Svako naše malo misto u duši je uvik čisto, a najčistije misto na Makarskoj rivijeri je, prema kazivanju njegovih mještana, Drvenik.
– Stalno se mete i uređuje. Prije nekoliko godina imali smo deponij smeća usrid mista, ali novi je načelnik to riješio, pa sad i mještani vode računa o pravilnom odlaganju otpada. Imamo kante za recikliranje i poštujemo propise.
Stagnirali smo 14 godina, a u kratkome vrimenu naglo se dogodio pomak nabolje. Postavljena je nova LED rasvjeta u mistu, uz lungomare su svakih 400 metra mini vježbališta, a pokraj škole je sportski teren. Obnovljene su i plaže koje su dugo bile zapuštene. Neki će reć da je sve te investicije omogućio EU, ali triba dobit te fondove. Triba neko osmislit plan i program za razvoj mista. Uredila se i Gornja vala, ali čuo san da će se tu radit četiri zgrade – kaže nam Zoran Alač.

Je li stanogradnja, po vašem mišljenju, dobra ili loša za Drvenik?
– U mistu imamo pet hotela, 550 birača i 300 stanovnika. Naš je najveći strah da se ne pretvorimo u drugu Makarsku. Kome tribaju stanovi i zgrade? Pokupovat će se apartmani pod stanove, uništit će se lokalni turizam i bit će više stanova nego kuća.
Da san ja načelnik, zabranio bi radit zgrade. Obiteljska kuća može, zgrada ne može! Nažalost, građevinski lobiji drmaju državom i ono što oni uknjiže za tri miseca, domaći svit ne može nikako ili mora čekat 20 godina da se papiri riješe. To je tako na razini države, postali smo ko Španjolska – sve je betonizirano.

Što vam je u mjestu najpotrebnije?
– Sve i ništa! Najteže je nać četvrtoga za na briškulu, a šta možeš bez ljudi? Malo i ništa! Što se tiče osnovnih potreba, imamo sve. U Zaostrogu su se otvorile Plodine, a s obzirom na to da lokalni Studenac svako lito značajno povisi cijene, virujen da će im Plodine bit zdrava konkurencija.
Zimi nam stalno rade dva kafića, imamo kiosk, školu, vrtić i trajektnu luku. Zbog luke uvik netko cirkulira kroz misto, ali fali događanja. Fali nam i omladine, ali nedavno se dogodio značajniji baby boom, pa se nadan da buduće generacije neće bižat iz mista.

Kakav tunel?
– Onaj koji obećavaju napravit zadnjih tridesetak godina, Ravča – Drvenik. To bi bio ogromni plus za cilu Makarsku rivijeru, a i šire. Tunel u Zagvozdu najbolji je pokazatelj isplativosti takvog zahvata. Ljudi koji imaju zemlju u Zagori češće bi i lakše dolazili na posjede, pa bi možda obnovili staru kuću ili štogod posadili. A ovako je sve sneruke.
Da Drvenik nije potpuno sneruke, svjedoči i konobarica iz Vrgorca koju su mještani prihvatili kao svoju. Možda im i fali četvrti za “bacit na karte”, ali u njenome kafiću zasigurno ne fali veselja i dobrog raspoloženja. Uostalom, što je kafić bez dobre konobarice? Malo i ništa!

Svako naše malo misto u duši je uvik čisto, a najčistije misto na Makarskoj rivijeri je, prema kazivanju njegovih mještana, Drvenik.
– Stalno se mete i uređuje. Prije nekoliko godina imali smo deponij smeća usrid mista, ali novi je načelnik to riješio, pa sad i mještani vode računa o pravilnom odlaganju otpada. Imamo kante za recikliranje i poštujemo propise.
Stagnirali smo 14 godina, a u kratkome vrimenu naglo se dogodio pomak nabolje. Postavljena je nova LED rasvjeta u mistu, uz lungomare su svakih 400 metra mini vježbališta, a pokraj škole je sportski teren. Obnovljene su i plaže koje su dugo bile zapuštene. Neki će reć da je sve te investicije omogućio EU, ali triba dobit te fondove. Triba neko osmislit plan i program za razvoj mista. Uredila se i Gornja vala, ali čuo san da će se tu radit četiri zgrade – kaže nam Zoran Alač.

Je li stanogradnja, po vašem mišljenju, dobra ili loša za Drvenik?
– U mistu imamo pet hotela, 550 birača i 300 stanovnika. Naš je najveći strah da se ne pretvorimo u drugu Makarsku. Kome tribaju stanovi i zgrade? Pokupovat će se apartmani pod stanove, uništit će se lokalni turizam i bit će više stanova nego kuća.
Da san ja načelnik, zabranio bi radit zgrade. Obiteljska kuća može, zgrada ne može! Nažalost, građevinski lobiji drmaju državom i ono što oni uknjiže za tri miseca, domaći svit ne može nikako ili mora čekat 20 godina da se papiri riješe. To je tako na razini države, postali smo ko Španjolska – sve je betonizirano.

Što vam je u mjestu najpotrebnije?
– Sve i ništa! Najteže je nać četvrtoga za na briškulu, a šta možeš bez ljudi? Malo i ništa! Što se tiče osnovnih potreba, imamo sve. U Zaostrogu su se otvorile Plodine, a s obzirom na to da lokalni Studenac svako lito značajno povisi cijene, virujen da će im Plodine bit zdrava konkurencija.
Zimi nam stalno rade dva kafića, imamo kiosk, školu, vrtić i trajektnu luku. Zbog luke uvik netko cirkulira kroz misto, ali fali događanja. Fali nam i omladine, ali nedavno se dogodio značajniji baby boom, pa se nadan da buduće generacije neće bižat iz mista.

Kakav tunel?
– Onaj koji obećavaju napravit zadnjih tridesetak godina, Ravča – Drvenik. To bi bio ogromni plus za cilu Makarsku rivijeru, a i šire. Tunel u Zagvozdu najbolji je pokazatelj isplativosti takvog zahvata. Ljudi koji imaju zemlju u Zagori češće bi i lakše dolazili na posjede, pa bi možda obnovili staru kuću ili štogod posadili. A ovako je sve sneruke.
Da Drvenik nije potpuno sneruke, svjedoči i konobarica iz Vrgorca koju su mještani prihvatili kao svoju. Možda im i fali četvrti za “bacit na karte”, ali u njenome kafiću zasigurno ne fali veselja i dobrog raspoloženja. Uostalom, što je kafić bez dobre konobarice? Malo i ništa!
