Uoči proslave Dana grada Kaštela, vijećnici su na redovitoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća prihvatili prijedloge Komisije za dodjelu javnih priznanja, koja će se zaslužnim građanima uručiti 4. ožujka na svečanoj sjednici lokalnog parlamenta.

Počasnim građaninom Kaštela bit će proglašen fra Bernardin Škunca za osobit doprinos na vrednovanju djela i života istaknutih Kaštelana. Laureati nagrade za životno djelo bit će Siniša Ratković (posthumno) za pokazanu iznimnu hrabrost i junaštvo u Domovinskom ratu, te Biserka Rešić za izuzetna postignuća na unaprjeđenju znanosti i zdravstva.

Osobna nagrada posthumno je pripala Filku Garbinu za neizmjeran doprinos i postignuća u očuvanju tradicije sućuračkih maškara, zasluge na području vatrogastva i promicanje pisane riječi. Isto priznanje primit će i Ante Rajčić za postignuća u sportu i radu s mladima te "internetski nostalgičar" Soniboj Grgin, kako se navodi u obrazloženju, za izuzetan doprinos u očuvanju i promicanju kulturne i povijesne baštine Kaštela.

Nagradu grada za humanost primit će vatrogasac Josip Mandarić za posebnu pomoć pri evakuaciji nepokretne starije osobe koja se našla u požaru.

Podsjetimo, mladi Kaštelalnin, vatrogasac Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Split, u rujnu je sudjelovao na intervenciji u Splitu kada je u jednom stanu u Požeškoj ulici buknuo požar. Kada je trebalo evakuirati stanare, Josip je iz zgrad na leđima iznio teško pokretnog starca. Fotografija dirljivog prizora ubrzo se pojavila na društvenim mrežama, a on je svojim činom raznježio cijelu Hrvatsku.

Posebno priznanje predviđeno je za Dobrovoljno vatrogasno društvo "Mladost" iz Kaštel Sućurca.

Uoči proslave Dana grada Kaštela, vijećnici su na redovitoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća prihvatili prijedloge Komisije za dodjelu javnih priznanja, koja će se zaslužnim građanima uručiti 4. ožujka na svečanoj sjednici lokalnog parlamenta.

Počasnim građaninom Kaštela bit će proglašen fra Bernardin Škunca za osobit doprinos na vrednovanju djela i života istaknutih Kaštelana. Laureati nagrade za životno djelo bit će Siniša Ratković (posthumno) za pokazanu iznimnu hrabrost i junaštvo u Domovinskom ratu, te Biserka Rešić za izuzetna postignuća na unaprjeđenju znanosti i zdravstva.

Osobna nagrada posthumno je pripala Filku Garbinu za neizmjeran doprinos i postignuća u očuvanju tradicije sućuračkih maškara, zasluge na području vatrogastva i promicanje pisane riječi. Isto priznanje primit će i Ante Rajčić za postignuća u sportu i radu s mladima te "internetski nostalgičar" Soniboj Grgin, kako se navodi u obrazloženju, za izuzetan doprinos u očuvanju i promicanju kulturne i povijesne baštine Kaštela.

Nagradu grada za humanost primit će vatrogasac Josip Mandarić za posebnu pomoć pri evakuaciji nepokretne starije osobe koja se našla u požaru.

Podsjetimo, mladi Kaštelalnin, vatrogasac Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Split, u rujnu je sudjelovao na intervenciji u Splitu kada je u jednom stanu u Požeškoj ulici buknuo požar. Kada je trebalo evakuirati stanare, Josip je iz zgrad na leđima iznio teško pokretnog starca. Fotografija dirljivog prizora ubrzo se pojavila na društvenim mrežama, a on je svojim činom raznježio cijelu Hrvatsku.

Posebno priznanje predviđeno je za Dobrovoljno vatrogasno društvo "Mladost" iz Kaštel Sućurca.
