasičnim značajkama luksuza i visoke gastronomije nego na specifičnom tipu usluge namijenjene ciljanim potrošačkim skupinama koje vrednuju jedinstvena iskustva s ljudima sličnih afiniteta i pripadnosti.

- Makarska je destinacija koja se već uspješno pozicionirala u tržišnim segmentima pa je zato i odabrana kao idealno mjesto za implementaciju takvog brend hotela. To označava doprinos nastavku diversifikacije hotelskog segmenta, ne samo u Makarskoj, već i šire - zaključuju iz "Imperial Riviere".

Podsjetimo, hotel "Dalmacija" sa svojih 190 soba na 11 etaža izgrađen je 1970. godine i posljednji put renoviran na prijelazu iz 2004. u 2005. godinu. Ukupna površina objekta i pripadajućih zemljišta smještenih tik uz glavnu gradsku plažu iznosi gotovo 13.500 črtvornih metara, a velika mu je prednost što ima i podzemnu garažu s 90 parkirališnih mjesta koja je izgrađena prije sedam godina.

Radovi na rekonstrukciji i obnovi hotela "Valamar Dalmacija" u Makarskoj teku uredno i prema planu, a završetak radova predviđen je do kraja travnja ove godine.

Prvi gosti u novouređenom smještajnom objektu očekuju se u svibnju, što su nam potvrdili djelatnici Odjela za odnose s javnošću tvrtke "Imperial Riviera" koji napominju kako su zadovoljni aktualnim stanjem bookinga za jedan od dvaju njihovih aduta pod Biokovom. Naime, hotel "Valamar Dalmacija" nakon okončane protekle sezone, zatvorio je svoja vrata te se krenulo u njegovu obnovu i rekonstrukciju vrijednu čak 67 milijuna kuna, odnosno oko 9 milijuna eura.

Ulaganja u repozicioniranje hotela "Places hotel by Valamar" u listopadu 2021. odobrio je Nadzorni odbor "Imperial Riviere". Riječ je o nastavku najavljenog petogodišnjeg ciklusa ulaganja u hrvatski turizam, ukupno vrijednog 1,5 milijardi kuna (200 milijuna eura) koji su zajednički pokrenuli AZ mirovinski fondovi i "Valamar Riviera".

Nakon uspješne privatizacije poduzeća "Imperial" iz Raba i "Hoteli Makarska", te kasnijeg pripajanja i povećanja kapitala u "Imperial Rivieri", u proteklom razdoblju izvršene su investicije u ukupnom iznosu od 580 milijuna kuna te su, kako tvrde iz kompanije, tržišno repozicionirani hoteli Meteor" u Makarskoj, "Parentino" u Poreču,, te rapski kompleksi "Padova", "Imperial" i kamp "Padova".

- COVID kriza privremeno je zaustavila i usporila plan ulaganja zbog čega su investicije započete 2019. godine finalizirane tek u 2021. godini. Odobrenje ulaganja u hotel "Dalmacija" predstavlja djelomičan restart investicijskog ciklusa.

Turistička sezona pokazala je potencijal brzog pokretanja hrvatskog turizma te priliku za daljnji rast i razvoj turizma visoke dodane vrijednosti - navode iz "Imperial Riviere", te dodaju da će ulaganjem od 67 milijuna kuna hotel "Dalmacija" doživjet kompletnu rekonstrukciju i preuređenje u skladu sa standardima brenda "Valamar Places".

Naime, hotel "Dalmacija" ove sezone će postati postati drugi hotel koji posluje pod ovim "Valamarovim" brendom. Novi koncept dizajniran je za moderne putnike koji traže slobodu izbora, moderni dizajn i autentično iskustvo destinacije uz puno poštovanje prema prirodi i okruženju.

- Nakon uspješne realizacije investicije u obnovu i modernizaciju hotela "Meteor" u zadnje dvije godine, u ukupnom iznosu od 90 milijuna kuna, "Imperial Riviera" nastavlja s investicijama u svoje objekte u Makarskoj. Dodatni poticaj za nastavak ulaganja pružila je i ovogodišnja uspješna turistička sezona koja je pokazala potencijal brzog oporavka hrvatskog turizma u još uvijek prisutnim COVID okolnostima.

Investicija uključuje rekonstrukciju postojećeg i izgradnju novog bazena, s uređenjem sunčališta i novi bazenski bar, rekonstrukciju 190 smještajnih jedinica i svih ostalih prostora na razini modernog lifestyle dizajna. Postojeći restoran, prizemlje i lobby su zamišljeni kao jedna cjelina, tematski odvojena po zonama, a postojeći wellness će se brendirati u "Places Spa".

Fokus će biti na jedinstvenom ugođaju, ambijentu, ponudi autohtonih namirnica i jela, te na ljudima koji su u središtu događanja. Ciljna tržišta će biti Velika Britanija, Skandinavija, Njemačka, Austrija i, naravno, domaće tržište - kazali su iz hotelske tvrtke, dodajući da su lifestyle hoteli danas poseban žanr, koji se ne bazira na klasičnim značajkama luksuza i visoke gastronomije nego na specifičnom tipu usluge namijenjene ciljanim potrošačkim skupinama koje vrednuju jedinstvena iskustva s ljudima sličnih afiniteta i pripadnosti.

- Makarska je destinacija koja se već uspješno pozicionirala u tržišnim segmentima pa je zato i odabrana kao idealno mjesto za implementaciju takvog brend hotela. To označava doprinos nastavku diversifikacije hotelskog segmenta, ne samo u Makarskoj, već i šire - zaključuju iz "Imperial Riviere".

Podsjetimo, hotel "Dalmacija" sa svojih 190 soba na 11 etaža izgrađen je 1970. godine i posljednji put renoviran na prijelazu iz 2004. u 2005. godinu. Ukupna površina objekta i pripadajućih zemljišta smještenih tik uz glavnu gradsku plažu iznosi gotovo 13.500 črtvornih metara, a velika mu je prednost što ima i podzemnu garažu s 90 parkirališnih mjesta koja je izgrađena prije sedam godina.
